본 논문에서는 카탈로그 구매자들이 의복쇼핑과 관련한 변인에 대하여 성별 차이를 보이는지를 연구하였다. 총 207명의 의류카탈로그 소비자들을 남성그룹 (N=97)과 여성그룹 (N=110)으로 나누어 카탈로그 의복쇼핑과 관련하여 구매자 성향, 애고 동기, 애고 행동을 비교하였다. 여성은 남성보다 유희적, 가격 중시, 편리성 중시 구매자 성 향을 높게 보였다. 여성 소비자들은 남성 에 비해 카탈로그 쇼핑에 대한 전반적인 만족도를 더 높게 나타내었고, 특히 편리성, 용이성, 유희성, 안전성, 경제성 면에서 더 높게 평가하였다. 남성이 여성보다 더 높은 만족도를 나타낸 유일한 항목은 카탈로그의 브랜드 구색이었다. 이처럼 카탈로그 의복쇼핑의 만족도에 관한 성별 차이에도 불구하고 실제로 카탈로그를 통한 의복쇼핑 행동에서는 성별의 차이가 발견되지 않았다. 결론을 바탕으로 의류 카탈로그 업체를 위한 마케팅 전략들이 제안되었다.

The male breast is a non-functional and rudimentary organ, but similarly to the female breast, it can be affected by various diseases. In contrast to female breast cancer, male breast cancer has a low incidence, and there is no established breast cancer screening program for male patients. Therefore, the diagnostic evaluation is usually performed in male patients with symptoms such as palpability or pain in the breasts. Furthermore, most adult male patients who visit breast clinics sometimes present with not only breast symptoms but also axillary symptoms, and both the breast and axilla are usually examined during breast ultrasonography in daily clinical practice. The purpose of this pictorial essay was to present the sonographic features of various palpable breast and axillary lesions in adult male patients.

우리나라의 성문화는 여전히 가부장적이고 남성 중심인 것을 부인할 수 없다. 전통적인 한국의 가부장적인 성에 대한 특징을 살펴보면서 혹시 여전히 이러한 생각에서 벗어나지 못하고 있는것은 아닌지 다시 한번 생각해보는 것이 필요하다.

This study aims to explore the strategies and effects of SNS images used by four popular male beauty influencers to gain identification with their female fans. The research selected four male beauty influencers, namely Li Jiaqi, Jeffree Star, James Charles, and Bretman Rock, with a high number of subscribers on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok as of July 21, 2023. By observing the content they posted on SNS, the study analyzed the types, characteristics, and relevance of male beauty influencer images with their female fans using Lacan's gaze theory. Additionally, concepts related to gaze, such as the mirror stage, the screen, and objet petit a, were supplemented to conduct an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of male beauty influencer images and the motivations of female viewers. The study results suggest that male beauty influencers can maintain an intimate relationship, referred to as 'girl-friendship,' with their female fans through the identification formed by the homogeneity within the feminized mirror images. Furthermore, male beauty influencers can transform female viewers from being seen as objects to seeing them as subjects by presenting images that embrace diversity in gender identity, challenging the traditional notions of societal gender norms. Therefore, the images of male beauty influencers not only challenge gender stereotypes but also cater to the demands for independence and equality of modern young women, promote understanding of feminine gaze, and explore the potential for democratization and inclusivity on social media platforms from a new perspective.

Empirical study comparing the leadership styles of women an men is a popular on management in organization. Consistent with study comparing women and men on many organizational behavior, I have identified that leadership style from survey. The this study examined follower's perception of the women and men the leadership in organization. More specifically, I examined how male and female follower evaluated the leadership style and effectiveness of women and man, how these evaluations were affected by the degree of stereotypes of the followers toward gender roles, finally the variables affecting the evaluation of the leadership effectiveness. Total 158 follower's participated in this survey to explore these research questions. The results that female evaluator were evaluated higher in the transformational leadership than male evaluator, while the evaluation for man leader was higher than the woman leader in terms of the transactional and task-oriented leadership style. Also, another analysis the gender difference of the organizational member revealed that woman leader better than man was higher leader relational and transformational leadership. However, both male and female followers who were no gender-difference in decision making work, interpersonal work, relation coordination work, consulting work.

