  • 현시대 온라인 사용자들에게 각광받고 있는 형태의 웹기반 서비스의 한 형태인 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 동창모임, 지역모임 등의 다양한 현실 인간관계를 기반으로 한 사용자간의 매칭 기능을 제공하고 있다. 이러한 매칭 기능을 바탕으로 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 개인의 일상을 공유하는 용도로 사용되고 있다. 이와는 별도로 학습관리시스템은 대학이상의 고등교육 현장에서 사용되어 학습자의 학습 내용 및 그에 대한 교수자의 피드백을 주기 위한 용도로 이용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 특성과 학습관리 시스템을 융합하여 학교현장 및 평생교육 관점에서 활용 가능한 소셜 네트워크 서비스기반의 사용자 협업형 학습관리시스템의 구조를 제시한다.

A Workflow-based Social Network Intelligence Discovery Algorithm (워크플로우 소셜네트워크 인텔리전스 발견 알고리즘)

  • This paper theoretically derives an algorithm to discover a new type of social networks from workflow models, which is termed workflow-based social network intelligence. In general, workflow intelligence (or business process intelligence) technology consists of four types of techniques that discover, analyze, monitor and control, and predict from workflow models and their execution histories. So, this paper proposes an algorithm, which is termed ICN-based workflow-based social network intelligence discovery algorithm, to be classified into the type of discovery techniques, which are able to discover workflow-based social network intelligence that are formed among workflow performers through a series of workflow models and their executions, In order particularly to prove the correctness and feasibility of the proposed algorithm, this paper tries to apply the algorithm to a specific workflow model and to show that it is able to generate its corresponding workflow-based social network intelligence.

Exploring Twitter Follower-Networks of Startup Companies Employing Social Network Analysis and Cluster Analysis (소셜네트워크 분석과 클러스터 분석 방법을 활용한 스타트업 회사의 트위터 팔로워 네트워크에 대한 탐색적 연구)

  • The importance of business strategy for successful social media engagement has quickly increased as more businesses engage in social media. The importance is even greater for startup companies because startup companies are genuinely new to business, and they need to increase their presence in the market, and quickly access future customers. The objective of this paper lies in exploring key indicators of social media engagements by selected startup companies. The key indicators include two aspects of social media usages by the companies: i) overall social media activities, and ii) properties of network structure of the information flow platform provided by social media service. To better assess and evaluate the key indicators of social media usages by startup companies, the indicators will be compared with those of selected large established companies. Twitter is selected as a social media service for the analysis of this paper, and using Twitter REST API, data regarding the key indicators of overall Twitter activities and the Twitter follower-network of each company in the sample are collected. Then, the data are analyzed using social network analysis and hierarchical clustering analysis to examine the characteristics of the follower-network structures and to compare the characteristics between startup companies and established companies. The results show that most indicators are significantly different across startup companies and established companies. One key interesting finding is that the startup companies have proportionally more influencers in their follower-networks than the established companies have. Another interesting finding is that the follower-networks of startup companies in the sample have higher modularity and higher transitivity, suggesting that the startup companies tend to have a proportionally larger number of communities of users in their follower-networks, and the users in the networks are more tightly connected and cohesive internally. The key business implication for the future social media engagement efforts by startup companies in general is that startup companies may need to focus on getting more attention from influencers and promoting more cohesive communities in their follower-networks to appreciate the potential benefits of social media in the early stage of business of startup companies.

  • This paper proposes a new visualization method based on cloud technique which uses internal relationship of user correlation and external relation of social network to visualize user relationship hierarchy. The visualization method of this paper can well represent user-focused relationship hierarchy on social networks by a correlation matrix. The importance of a access node reflects into user relationship hierarchy by exploiting external relation of social network. Users of the method can well understand user relationships on account of representing user relationship hierarchy from social networks. In addition, the method use hadoop and hive for distribution storing and parallel processing which the result of calculation visualizes hierarchy graph using D3.

