The purpose of this study is to suggest necessity of idea expression method suitable for people in our country and deduct Graphic Ideation method by grasping problems of existing idea expression method. The idea expression method (association stimulating method, conceptual shifting method, information combination method) used by many graphic designers is effective in suggesting initial keyword, but has difficulty in the course of deducting the concept. Though deduction of core keyword is important to develop as a concept, the course of separation, combination in keyword connection play an important role, and most of idea expression methods are unavailable for suggesting concrete method for the course. Also as most of idea expression methods were developed and delivered in English-speaking world, it is suitable in English-speaking world culture which has thinking focused on words, but people in our country, which have thinking focusing on narration, cannot consider difference in language thinking due to limitation in idea for each stage. This study deducted idea expression method suitable for emotion of people in our country by proving the value of this idea expression method with style of suggesting and demonstrating 4 hypotheses in order to make the course for easy connection, separation, combination of keyword deducted by existing idea expression method, as well as suggesting idea expression method design based on these hypotheses. This idea expression method used rhetoric so that it is suitable for people our country who are strong for narration expression.

has become the representative program of EBS after first airing in 2004. After seeing as a media text, this study was fulfilled on the basis of Bill Nichols' "Rhetoric" discussion, in order to analyze the structural method and social meaning of the program. As a result of the study, we were first able to see that was taking form as a documentary to make a constructive statement on current affairs related to Korean society, by mobilizing 'knowledge' related to these issues. Second, the "rhetoric" plays an important role in the program's process to generate meaning, and despite the text being relatively short, the rhetorical process undergone for the generation of meaning has been fully reflected. Moreover, the program was successfully structuring a new method of generating meaning by enthusiastically raising questions and choosing a unique method of vision mix. Third, by looking at the study's results in-depth, we can see that was creating a ideological place for open discussion, which was providing viewers with the satisfaction of overcoming our society's dominating ideology and forming new ones. In that sense, the easily accessible 'knowledge'that surrounds us holds somewhat of a political meaning. On top of that, it can be seen that the program especially, is a media text that holds a cultural political meaning, which is an important factor to consider in the Korean broadcasting industry. In conclusion, we found out that this program uses 'knowledge' to see the possibility of 'knowledge'journalism by making constructive statements through a 'rhetorical' process.

2023년 우리나라에 발생한 재난은 남부지방의 가뭄, 태풍 카눈에 의한 폭우, 7월~9월 폭염 등의 자연재난과 4월 5일 분당 정자교 붕괴, 4월 29일 검단신도시 붕괴사고, 7월 13일 대구 염색산업단지 황산 누출 등의 사회재난이 발생하였다. 이전 2022년에는 022년 10월 29일, 서울 이태원역 부근에 대규모 인파가 한번에 몰리며 압사사고가 발생하여 159명이 목숨을 잃고 196명의 부상자가 발생하였다. 이처럼 다양한 형태로 발생하는 재난에 대하여 우리나라는 「헌법」과 「재난 및 안전관리 기본법」에서 재난으로부터 국민의 생명·신체 및 재산과 국가의 피해를 줄이기 위해 노력하여야 한다고 명시하고 있다. 재난은 다양한 특성을 지니고 있으며, 학자들의 일반적 견해는 누적성, 불확실성, 복잡성, 인지성 등의 특성을 들고 있다(재난관리론, 2020). 특히, 사회재난은 발생위치, 시점, 피해, 규모를 예측하기가 상대적으로 매우 어렵기에(장대원 외, 2019) 불확실성의 특성을 강하게 보여주고 있다. 이러한 사회재난의 특성은 자연재난과 비교하여 사람들에게 물리적·심리적 영향을 크게 미칠 뿐만 아니라 단기간에 회복하기 어려운 특성을 지닌다(신재헌 외, 2020). 이에 대하여 많은 국민들은 심각한 사회재난이 발생할 때마다 정부차원의 적극적 재난관리 및 통제능력 향상을 요구하고 있으나, 사회재난 특성 상 특정 기관 중심으로 대응하기에는 많은 어려움이 있다(신재헌 외, 2020). 우리나라 경찰은 2021년 7월부터 자치경찰제도를 실시하며 국민의 생명·신체 및 재산의 보호, 범죄예방, 수사 및 질서유지업무 이외에 국민들의 봉사·서비스 행정 요구의 증대로 인한 적극적·능동적 경찰활동으로 변화하게 되었다(조호대, 2014). 이에 따라 경찰은 경찰의 재난관리체계를 확립하고, 경찰의 재난관리에 관한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 2012년 「경찰 재난관리규칙」을 제정하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 경찰의 재난 발생 시 역할이 무엇이며, 특히 사회재난 시 경찰의 적극적 대응 방안은 무엇인가에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

