This paper contains material of the supply-demand forecasting of solar salt for food in Korea. The solar salt was granted admission for food by the act of salt management in 2007. So, the yearly statistics of solar salt for food are not enough to forecast the supply-demand unsing econometrics. However, the related industry become interested in market size of the solar salt for food and the growth potential of the market. This study deal with the supply-demand forecasting of solar salt for food in light of industry of solar salt, consumption trends, export-import quantity, etc. This research results indicate that the production quantity will be 222-384 thousand MT, the export quantity will be 498-565 thousand MT, the export quantity will be 2.67-3.62 thousand MT, the consumption quantity will be 767-996 thousand MT.

자원식물은 인간의 천연물에 대한 관심 고조와 미래 생물자원으로서의 경제적 가치가 재인식되어 미국을 비롯한 선진국은 오래전부터 유용한 식물자원 보존과 이를 이용한 산업화에 정부가 앞장서 추진하고 있다. 더욱이 우리나라는 국토면적에 비해 많은 식물종이 분포하고 뚜렷한 4계절과 다양한 토양특성으로 우수한 기능성식물자원이 많으며 이들 식물자원의 이용과 효능에 대한 풍부한 지식이 전통적으로 이어져 왔다. 그럼에도 불구하고 우수한 자원식물에 대한 보존과 이용이 과학화 체계화되지 못하여 세계적인 품종이나 제품개발은 미흡한 실정이다. 그동안 우리나라는 토종자원에 대한 관심과 꾸준한 연구개발로 농촌진흥청 보존 농업유전자원은 세계 6위 수준('10년말 291천점) 이며, 멀티기능 유용물질 함유 작물 개발 및 실용화 기술수준도 기술력 지수 세계7위로 높게 평가되고 있다. 그러나 이들 자원식물로부터 유용물질을 이용하여 세계시장을 선도하는 천연물신약, 건강기능성식품, 한방화장품, 천연 색소 및 향료 등의 제품개발은 미흡하여 앞으로 유망 자원식물을 이용한 체계적이고 과학적인 고부가 산업 육성을 위한 집중적인 투자가 필요한 시점이다. 자원식물을 이용한 천연물 신약개발은 고부가가치 제품과 산업재산권 확보가 가능하므로 수입 대체와 기술 및 제품수출이 충분히 이루어질 수 있다고 보여 현재 연구개발 중인 신약후보 도출 및 임상개발 과제의 수요를 반영한 후 단계별 대규모 신약개발 노력이 필요하다 하겠다. 건강기능 식품 개발은 고령사회 진입과 노령인구 증가로 노화억제 및 고령자 건강유지용 식품비중이 지속적으로 높아질 것으로 추정되어 약용식물을 소재로 개인 맞춤형 나노바이오 건강기능성 식품 개발을 통한 다양한 제품개발이 요구된다. 또한 우리나라 화장품분야의 전반적인 기술수준은 세계최고 기술의 62% 수준이나 화장품 소재의 자원식물 발굴과 나노기술 접목을 통한 효능의 극대화는 소비자의 웰빙 트랜드와 외국화장품과의 차별화 전략에 맞물려 국내 한방화장품의 세계화가 가능한 품목 중 하나이다. 식용 및 염색용 색소도 자원식물이 풍부하고 천연색소 시장이 크게 확장되고 있어 자원식물 중 경제성과 기술적 개발 가능성을 고려하여 단계적인 개발이 요구된다. 특히, 우리의 식물자원, 전통지식, 과학기술이 통합되어 효능을 현저하게 상승시키는 천연물신약, 건강보조식품, 화장품 등이 개발된다면 세계시장을 선도할 날도 멀지 않을 것으로 기대한다.

The end of cold war and the trend of the detente brought about many changes in the military security policy and in the munitions industry of the West-Europe : reduction of the defence budget, diminution of the military power force and armaments, decrease of the exportation and the domestic demand of ordnance, and augmentation of discharged laborers. This mutation caused the munitions industry and the war industrials regions to a crisis. The munition industrials enterprises which was confronted a crisis searched for diverse strategies like an reconversion to the civil products, an internal diversification and an external growth. And the European Union, the national government, and local or regional self-government implemented policies for diversification of regional economic with an reconversion in order to minimize the effect of the regional economic and society from the crisis of the munition industry.