  • 최근 전 세계적으로 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 놀라운 속도로 발전하고 있으며 특히 스마트폰과 태블릿PC 같은 스마트 기기 사용자가 급격하게 늘어나면서 언제 어디서든지 쉽게 접속하여 사용 할 수 있다. 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 온라인을 통해 인맥을 구축 하는 서비스로 현실의 인맥을 온라인에서 관리하고 서로에게 친구를 소개하여 관계를 형성 한다. 소셜 네트워크 서비스에서 관계를 형성하기 위해서는 다양한 프로필 정보 공개를 통해 다른 사용자들과 관계를 형성 때문에 노출된 개인 프로필 정보는 프라이버시 침해 할 우려가 매우 높다. 또한 위치정보를 자동으로 인식하는 기능이 있어 올리는 사진과 글들의 위치 정보가 노출 되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 서비스 되고 있는 소셜 네트워크 서비스들의 프라이버시 침해에 대해 살펴보고 개인 프로필 정보의 유출을 방지 위한 소셜 네트워크 환경에서의 프라이버시 관리 시스템을 제안 하고자 한다.

A Study on the Effect of Mobile Social Network Game Characteristics in Service Recovery - Focused on Kakaotalk Platform Game (모바일 소셜 네트워크 게임 특성이 서비스 회복에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 카카오톡 플랫폼 기반 게임을 중심으로)

  • Looking at the existing game-related research, innumerable researches such as game acceptance, user satisfaction, continuance intention, wold-of-mouse intention have been carried out. However, there was no cases that applying the concept of service recovery in game researches. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact on the characteristic of the mobile social network game that based on domestic mobile social network game platform which focusing on KakaoTalk games on the service recovery. In addition, the study analyzed the characteristic factors of mobile social network game on the basis of Organizational Equity Theory and Innovation Diffusion Theory to identified the causal relationship between those factors and service recovery. As a result, except the independent variable-compatibility, all of the characteristics factors of mobile social network game showed direct or indirect effects on service recovery. The results of this study are expected as a reference for presenting a new business model, reducing risk factors and enriching the related research of the gaming industry.

  • Currently social network games with an emphasis on the relationship between the friends, especially women users and the elderly users of over forties, have contributed to the expansion of game market attracting large audiences. Though recent interest in social network games and the explosive propagation of social network game into game industry, scholarly research for social network game is insufficient. The objective of the study is to explore the success factors for successful social network games through the depth interview with game experts. We suggest the guidelines for development of social network game. Commercial success of social network games and the number of users with the best game, farmville, were investigated for understanding key success factors in social network game field. As a result, social interaction, simple interface, asynchronous method, instrumental rationality factors have been identified. This result of the study will expect the guideline in order to develop a successful social network games.

A Study of Social Media User Response about Firms' Crisis Response Strategies (기업의 위기대응전략에 대한 소셜 미디어 이용자의 반응 연구)

  • The importance of online communication is getting increased by the rapid growth of smartphone supply and Social Network Service (SNS) use. Catching up with the trend, firms are actively use SNS to improve brand image, promote products, and communicate with customer. On the one hand, SNS is the channel for firms' marketing activities, but on the other, it is also the channel where the events related to the firms propagate in real time. Firms are led to unexpected state of crisis, when events are quickly spread out on SNS. Then firms are assessed their image by the way they deal with the state of crisis. This paper proposes to figure out user response on SNS according to each crisis response strategies by analyzing event-related twitter data when crisis situations of firms arise. We classify crisis response strategies into response attitude, defensive and accommodative response, and response speed, fast and slow response. This paper suggests optimal crisis response strategy to firms regarding state of crisis propagated on SNS.

  • As the social media which was simple communication media is activated on account of twitter and facebook, it's usability and importance are growing recently. Although many companies are making full use of its the capacity of information diffusion for marketing, the adverse effects of this capacity are growing. Because social network is formed and communicates based on friendships and relationships, the spreading speed of the spam and mal-ware is very swift. In this paper, we draw parameters affecting malicious data diffusion in social network environment, and compare and analyze the diffusion capacity of each parameters by propagation experiment with XSS Worm and Koobface Worm. In addition, we discuss the structural characteristics of social network environment and then proposed malicious data propagation model based on parameters affecting information diffusion. n this paper, we made up BA and HK models based on SI model, dynamic model, to conduct the experiments, and as a result of the experiments it was proved that parameters which effect on propagation of XSS Worm and Koobface Worm are clustering coefficient and closeness centrality.