The principle of human perception, behavior, and thought is presented in the traditional interface design study that is ease to use and increase the learn-ability. We believe that the usability is related to user's affection. The goal of this paper is to investigate how visual metaphor works in usability and affection in interface to analyse the effect of visual metaphor to user affection. Literature reviews for the concept of metaphor and affection design conducted. We analyse the effect to user's affection through think-aloud i.e. protocol analysis for metaphor.

본 논문은 단락의 자동 구분을 통한 중요 문장 추출 시스템을 제안한다. 먼저 어휘의 재출현 여부와 어휘의 일치도, 어휘의 역할 변화를 파악하여 재출현 어휘에 대한 양상을 분석하고 이를 통하여 문장 간의 긴밀도를 정량적으로 계산한다. 다음으로 측정된 문장 간 긴밀도룰 이용하여 사용자의 추출 범위에 따라 단락을 구분하고, 각 단락의 대표 문장을 선정하여 최종문을 생성한다. 제안한 방법은 문서 제목, 문장의 위치, 수사 구조 등의 정보를 이용하지 않으며, 단순히 어휘의 출현 빈도만을 이용하던 기존의 통계적인 방법보다 질 높은 요약문을 생성할 수 있다. 또한 제안한 방법론은 본 논문이 대상으로 삼고 있는 신문기사의 영역뿐만 아니라 다른 영역으로의 적용이 가능하다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅은 IT 자원의 효율적인 관리와 비용 대비 양질의 서비스 제공을 위한 새로운 패러다임으로써, 국내외의 기업뿐만 아니라 많은 사용자들에게 주목 받고 있다. 하지만 관련 시장의 빠른 성장과 함께 다양한 사이버 범죄에 노출될 수 있는 위험이 높아졌음에도 불구하고, 클라우드 컴퓨팅에 대한 디지털 포렌식은 실질적인 역할을 수행하기에 아직 미비한 실정이다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 증거 데이터가 물리적으로 분산되어 있고, 자원이 가상공간에 존재할 수 있기 때문에 기존의 디지털 포렌식 수사와는 다르게 접근해야 한다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 추상화된 클라우드 계층에 따른 기존 포렌식 절차 상의 데이터 수집 방법에 관한 한계를 분석하고, 확보한 증거 데이터의 신뢰성 보장 및 다양한 클라우드 환경에 보다 유연하게 적용할 수 있는 디지털 증거 수집 절차를 제안한다. 해당 절차는 클라우드 구성 요소들 중 물리적인 자원들을 가상화하여 논리적으로 구성할 수 있도록 하며, 가상화된 자원들을 서비스 목적에 따라 폭넓게 활용할 수 있도록 관리 체계를 제공해주는 클라우드 플랫폼을 기반으로 한다.

'Special Records' means the records created by the government power authorities like security, investigation, intelligence agencies. Even after the enactment of the Public Records Act, these kinds of records were out of the control of the National Archives of Korea. The reason was certainly complex including the loss of control power caused by the National Archives' low status, limitation of the legislation and lack of positive measures for the transfer of classified records. But core records of the government power authorities should be transferred to the National Archives for the righteous records culture in the democracy. This paper investigates the problems concerned with the transfer of classified records of the special records center, looking for a practical alternative.

