언제 어디서나 누구나 하나의 단말기로 연결되는 유비쿼터스 시대가 도래하고 있다. 유비쿼터스시대는 기업에게 비즈니스 기회를 줌과 동시에 새로운 전략을 요구한다. 기업은 비즈니스 가치를 미래까지 유지하고 성장시키기 위해 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 그리고 경쟁이 치열하고 새로운 환경이 도래할 경우 지속적인 가치를 창출하기 위한 새로운 전략이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스에 관한 선행연구와 유비쿼터스 환경하에서의 비즈니스 환경의 변화와 전망에 대해 알아보고 유비쿼터스 비즈니스 성공을 위한 방안으로서 유비쿼터스 비즈니스의 전략 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study examines the value-relevance of accruals and discretionary accruals. Also, by examining the effects of the corporate life-cycle on these relationship, this study is able to provide evidence of the value-relevance of accruals and discretionary accruals measures in the economic context of life-cycle theory. This study uses results based on life-cycle classification methods developed by Anthony and Ramesh(1992), adjust Jones model and Dechow Dechev(2002) model. We classify firms using individuals variables(sales growth, capital expenditure growth, employee growth) and then use a composite score obtained from all variables for classification. Our sample consists of 272 firms listed in the Korean Stock Exchange during 14 years(1996-2009). Our final sample for regression variables consists of 2,448 firm-year observations. This evidence implies that the value-relevance of accruals and discretionary accruals in the growth and mature stage can have positive impact on the price but in the decline the value-relevance of accruals and discretionary accruals can have negative impact on the price. The results mean that discretionary accruals communicate managements' private information in the growth stage, but. earnings management in the decline stage. The results of this study suggest that corporate life cycle stages influence the value-relevance of accruals and discretionary accruals measures.

This study conducted a quantitative research on the artistic perception and acceptance of value among buyers of commodified digital art known as NFT artworks. NFTs, digital assets, have shown rapid growth as investment products, but recently there has been a trend of declining value. However, NFT art, characterized by uniqueness and scarcity, continues to undergo continuous development to create new opportunities and values. Nonetheless, there are also negative opinions regarding NFT art itself as a form of technological art, as well as concerns about copyright disputes and fears of a bubble due to the conversion of physical artworks into NFTs. Predicting the value of artworks targeting specific demographics is difficult, and the value of innovative art such as NFT art, which changes along with the fluctuation of cryptocurrency values, is even more challenging to predict. Therefore, through research on the buyers who play a crucial role in the growth and development of this new form of art, the study aims to contribute to the expansion of NFT art.

본 논문에서는 시장 도입단계에 있는 무선 LAN 서비스가 본격적으로 시장성장을 이루기 위한 통신사업자의 시장개발전략 방향을 제시하였다 이를 위한 선행작업으로써 무선 LAN 시장규모 핀 전망을 살펴보았고 포터(M. Porter)의 산업분석 모형을 통해 국내 무선 LAN의 산업구조와 시장 성장동인을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 도출된 통신사업자의 시장개발전략을 살펴보면, 1) 신규 통신서비스 성공 및 실패사례를 벤치마킹하고 2) 브리징 통신서비스의 특성에 적합한 전략을 적극적으로 반영하며 3) 고객지향적인 서비스의 개발 및 마케팅전략이 필요하다. 또한 4) 시장성장 동인을 바탕으로 기회요인은 강화하고 위협 요인은 조기에 해결해야 하며 5) 가치전달시스템내의 참여기업들간의 상호적인 협력과 제휴를 중요시 해야한다. 이와 같은 무선 LAN 시장개발의 전략적 방향설정은 통신사업자들에게 마케팅과 서비스 개발에 있어서 전략적인 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

