  • 연관규칙 마이닝은 트랜잭션 데이터를 이루고 있는 항목간의 잠재적인 의존관계를 발견하는 데이터 마이닝의 한 분야이다. 정량 연관규칙이란 부류적 속성과 정량적 속성을 모두 포함한 연관규칙이다. 정량 연관규칙 마아닝을 위한 퍼지 기술의 응용, 정량 연관규칙 마이닝을 위한 일반화된 연관규칙 마이닝, 사용자의 관심도를 반영한 중요도 가중치가 있는 연관규칙 마이닝 등에 대한 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 이 논문에서는 중요도 가중치가 있는 일반화된 퍼지 정량 연관규칙 마이닝의 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 부류적 속성의 퍼지 개념 계층과 정량적 속성의 퍼지 언어항 일반화 계층을 일반화된 추출하기 위해 이용한다. 이것은 속성들의 수준별 일반화 계층과 속성의 중요도 가중치를 이용함으로써 사용자가 보다 융통성 있는 연관규칙을 마이닝할 수 있게 해준다.

Study on the Importance and Performance of Food & Beverage Festival Attributes Using IPA (IPA를 활용한 식음료 축제속성의 중요도와 성취도 연구)

  • This study examined the differences of importance and performance perception level among the food & beverage festival attributes of visitors participating 'Daegu Chimac Festival' and also conducted importance-performance analysis (IPA) of food & beverage festival Attributes. The results were as follows: firstly, food & beverage festival attributes were grouped into four factors such as 'sanitation environment', 'food taste and variety', 'food quality and supplementary service' and 'food purchase convenient.' Secondly, the 4 factors and 21 items of festival attributes showed statistically significant differences in their levels of importance and performance. Finally, results of the questionnaire survey of 322 visitors at '2018 Daegu Chimac Festival' indicated that 'food purchase convenient' and 'food taste and variety' were important to visitors and had high performance. Although attributes related to 'food quality and supplementary service' had an low importance and low performance, and also 'sanitation environment' had an low importance and high performance in the IPA results, they were identified as the key determinants affecting food & beverage festival' success.

  • 본 논문에서는 신경망의 가중치와 정보이론을 이용한 속성선택 기법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 정보이론의 상호정보량을 이용하여 각 속성들의 중요도를 평가한 후 중요도가 높은 속성들만을 선택하여 신경망의 입력으로 사용한다. 신경망의 입력으로 선택된 속성의 가중치에 대한 평가를 통하여 오차에 큰 영향을 미치는 속성들을 순차적으로 제거하여 가장 우수한 속성들을 구한다. 제안된 기법의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 다양한 패턴 분류 문제에 적용하고 그 성능이 우수함을 확인하였다.

Exhibition and Convention Destination Site Evaluation Using Importance-Performance Analysis (중요도-성취도 분석에 의한 전시컨벤션 개최지 평가)

  • This study aims to examine seven factors and forty-two selection attributes of Seoul as an Exhibition and Convention Destination Site through the Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) from the Exhibition and Convention Planner. The result of this study shows these three conclusions. First, according to the result of the Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) of the forty-two selection attributes of an Exhibition and Convention Destination Site, thirteen attributes were placed on the right top area(Keep Up the Good Work), four attributes were placed on the right bottom area(Possible Overkill), five attributes were located on the left top area(Concentrate Here), and the other twenty attributes were located on the left bottom area(Low Priority). Second, the Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) of seven factors in an Exhibition and Convention Destination Site reveals that the factors in the right top area(Keep Up the Good Work) of high importance and high performance were "Exhibition and Convention Center Facilities", "Exhibition and Convention Fee", and "Exhibition and Convention Center Accommodation Capacity". And the one factor located on the left top area(Concentrate Here) of high importance and low performance was "Exhibition and Convention Destination Regional Space", while the other factors of "Exhibition and Convention Center Management", "Exhibition and Convention Destination Tourism Space" and "Exhibition and Convention Destination Leisure Activity Space" were placed on the left bottom area(Low Priority) of low importance and low performance. Third, the difference of the mean value of the Importance and Performance on Seoul as an Exhibition and Convention Destination Site has been revealed that the performance of the attributes was lower than the importance of the attributes because forty attributes have described all plus(+) except two attributes.