This paper is written in order to research for the contents and expression of HanYongUn's Sijo. HanYongUn is very famous as monk and independent campaigner, modern poet in Korea. He wrote many kinds of literary works, for example, many modern poetry, modern novels, Sijo, Chino-Korean Poetry etc. It's very exceptional that he wrote a lot of Korean traditional Sijo and Chino-Korean Poetry. Because he was a many modern poet as same as modern novelist. So studying on his Sijo can help someone to understand the essence of HanYongUn's all literature. That's why I'm studying on HanYongUn's Sijo. The firstly, in aspect of the the contents of HanYongUn's Sijo, HanYongUn was expressing three kinds of themes, that is ideology, reality, daily life in his Sijo. The ideology consists of Buddhism and Confucianism and the reality is related with social conditions, the daily life is deeply connected with Nim. These features of his Sijo are different from his modern poetry and Chino-Korean Poetry which had a simple theme, for example, love with Nim, daily life. The secondly, in aspect of the expression of HanYongUn's Sijo, I studied the expression of HanYongUn's Sijo in three angles, that is, vocabulary and the developing of poet thinking, rhetorics. HanYongUn used essential words for expressing three kinds of themes effectively in his Sijo. And he was developing of his poet thinking by three steps in his Sijo. He applied several representative rhetorics to his Sijo, those are question and answer, exclamation, irony, distich etc. Even though I studied the characteristics of HanYongUn's Sijo in two aspects But there could be the other things to study about these kinds of theme. I might continue researching the other kinds of theme next time in the near future.

The purpose of this study is to explore the source of appealing which Gusadang Kim Nakhaeng's writing for ancestral rites is equipped with. Gusadang was one of the Confucianists in Yeongnam during the 18th century and was praised for his scholarly virtue of jihaenghapil and silcheongunghaeng. Although Gusadang's writing for ancestral rites and his teacher Milam Lee Jaeui's letters were even specially named as 'gujemilchal', there has been almost no research on Gusadang's writing for ancestral rites yet. Therefore, this study selects three pieces of Gusadang's writing for ancestral rites which are especially rich in emotional expression for discussion. Chapter 2 titled as 'the Reconstruction of Memory in a Microscopic Perspective' presents the reason why Gusadang's writing for ancestral rites is recognized even as a piece of work equipped with appealing. Writing for ancestral rites begins from the point that there exists memory that can be shared by both the living and the dead. In reconstructing the anecdote with the dead on the stage of ritual writing in detail, the writer's memory plays an important role. Chapter 3 titled as 'the Rhetorical Reconstruction of Elevated Sensitivity' examines rhetorical devices needed for writing for ancestral rites. Proper rhetoric is needed to upgrade the dignity of the ritual writing and arouse sympathy from the readers. Although writing for ancestral rites is supposed to express sadness in terms of its formal characteristics, it should not end up being a mere outlet of emotion. Chapter 4 looks into 'the Descriptive Reconstruction of Lamenting Sentiment'. There should be a clear focus of description to make the gesture of the living towards the being not existing in the world any longer an appealing story. While maintaining a distinct way of description, Gusadang organizes the noble character of the dead, pitiable death, the precious bond in the past, and the longing of those left for the dead systematically. Writing for ancestral rites is a field to mourn over the death and reproduce the sadness of the living through writing. To make the text written in that way get to work as ritual writing properly, it should be appealing necessarily. This study has found the fact that such appealing that gives life to ritual writing is grounded on authenticity.

As many companies are considering to use server virtualization technology to reduce cost, the crime rates in virtual server environment are expected to be increasing rapidly. The server virtualization solution has a basic function to produce virtual machine images without using any other disk imaging tools, so that investigating virtual servers are more efficient because the investigator only has to collect the virtual machine image and submit it to the court. However, the virtual machine image has no admissibility to be the legal evidence because of security, authenticity, procedural problems in collecting virtual machine images on virtual servers. In this research, we are going to provide requirements to satisfy security, authenticity and chain of custody conditions for the admissibility of the virtual machine image in server virtualization environment. Additionally, we suggest definite roles and driving plans for related organizations to produce virtual machine image as a admissible evidence.