한국은 전 세계에서 미국에 이어 두 번째로 인터넷 연결에 성공한 나라가 되었고 1990년대 후반에는 세계 최초로 초고속 인터넷이 도입, 개발되면서 많은 닷컴기업들이 등장하였다. 이렇게 인터넷을 기반으로 한 비즈니스들이 출현하고 '인터넷 혁명'이라 불릴 정도로 사회, 경제적 변화가 일어났으나, 인터넷 비즈니스 역사에 대한 연구는 매우 제한적이다. 본 연구는 인터넷 비즈니스의 역사에 대해 다양한 개별 기업의 역사연구를 수행한 후, 비교를 통해 설명 변수를 발견하고 이를 통해 이론을 발견하는 경영사적 연구접근 방법을 소개하고자 한다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 귀납적 접근방법을 기초로 1990년대 말, 2000년대 초의 이른바 창업자, 벤처 관련 인사들의 인터뷰 및 문헌연구를 진행하였다. 스타트업 역사 상 의미가 큰 기업으로 메디슨, 큐닉스, 새롬기술, 다음, 네이버, NC소프트, 넥슨에 대한 내용을 정리 중이다. 이 기업들은 공통적으로 새로운 기술 도입을 기회로 삼아 가치를 창출하여 사회를 바꾸려하는 기업가정신을 추구하고 있었다. 또한 인터넷 인프라를 기민하게 활용하였으며 1997년 말 외환위기로 인해 인재와 자금이 벤처로 이동한 환경적 변화가 성장의 기폭제가 되었다. 또한 코스닥을 통한 자금조달 등은 벤처기업들의 시장기회를 확대하고 성장에 기여를 하였으며 자율적이고 유연한 기업문화에 형성하며, 대학가에 창업 붐을 일으키기도 하였다. 제 2벤처붐이 도래한 이 시점에 벤처기업에 대한 귀납적 방법론을 활용한 경영사적 관점의 지속적 연구가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to find out what self-reflection, relationship reflection, gratitude and happiness reflection, and social reflection among the sayings of Confucius in the Analects of Confucius are reinterpreted in various ways depending on the times and what meaning they contain today. Self-reflection is the process of considering one's identity, values, emotions, thoughts, and actions. Humans grow through reflection because they can identify their own problems, acknowledge their mistakes, find opportunities for improvement, and set a direction for the future. Confucius pursued the life of a gentleman as a person who constantly reflects on his life and grows. We classified it into the four categories presented above and examined them. In an era of coexistence with generative AI, Confucius' reflective life and teachings are recognized as important values in modern society in terms of human-centered value orientation, mature human relationships, and continuous social value realization, and reflection on happiness is the best attitude to life.

Entrepreneurship based on valuable opportunities has a positive effect on long-term economic growth. This study examines the entrepreneurship education offered to small business entrepreneurs from the perspective of opportunity-driven entrepreneurship in order to suggest improvements and future direction for small business entrepreneurship education. Also, we tried to investigate entrepreneurial behaviors related to opportunity development more effectively by considering entrepreneurial self-efficacy and regulatory focus that play a crucial role in opportunity development process as mediating variables. Conducted was an online survey of small business owners nationwide who have completed entrepreneurship education provided by the government, and 345 online survey data were used for empirical analysis. The results show that entrepreneurship education for small business entrepreneurs positively influences entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy is positively related to both opportunity recognition and evaluation as well as the promotion and prevention focus. Entrepreneurship education, which includes theoretically and practically oriented courses, has a positive impact on both the promotion and prevention focus. The promotion focus of small business entrepreneurs was found to have a positive effect on opportunity recognition, but not on opportunity evaluation. Also, the preventive focus of small business entrepreneurs does not have a significant effect on both opportunity recognition and evaluation. The current entrepreneurship education for small business entrepreneurs does not have a significant impact on their opportunity recognition and evaluation. These results suggest that the current entrepreneurship education for small business entrepreneurs needs improvements to promote opportunity-driven entrepreneurship.