Membranes are used in most processes of biopharmaceutical production. It is used for pretreatment of other processes, separation of impurities in the process, virus removal, control of products concentration and buffer solution exchange. Virus filters play an important role in ensuring product efficacy and stability because viral contamination of biopharmaceuticals for humans is a sensitive issue that is directly related to serious clinical outcomes. Virus filters typically have complex multilayer structures made of various polymers such as surface-modified PVDF, PES, CRC. Depending on the manufacturer, filters have different pore structures and shapes, such as symmetric or asymmetric, and is used in the form of pleated membrane, flat sheets or hollow fibers. Virus filters are exclusively supplied by few foreign companies such as Asahi Kasei, Millipore, Pall and Sartorius. Replacing virus filters can be time consuming and expensive, including approval from regulatory agencies through validation. As localization has become important due to Japan's recent export regulations, it is necessary to increase the degree of technical independence.

The economic growth in China takes the step of the Internet/Mobile revolution together. The high internet penetration provided the opportunity to increase the e-commerce market with fast speed. However, due to imbalance of the growth speed and preparation, the problems on various infrastructures and regulations were generated. Therefore, this study investigateed the current status of e-commerce market and sub-categories. This study also discussed about the problem of e-commerce logistics system, consumer protection, R&D investment, and human resources and provided the considerations for the future improvement. Finally, this study diagnosed the mobile payment and internet finance market and new e-commerce tax regulation, and then suggested institutional implications for the international standardization. This study is meaningful to provide the first implication to the Korean exporters after Chinese government had announced market open strategy for the 5 year e-commerce development plan.

지능형 로봇은 자율적으로 이동할 수 있어야 한다는 것이 PC와 기본적으로 다른 점이다. 이동 로봇이 자율 주행할 때 꼭 필요한 기술이 위치 인식 기술과 장애물 감지 기술이다. 장애물 감지 기술은 이동 로봇이 다른 물체와 충돌하지 않도록 하기 위해 필요한 기술이지만 위치 인식 기술은 로봇이 현재 위치를 알고 목적지로 주행하기 위해 매우 중요한 기술이다. 지능형 로봇의 자율 주행 측면에서 위치 인식 기술은 필수적 핵심 기술이다. 위치 인식 센서는 로봇의 절대 위치 및 방향각 정보를 획득하여 실시간으로 관련 데이터를 지능형 로봇에 전달한다. 이로써 지능형 로봇의 이동 경로와 방향 제어가 가능해지고, 로봇을 보다 안정적으로 제어할 수 있다. 즉 로봇이 자기 위치를 인식한 후에야 안정적이고 지속적인 자율 주행이 가능해진다. (주)나인티시스템은 네트워크 기반 위치 파악용 indoor GPS 개념으로 로봇 위치 파악 센서 iGS를 개발하여 공급하고 있다. (주)나인티시스템이 개발한 iGS는 지능형 로봇의 거리, 위치, 방향을 파악하기 위해 초음파 송/수신부 및 RF 모듈로 Handware가 구성되어 있고 위치 추정 알고리즘, 장애물에 강건한 알고리즘 등이 Firmware를 구성하고 있다. 로봇 시장의 잠재적 성장 가능성을 고려할 때 로봇의 자율 운용에 필수적인 위치 파악 요소 기술을 선개발하여 상업화하는 것은 경제적으로도 큰 의미를 갖는다. 뿐만 아니라 위치 파악 요소 기술의 선도적 개발에 의해 미래 지능형 로봇시장을 주도할 수 있는 계기도 기대할 수 있다. Robot에 적정 가격대의 위치 인식 기술이 접목되면 Robot 산업의 활성화가 가능하다. 현재 청소용 Robot은 충돌 방지정도의 인식을 하고 있지만 위치 인식 기술이 접목되면 청소용 Robot이 더 많은 Service를 제공할 수 있다. 더 많은 Service의 실행으로 Robot 산업이 활성화되면 관련 요소기술 산업이 활성화된다. Robot 산업과 부품 산업이 활성화되면 Robot 관련 산업의 수익 Model이 다양해 진다. 위치 인식 기술은 Robot 산업뿐 아니라 산업 전반의 활성화에도 크게 기여할 것이다. 위치 인식 기술은 지능형 Robot의 자율 주행뿐 아니라 다양한 분야에 응용이 가능하다. 또한 위치 인식 기술을 국산화하면 기존 수입품을 대체할 뿐아니라 수출 시장의 진출에도 크게 기여할 수 있다.

