This study investigates the participants' perception and satisfaction score for culture and education programs operating in public libraries and culture & art centers in Daegu Metropolitan City. Attendees of the public libraries' programs have higher overall satisfaction, customer loyalty on the contents of the program and lecturers than those of the culture & art centers' programs. Attendees of the culture & art centers' programs rated staff supports and services, facilities and educational equipments higher than those in the public libraries' programs. This study calculates the LCSI score in public libraries(78.02) and culture & art centers(77.22).

The purpose of the Convergence study is to analyze the impact of students' satisfaction and educational performance through research on overall educational service quality factors for beauty academies. The subjects of the study were conducted from March 29 to April 12, 2020 for those in their 10s and 40s attending beauty academies in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Incheon, and 377 surveys were analyzed and used for research. Multiple regression analysis was performed using the SPSSWIN 21.0 program for research purposes. As a result of the study, the higher the level of empathy, reliability, responsiveness, type, and certainty of educational service quality, the higher the satisfaction level of the class. The higher the satisfaction level, the higher the educational performance. Based on these research results, measures to improve the quality of education services that can enhance the satisfaction and educational performance of beauty academies should be improved by diversifying educational methods and contents and enhancing the quality of education and service expertise. The expertise of education should be strengthened to improve competitiveness. Therefore, follow-up research is needed to develop various programs to enhance future course satisfaction and educational performance and to develop education methods to enhance the quality of beauty education services.

본 연구는 온라인 대학 강의에서 수강생들의 강의관련 질문과 답변 내용을 주간 단위로 모아서 수강생들에게 추가로 공지하는 상호작용이 학업성과와 강의만족도에 어떠한 영향을 주는가를 파악하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 실험법 중 통제집단사후측정 비교설계 방식에 따라 진행하였다. 각 집단은 한 분반이 200명 단위로 분반되는 대형수강과목을 1개 선정하여 600명을 3개 분반에 무선할당 하여 각각 실험집단1, 실험집단2, 통제집단으로 하였다. 실험집단1에게는 이메일로 내용을 전달하고, 실험집단2에게는 과목공지게시판을 통해서 내용을 전달하며, 통제집단에게는 아무런 처치를 하지 않았다. 종속변수는 해당 과목에 대한 수강생들의 학업성적과 강의만족도이었다. 그 결과, 통제집단보다 실험집단1과 실험집단2에서 학업성적이 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 그리고 실험집단 중에서는 1집단이 2집단보다 유의미하게 학업성적은 높았는데, 강의만족도는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 이것은 강의관련 질문에 대해 교수자가 수강생들에게 적극적인 상호작용을 많이 하는 것이 긍정적인 효과를 낳을 수 있는데, 상호작용의 방식은 과목공지게시판보다는 학생에게 보다 편리한 이메일 전달방식이 더 효과적임을 실증적으로 보여주는 것이다.

While e-loaming has achieved great quantitative development, its qualitative effectiveness is required to be verified. As such, in this study, we performed research on the satisfaction of the e-Learning participants, and searched factors affecting satisfaction. Based on survey data from 727 distance learning participants, we selected and verified factors affecting satisfaction through correlation analysis and confidential test.

This study was attempted to find out the result of the comparison between participant group and absentee group of electronic commerce lecture in internet shopping mall. To find out difference among the burden for ordering, convenience for ordering, uneasiness for goods and service and satisfaction for goods and service, experimental approach was adopted. The finding were that burden for ordering, convenience for ordering and uneasiness for goods makes no difference, but satisfaction for goods and service make a difference. The result of the analysis in the research shows as following. First, they showed no difference between participant group and absentee group on the feeling burden during the ordering process. Second, they showed no difference between the two groups on the feeling of convenience during the ordering process. Third, they showed no difference between the two groups on the feeling of unstable for goods and service. Fourth, they showed no difference between the two groups on the feeling of convenience for goods and service.

This study was conducted to survey the learners' satisfaction with the online head and neck anatomy class and obtain basic data for the purpose of possibly making continuing online class educationally more effective. A Google Forms survey was conducted with dental hygiene students, and 120 copies of the questionnaire were used as data for the final analysis. The study surveyed when they take on online classes and the types of online classes and had the respondents subjectively evaluate their own understanding of the classes and their academic achievements through them. The biggest influence on learning immersion was academic achievement and the biggest influence on the satisfaction with online class was the students' understanding of the class. It is hoped that the research results will shed light on the directions for designing new curriculums in anatomy in this era of a pandemic.

The purpose of this study was to examine the correlations of learning attitude, class participation, and learning satisfaction, and to identify the influencing factors on learning satisfaction of nursing students in fundamental nursing curriculum. Data were collected from 173 nursing students from September 1 to 8, 2017. Data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression. Learning attitude, class participation, and learning satisfaction according to the general characteristics commonly showed significant differences in satisfaction with major, satisfaction with school, friendship, last semester grade, and interest in fundamental nursing. Learning satisfaction showed significant positive correlations with learning attitude and class participation. Satisfaction with major, interest in fundamental nursing, and class participation, which accounted for 36% of the variance, were significant predictors influencing learning satisfaction in nursing students. It is necessary to increase majors' satisfaction, fundamental nursing interest, and class participation in order to improve learning satisfaction of nursing students.

This study investigates the factors affecting the educational satisfaction and the transfer of learning of cyber crime prevention education students in order to confirm the effectiveness of the current education. Based on the CIPP model, we confirmed whether the level of social demand and the level of knowledge in the context evaluation, recency of subjects in the input evaluation and interaction in the process evaluation affect the educational satisfaction and the transfer of learning of the students by conducting the survey for the students. As a result of analysis, it was proved that the level of knowledge, recency of subjects and interaction had a significant relationship with the educational satisfaction and recency of subjects, interaction and educational satisfaction significantly affect transfer of learning. Based on the findings, this study provides a few constructive suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the cyber crime prevention education program.

이 연구의 목적은 에너지신산업 분야 디지털 혁신공유대학 온라인 교육과정을 수강한 학생들을 대상으로 교육과정에 대한 만족도 및 인식을 조사하고, 학습자의 수업만족도와 핵심역량 간의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 에너지신산업 분야 디지털 혁신공유대학 교육과정을 수강한 학생들의 교육과정 만족도 조사 결과를 양적, 질적 방법으로 분석하고, 분석 결과를 토대로 혁신공유대학 교육과정 설계 및 개발 방향과 시사점을 제시하였다. 이 연구 결과는 향후 디지털 혁신공유대학 교육과정 질 관리 환류 체계를 마련하고, 지속적인 교육과정 질 관리 시스템 구축을 위한 토대가 될 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this paper was to investigate differences in middle school student's after school satisfaction according to the type and the degree of flow of after school. For the purpose of this paper, a survey was conducted including a questionnaire consisting of a general characteristic of the study object, a general characteristic of the after school class, learning-flow scale, and after school satisfaction scale. The subjects were 382 students who were selected at random from middle school students. Cronbach' ${\alpha}$ and MANOVA were employed for data analysis. The results were as follows: First, the students with special-ability aptitude class were more satisfied for after school instructors than the students with subject class. Second, the students with the degree of high learning-flow showed higher satisfaction in after school class curriculum, instructors, and educational facility than the degree of low learning-flow students. Third, among the students who were high in learning-flow, the students with special-ability aptitude class were more satisfied with after-school class curriculum and educational facility compared to the students with subject class.
