Due to the growth of digital media technology, there is increasing demand of personalized education based on context data of learners throughout overall education area. For music education, several studies have been conducted for providing appropriate educational contents to learners by considering some factors such as the proficiency, the amount of practice, and their capability. In this paper, a technique has been defined to recommend the appropriate music scores to learners by extracting and analyzing the practice data and chord data. Concretely, several meaningful relationships among chords patterns and learners were analyzed and visualized by constructing the learners' profiles of proficiency, extracting the chord sequences from music scores. In addition, we showed the potential for use in personalized education by analyzing music similarity, learner's proficiency similarity, learner's proficiency of music and chord, mastered chords and chords sequence patterns. After that, the chord practice programs can be effectively generated considering various music scores using the synthetically summarized chord sequence graphs for the music scores that the learners selected.

본 논문에서는 한국형 e-Navigation에서 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있는 중소형 선박의 해양안전정보 서비스 개발에 앞서 소형어선의 운항환경, 항해장비 사용실태, 운항자의 해양안전정보에 대한 서비스 니즈를 조사하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 어선 운항자의 수요분석을 통하여 한국형 e-Navigation의 중소형 선박을 위한 서비스 개발을 위해 제공되는 안전정보에 대한 충실성, 사용자 중심의 정보제공, 실시간 업데이트를 통하여 정보의 그늘에 위치한 어선 운항자에게 정확한 정보를 제공해야하며, 항해장비에 대한 체계적인 관리체계와 교육프로그램 개발, 지역별 맞춤형 해양안정정보서비스 개발 등을 제안하였다.

Specialty contractors are in charge of the actual construction work and managing many work force in construction sites. The effective educational program for specialty contractors' employees is essential to improve the competitiveness of construction industry. However, there is no in-depth research on training programs for their management or technical staff. Therefore, this study proposes a framework of educational program for the specialty contractors' employees in order to enhance their competence. An extended review of literature related the educational program was carried out to understand the concept, structure, and element of the education system. A questionnaire survey for specialty contractors' employees was performed to investigate the status and problems of educational programs as well as the their educational needs. Based on the survey, the demand-oriented education programs is required to meet the needs of specialty contractors' employees. The framework of demand-oriented education programs for specialty contractors' employees consists of training contents, training type and method, training hour.

지능형 튜터링 시스템(Intelligent Tutoring System, ITS)은 학습자에게 자동으로 학습코스를 제공하는 시스템으로, 현재 비전공자 대상 코딩 교육용 ITS 수요가 증가하고 있음에 따라 본 연구팀도 비전공자 대상 코딩 교육용 ITS "Everycoding"을 개발하였다. 더 나아가 학습자 별 맞춤형 코딩 교육 튜터링 시스템 개발 요구가 늘어나고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 기계학습 기법을 적용하여 개발한 협업 능력 기반의 학습자 모델을 군집 분석하고, 그에 따른 학습자 별 맞춤 피드백을 제공하는 기준을 제안한다.

Vocational training efficiency and participation was intended to try to find a reliable demand survey methods to find ways that can be maximized. The exact demand investigation may be the most important factor that can improve the quality of training. Furthermore, the training is due to inaccurate demand as research shows the result of ineffective training because of low participation. Four methods of demand survey are used in the form of large mail, telephone, electronic and face-to-face. This paper describes the demand survey that has been carried out through the training of human resources in the training business that suits description local industry human resource development (HRD) consortium of Mokpo University country, proposed a method of effective demand survey.

The purpose of this study is to provide customized experience learning service platform that enables consumers to easily search for various content information about on - site experiential learning, exhibitions, events, and culture, and to provide services. To provide customized experiential learning information that meets the requirements of the consumer. Beacon technology implemented through this study is a BLE technology that broadcasts a URL in Eddystone format developed by Google. This means that even if a user does not install a separate application, Making it easier and faster to access. Based on this, when the database of local cultural contents is completed, it will be expanded to the whole country, and it is expected that more diverse and high quality self - directed cultural contents experiential learning activity education programs will be provided to consumers by diversifying contents and expanding the market.

국가는 전력IT 산업의 융복합화를 통하여 국제경쟁력 재고 및 국가 성장 동력으로 발돋움하기 위하여 노력하고 있으며, 이를 위하여 전력IT 10대 연구개발 과제와 인력양성 사업을 추진하게 되었다. 전력IT 인력양성사업은 크게 산업체의 인력을 양성하는 사업과 대학의 저변인력을 양성하는 사업으로 구분 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 산업체의 재직 자를 대상으로 하는 일반교육프로그램과 산업체 수요에 부응하는 맞춤형 교육프로그램에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

본 연구는 컴퓨터시스템을 이용한 맞춤형 정음기반 한국어 학습 지원시스템의 효율적인 모델에 관한 연구 논문으로서, IMS/AICC 국제규격을 준수하는 LCMS와 SCORM 기반의 정음 정보처리로 한국어 교육이 가능한 학습지원시스템에 구축 시스템의 세부 모음들을 정의하였다. 주 내용은 학습자의 학습결과와 학습 습관을 분석 평가하여 자가 주도 식으로 학습할 수 있는 기능을 제공한 것이다. 본 연구는 효율적인 PMS 세부모듈 시스템은 물론, 표준 역량모델관리시스템, 학습자 개별 역량 관리시스템, 역량저장 및 저장소, 커뮤니티를 활용한 역량 모델기반의 지식관리시스템, 교육 수요분석용 e-Survey시스템, 모바일 학습지원서비스 시스템 등이다. 앞으로 클라우드컴퓨팅 기술을 적용한 외국인을 위한 정음기반 한국어 학습지원시스템 구축 표준 모델을 제시하였다.

In recent years, vocational training has shifted away from lectures and practice-oriented methods in light of rising demand for project-based classes in which trainees can produce results while simultaneously receiving feedbacks from field experts from the industry. Therefore, this study aims to suggest a salient role of the project-based classes of enterprise-customized training programs, which private vocational training institutions regard as vital, by identifying demands from trainees or the actual beneficiaries of these programs. To this end, a written survey of the trainees' perception of the enterprise-customized training programs was conducted along with a qualitative analysis of open-ended questions. Specifically, we analyzed the overall satisfaction level of these classes, their contribution to employment, degree of meeting the expectations, and areas for improvements to ultimately derive significant implications.