The objective of this study is to describe and determine how and to what extent size of firm, operating vessels and interest cost, leverage, debit maturity, growth opportunity and cash flow affect the cash holdings of Korean shipping companies. A sample of 38 Korean shipping firms for a period of 9 years(from 2005 to 2013) was selected. In panel data regression, this study finds that cash holdings are negatively affected by firm size, operating vessel size and debit maturity, and positively affected by volume of interest costs. In firm's group of relatively large volume of operating vessel, it's cash holdings are affected by debit maturity, cash flows and growth opportunity but in firm's group of small volume of it, interest cost, debit maturity and operating vessel's size are related with cash holdings. It proved that determinants of cash holdings in a high interest costing group are size of operating vessel, interest cost and debt maturity. On the other hand, debit maturity, growth opportunity, firm size and extent volume of vessels are associated with cash holdings in relatively row interest costing group.

지난해 우리나라는 주요 10대업종중 <조선>과 <건설>을 제외하고 대부분의 업종이 3저의 영향으로 생산, 내수, 수출등 제분야에서 고루 균형을 가진 호황의 한 해였다. 우리나라는 본원적으로 부존자원이 없는데다가 외채자본에 의존한 결과, 경제적 자립성을 유지하기 위해서는 부득이 해외시장에 의존하지 않을 수 없다. 그러기 때문에 정부는 지 금까지 수출주도형 고도성장정책을 견지해 왔으며 이 결과 국제수지의 적자와 물가상승등 부작용이 뒤따른것도 사실이다. 아뭏든 지난해의 우리나라 경제를 요약하면 경제성장- 물가안정-국제수지흑자로 이어졌는데 결국 세마리의 토끼를 한꺼번에 잡은 행운의 한 해 였음이 분명하다. 특히 값진 보람이라고 한다면 지금까지의 만성적인 국제수지적자가 추 방되고 사상초유의 흑자원년을 기록했다는 사실이다. 이렇게 볼 때, 우리기업인들은 행운이였다고 하기 이전에 주어진 기회를 재빠르게 포착하여 이용했다는 사실에서 그 저력을 과시하는 표현이 더욱 적절할 것 같다. 금년에도 또 몇마리의 토끼를 잡기 위해서는 고속성장보다는 안정된 기조하에서 수출주도형의 경제정책이 계속 밀고나가야할 것으로 생각 된다. 3저현상은 무한히 지속하는 것이 아니며 언제 무산될지 모르는 미래에 대비하여 사전 에 그 대응책이 마련되어야 하며 이 처방은 경쟁 우위력에서 구해내야할 것이다. 따라서 우리 는 축적된 경험과 <노우하우>를 바탕으로 품질의 고급화, 생산성향상, 부가가치의 증진등으로 선진국 대열에 진입할 수 있는 힘을 키워야 하며 이것은 오직 노사협조라는 평범한 진리에서 얻을 수 있다. 금년도 년초에 대통령의 국정연설에서 <올해는 우수한 기술. 기능인이 대폭 육성되고 이들이 산업현장에서 자기의 꿈을 키울 수 있도록 더욱 효과있는 지원제도를 발전해 나갈 것이다...>라고 하였고 또 <이같은 과학기술의 진흥과 산업현장의 기술. 기능인력을 양 성하는 데 역점을 둔다...>는 최고지도자의 구상은 바로 우리가 기대했던 공감대를 형성하였 다고 본다.

Industry for artificial joint is a complex one based on various technologies, including mechanics, biotechnology, material engineering, and medicine which are connected closely. This industry has been already known to a higher value-added business, and as going into an aging society, is expected a market growth. Also, it is a knowledge based component industry and each components assembled into product is almost all import items. This characteristics made many small and medium and venture enterprises participate in this area. For these reasons, it is needed a government's promotion. In this study, commercialization environment was analyzed and then commercialization items and strategies was figured out. Firstly, three factors for need, environment, technology were analyzed and then growth drivers growth restraints were provided. Secondly, items and strategies for commercialization were analyzed based on needs and trends of technology. Commercialization opportunities are expected to be created based on strategies following as; building a integrated technology development system, making a public opinion, strengthening a marketing, entering into niche market, B2B strategies etc.