From the middle of 1970s were founded new basis for the development of craft through the co-operation of the civilians and the authorities. First, Korean Culture and Art Foundation founded in 1973 held the 'Invitation Exhibition for the Craft Artists All over the Country' in 1974 and 1975 and The National Museum of Modern Art held the 'Exhibition of Modern Korean Handicraft Art' in 1975. Second, the policy emphasizing the export and tourism provided the basis for the development of design for export goods and souvenirs of tour. H\therefore the exhibitions of such goods were held by many organizations. ] In 1970s departments of craft and design were newly established in the universities so that the third generation of Korean craft was on the rise and their groups began to hold exhibitions in commercial galleries. Reflecting on such circumstances, 1970s was the period of blossom for Korean craft while 1960s was a sprouting season.

The K-Beauty beauty industry is emerging as a future-oriented growth industry that creates high added value. Therefore, this study analyzed the trends of the K-Beauty beauty industry, the latest cosmetics industry trends, and previous studies and reports related to global competitiveness with the purpose of suggesting a direction to develop into a promising industry with future value needs and competitiveness of consumers. First, it is necessary to induce the demonstration of social and economic value as an export-beneficial industry by enabling division of roles between industries and governments by sector based on innovation and creativity. Second, it is expected to succeed only when beauty and IT are fused to form and expand an innovation network. Finally, if legal and institutional improvements are preceded to solve the task of creating new jobs and fostering professionals that meet the goals of industrial development, it will be possible to strategize the revitalization of the future-oriented K-Beauty beauty industry.

Functional cosmetics are products that help emphasize certain functions such as skin whitening, wrinkle reduction and UV protection. Functional cosmetic items have expanded since 2017. Korea's functional cosmetics industry has focused on skin whitening, wrinkle reduction, UV protection, and high-performance items including medical cosmetics that are in the research and development stage. France leads the international export performance rankings followed by the United states and Germany. France's cosmetic industry is renowned for emphasizing mechanism driven functional cosmetics in bio-industrial and functional materials, while the United states cosmetic industry is in high demand for luxury premium products. The German cosmetic industry is showing growing strength in bio high tech functional cosmetics. For the Korean cosmetic industry to challenge the top 3, it will also have to develop new material of various functional cosmetics that can be applied to emerging industries, and develop a variety of industry equipment in an environment where politics and economy are backed by more focus on research.

China is the largest producer and consumer of mushrooms, and the development of China's mushroom industry poses a serious threat to Korea, which has similar mushroom production and consumption tendencies. China's mushroom industry produced only 50,000 tons around 1985 when statistical data began to be published, but by 2020, it has developed into an industry with annual production exceeding 40 million tons. The rapid development of the mushroom industry in China is due to high profitability, rapid funds turnover, rapid return on investment, active support from local governments, increased preference and consumption of healthy foods due to increased national income, expansion of overseas exports, and introduction of automated facility cultivation. Recently, there is a high possibility that mushroom production through automated facility cultivation in China will be excessive, so if measures are not taken, there is a high possibility that it will encroach on the Korean mushroom market. Therefore, in order to protect domestic mushroom farmers and industries, it is necessary to accurately identify and analyze the current status of China's mushroom industry.