  • Naive Bayesian learning has been widely used in machine learning. However, in traditional naive Bayesian learning, we make two assumptions: (1) each attribute is independent of each other (2) each attribute has same importance in terms of learning. However, in reality, not all attributes are the same with respect to their importance. In this paper, we propose a new paradigm of calculating the importance of attributes for naive Bayesian learning. The performance of the proposed methods has been compared with those of other methods including SBC and general naive Bayesian. The proposed method shows better performance in most cases.

  • This research aims to provide fundamental data for tourism policy to attract Japanese tourists to Korea. Using Japanese tourists, this study estimated how much they thought destination selection attributes are important and how much these attributes were performed. Also, this study analyzed the ranking among each selection attributes using paired sample T-test. The results show "concentrate here" part is cleanliness and hygiene, employee's service, convenience of transport and scenery. This means that these attributes are very important but they indicate low performance. Concentration among tourism managers should be focused along these attributes.

Research on Airline Selection Attributes by IPA among Foreign Tourists Visiting Korea (방한외국인의 항공사 선택속성 중요도-성취도 분석)

  • This research aims to analyze the importance-performance among airline selection attributes using foreign tourists. For this purpose, data were collected from Japanese and Chinese tourists to Korea. Of the various airline selection attributes, four factors were deduced that includes: transport service, accompany service, cabin service and basic service using exploratory factor analysis. This study estimated how important airline selection attributes are and how much are they performed. Also, this study analyzed the ranking among each selection attributes using T-test. The importance-performance analysis showed 'Concentrate Here' in quadrant I, 'Keep up the Good Work' in quadrant II, 'Low Priority' in quadrant III and 'Possible Overkill' in quadrant IV. Quadrant I specifically showed low performance in terms of the following specific attributes: communicative convenience, flight attendant's friendliness, seating preference. As these attributes are deemed significant, airline managers should focus along these areas.

  • This study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) on viewing motivation for the revitalization of Korean creative musicals. The IPA is the evaluation techniques to simultaneously compare and analyze relative importance and achievement of each attribute for multi-attribute models. This analysis uses the discerning method by displaying the matrix that includes the factors about which customers care and customer satisfaction on each factor. The customer satisfaction is determined by customer expectation for each attribute and its implementation level. This study, through this method, exams the importance and satisfaction level on attributes of viewing motivations for Korean creative musicals.

The Importance-Performance Analysis of Bakery Cafe Choice Attributes Perceived by Customers in Seoul (베이커리카페 선택속성의 중요도 및 수행도 분석: 서울지역을 중심으로)

  • The purposes of this study were to extract choice attributes of bakery cafe customers and to conduct important- performance analysis (IPA) of choice attributes perceived by bakery cafe customers. The questionnaire was developed through literature review and focus group interview, and modified after pilot test. The questionnaires for main survey were distributed to 320 males and females aged 20 and over in Seoul. A total of 275 questionnaires were used for analysis (85.9%) and the statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS Win (12.0) for descriptive analyses, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analyses. The main results were as follows. 'Products', 'convenience to use', 'services and price', 'interior environments' 'brand' and 'location' dimensions were extracted as choice attributes dimensions of bakery cafe customers and customers of bakery cafe regarded 'sanitation and cleanness', 'kindness of employees', 'quality of products', 'comfortable and pleasant facilities' and 'taste of bakery products' as more important than other attributes. In addition, the results of IPA showed that marketing managers of bakery cafes should focused on the dimension of 'services and price' in the reason that this dimension was low at performance although customers regarded it very important. Overall, researchers and managers of bakery cafes should understand unique choice attributes of bakery cafe customers, and make efforts to establish marketing strategies that meet bakery cafe customers' needs.

  • 전 세계적으로 저비용항공사의 항공운송시장 참여로 승객들의 항공사 선택이 다양화 되었으며, 우리나라도 2011년 현재 5개의 저비용항공사가 시장에 참여하여 기존 국적항공사와 경쟁을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라 항공사 승객이 항공사 선택 시 중요하게 생각하는 속성을 파악하고, 저비용항공사 승객과 기존 국적항공사 승객이 항공사 선택 시 중요시 하는 속성의 중요도와 만족도 차이를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 저비용항공사와 기존 국적항공사 승객을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 항공사 선택 속성을 파악하고, 차이분석, 중요도-만족도 분석, t-test를 활용하여 항공사 선택 속성의 차이를 분석하고 국적항공사와 저비용항공사의 항공사 선택속성 중요도와 만족도 차이를 분석하고자 한다.