꾸준히 증가하고 있는 창업시장에 남성 못지않게 여성의 창업도 증가하고 있다. 여성 창업을 독려하기 위한 다양한 정책도 많지만 남성의 창업 성과에 비해 여성의 창업 성과는 미미하게 나타나고 있다. 중소기업청에서 조사된 창업 현황으로 본다면 남성은 다양한 산업 분야에 창업을 하고 있고 자금투자유치 및 고성장도 이루어지고 있는 반면에 여성은 한정된 산업 분야에 개인자금조달 및 소규모경영형태로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 남성과 여성의 창업 형태가 위와 같이 차이가 나는 근본적인 원인을 사회적으로 잠재되어있는 젠더레짐에 영향을 받아 나타나는 것으로 가정하고 실증적인 검증을 하려고 한다. 양성평등 및 차별금지에 관한 교육이 꾸준히 이루어지고 있음에도 뿌리 깊은 젠더편향적인 한국문화적 특성상 그 성-편향적 사고의 틀 안에서 여성 창업에 대하여 평가하고 있다. 여성 창업은 꾸준히 증가되고는 있지만 암묵적으로 방관하는 젠더편향적인 사회 문화를 인식을 개선하지 않는 이상 여성 창업 환경과 그 성과는 앞으로도 크게 나아지지 않을 것이라고 생각 된다. 이에 남성 주류의 창업생태계 안에서 여성 창업에 대한 편견 및 유리천장이 존재하여 그 성장에 한계가 있는 것으로 가정하고 본 연구는 젠더레짐이 여성창업의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증해보려고 한다.

This article aims to deconstruct the mechanism of male domination that constantly reproduces the hegemonic class of men. In order to overcome misogyny, we should no longer deny the ontological dimension of the reality of women's oppressions and the pre-eminence of the material condition of women's existence. In addition, the possibility of the category of women as a modality of resistance should be taken into consideration. First, I will highlight the correlation between penis and phallus according to which the phallus refers to the penis which is malleable and fragile and which disappears without being castrated by the external factor. From here we could deduce the fragility and imperfection, the non-absoluteness of the phallic order. Secondly, I will analyze the mechanism of penis-narcissism, which is the modality of the constitution of the individual identity of man. The penis is not only a physiological organ, but a site of self-estimation and the validity of the succession of power and authority of the father's law. With this penis-narcissism, man is constituted as a hegemonic body that can let itself go without worrying about the reactions of others. Thirdly, I will focus on the mechanism of the penis-cartel which is the modality of the formation of the collective identity. The penis-cartel is reinforced by the mutual affirmation of the superiority of men among themselves, but also by the permission and the tacit agreement of their absurdity and lack of rationality and corruption. Because the privilege of men is not monopolized by a small part of the elite, but is consciously and unconsciously shared by all men who are part of the hegemonic and collective category. In order to deconstruct the penis-narcissism and the penis-cartel, it is necessary to demonstrate that the penis is not a self-sufficient body, nor a closed and impermeable body, but that it is a porous body where the organ serves both ejaculation and urinary ejection. The penis is a porous body that is at once the site of sublimity and degradation, purity and impurity. In addition, the penis is no longer an all-powerful and aggressive organ, but it is a malleable and fluid flesh that constantly changes its shape. Linked to a phallus-organ that is the notion of Jacques-Alain Miller, it is a site of deficiency and vulnerability that is not the axis of the penis-cartel. It is through the notion of the double porosity of the penis and the phenomenology of the flesh of the penis, I try to provide the modality of undoing the reproductive mechanism of predatory masculinity. Because this would be an effective strategy to overcome misogyny.

The personality in Marx's philosophy can be defined as an 'activity on the basis of social relations'. This concept suggests two significant implications to the difference of sexual identity between the sexes. First, according to Marx's philosophy the personality is partially influenced by the ideology. Freud's theory of Oedipus is founded on the patriarchal culture including the ideology. Freud's concept of personality ignores that aspect. That's why Freud's theory of Oedipus complex can be criticized. This is because of his ignorance of the affecting power of male chauvinism in patriarchal society. Second, more importantly and definitely, the difference of activity, especially labor, that is, male's social labor and female's private labor, has influenced the difference of the personality of both sexes.

The purpose of this study is to understand the sex life of men with rectal cancer. Participants were 8 males who were treated with rectal cancer and analyzed semi-structured questionnaire by Downe-Wamboldt's content analysis method(Step 8). As a result of the analysis, three categories and nine subcategories were derived: Physical difficulty, Psychological difficulty, Mutual role difficulty. Thus, men treated with rectal cancer experience physical, psychological, and interrelated difficulties related to sex. This study was meaningful in that it revealed the experience related to sexual experience of men with rectal cancer and could be used as useful data for the development of sex - related programs.

비뇨생식기 질환을 이야기 하려면 태생적으로 여성보다는 공격적이며 일방적이고 다양한 성을 추구하면서 자신 있어 하는 남성들을 얘기하는 것이 HIV감염의 남여 비율 9:1의 현 상황에서도 부합되는 이야기일 것이다. 첫째로는 특이한 일부 남성들의 잘못된 성의식과 성접촉 습관에 초점을 맞춰서 이야기 할까 한다. 두 번째는 HIV감염과 아주 밀접한 성병성 감염질환인 염증성 병변이나 궤양성 병변에 대해 알아보고자 한다.
