The Effect of Organizational Relations and Technology Factors on Logistics Performance of Logistics Firms (물류기업의 조직간 관계요인 및 기술요인이 물류성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of relationship factors and technical factors on the logistics performance of logistics companies. As a result of the analysis, information sharing, mutual trust, and mutual benefit of the inter-organizational relationship factors as factors affecting the logistics performance were analyzed as the factors that positively influence the logistics performance. In the technology factor, IT infrastructure and technology reliability are analyzed as factors that positively influence logistics performance, but system operation capacity is analyzed as a factor that does not positively affect logistics performance. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be confirmed that logistics companies can maximize the logistics performance by mutual sharing of information, mutual benefit and trust, and it is also confirmed that technical reliability is also an important factor.

Effect of Doctors' Patient-centered Communication on the Patient Satisfaction and Treatment Outcomes : Focusing on Mediating Effect of Patient Participation (의사의 환자중심 커뮤니케이션이 환자만족과 치료성과에 미치는 영향 : 환자참여의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of doctors' patient-centered communication on patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes, and the mediating effect of patient participation between doctors' patient-centered communication and patient satisfaction, between doctors' patient-centered communication and treatment outcomes. For the purpose of this study's goal, the 339 samples for this empirical study were collected from general hospital outpatient in C. The results of this study are as follows, First, except prohibition factor there are positive effect careful listening factor, consideration factor on patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes. Second, there are positive effects of careful listening factor, consideration factor on emotional factor and informational factor, but there are no significant effect of prohibition factor on three factors of patient. Third, There are partial mediating effects of patient participation between doctors' patient-centered communication and patient satisfaction, between doctors' patient-centered communication and treatment outcomes. Last, based on the results of this study, we suggested implications for heighten the alternatives of patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes.

  • This study showed effective and new applicative direction of CRM of medical management after arranging CRM researches, measuring CRM activity and the results of medical institutions and clearing factors having an effect. In other words, 'Human Factors' variables and 'Physical Factors' variables have an effect on the result of CRM. 'Human Factors' variables have an effect on the qualitative result and 'Physical Factors' variables have an effect on the quantitative performance. In more strategic CRM continuum, Human Factors have a significant effect on the whole performance of CRM. And in more tactical, CRM continuum Human Factors and Physical Factors have significant effect on the whole performance of CRM. Consequently, The key point is grasp of what characteristics exist in CRM between strategic level and tactical level. This provides the foundation for the variables in marketing practice.

An Empirical Study on the causal relation of Business Performance, Information Capability and Risk Management in the Supply Chain Management (SCM의 정보역량 및 위험관리가 사업성과에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 실증연구)

  • This paper attempts to reveal the relationships between IT capacity, SCM risk management factors and Business Performance. According to precedent studies, Our study analysed 153 cases from Korean companies which perform a supply chian risk management and then developed a structural equation model. As a result of the model test, this empirical study found that IT Infrastructure have a positively significant influence on companies' IT application and risk management. Second, there was a positive relationship between IT application and Business performance. Last and foremost, SCM risk management affects positively on Business performance. From this study, we found that investment in IT infrastructure will increase Business performance via raising risk management level, but there was less relationship between IT application level and that of risk management. For further study should be conducted for discovering effective practice factors of risk management.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of success factors of foodservice business start-up on management performance and entrepreneurial satisfaction and to analyse the mediating effect of management performance on the relationship between success factors of foodservice business start-up and entrepreneurial satisfaction. Collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0. The results of this study are as follows: First, success factors of foodservice business start-up consists of location, service, facilities, and food. Among success factors, location, service, facilities, and food had a significant influence on management performance and entrepreneurial satisfaction. Second, management performance had a significant influence on entrepreneurial satisfaction. Third, management performance had a mediating effect between success factors of foodservice business start-up and entrepreneurial satisfaction. The conclusion section suggested strategic implications to induce success factors, management performance and entrepreneurial satisfaction based on the findings.

  • This study is intended for bedding stores and finds management performance factors from providers' aspect. Henceforth this study can be used when bedding stores were considered to establish by determinations and bedding companies with statistics as a criterion and a tool so that make an accurate estimate. First, it was found that location and trade area are the most influential factor in the management performance. Second, the result of study showed that location placed first in the importance of management performance factors in bedding stores, consumer came second, followed by competition. Third, it was assumed that the large floating population around the bedding store was the most important variable in location factor, the large resident population was the most important one in the consumer factor and high quality product was the most important one in the economic factor.

  • 최근 국내 경제의 구조적 전환에 대한 필요성이 증대됨에 따라 기술집약적인 산업에 관심이 모아지고 있으며 이러한 관심은 주로 기술개발과 혁신을 통해 고수익을 달성하려는 벤처기업에 집중되어져 왔다. 특히 인터넷 비즈니스분야의 벤처인 경우 기존 산업이 지니고 있던 산업구조, 기업유형 및 수익원천과는 구별되는 특징을 지니고 있기에 기업의 성장성과 수익성을 예측하고 미래가치를 판단하는데 있어 새로운 투자평가 패러다임이 요구된다. 국내의 경우 최근 들어 벤처성과와 관련된 연구들이 진행되고는 있으나 주로 사례연구 방식으로 벤처기업을 대상으로 한 주요성공요인, 성과 영향요인, 자금조달 및 육성지원정책 등 탐색적 연구에서 벗어나지 못하고 있으며 실제 벤처투자자의 입장에서의 연구는 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 벤처투자가를 대상으로 투자고려요인과 성과요인을 추출하고 두 요인간의 관련성을 파악함으로써 투자성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 제시하고 이를 투자자유형, 성장단계, 투자시기, 사업유형, 벤처전략별로 분석하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 이를 통해 인터넷 비즈니스분야의 벤처기업에게는 각 기업별 특성에 따른 관리 요인과 벤처투자가에게는 투자의사 결정시 도움을 줄 수 있는 투자지침을 제시한다.

Analysis of Factors Influencing the Construction Business Management Success (건설기업의 재무적/비재무적 요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향분석)

  • This research outlined the factors influencing the business management success via analyzing a survey of business principles. The research process has been tested in comparison of both financial factors, which come out of objective data and non-financial factors so relevantly prioritized by combining these factors. In order to specify the factors, a check-list and analyzed essential features of category have been done with interviews and surveys. As consequently proceeding, the authors could deduce that non-financial but analytic factors such as business do-able, technician workability, compensation and benefits etc. play major roles in construction sector. The outcomes consider a construction business as fundamental human labor job as opposed to a manufacture business. On reasoning necessarily more objective research works to be done as developing this research's outcome, it is meaningful in suggesting the pivotal factors influencing the construction business management. Therefore, this research is expected to guide the direction to induce the improvement of business management to be done by further exemplary researches.

An Analysis on the Profit of Return-based trading Strategy (과거의 주가에 근거한 투자전략의 성과분석)

  • 본 연구는 과거의 수익률에 근거한 투자전략인 반대투자 전략과 모멘팀 전략의 성과를 분석 하고 있다. 이러한 투자전략의 성과와 주식수익률의 시계열적 특성간의 관련성을 밝히고, 투자 성과를 기업고유 요인에 대한 주가의 과잉반응, 시장의 공통요인에 대한 주가의 반응, 그리고 개별주식의 평균수익률의 횡단면적 공분산에 기인한 부분으로 각각 분해하고 있다. 모멘팀 전략은 1주일 이상 6개월 정도의 포트폴리오 재구성 기간에 대하여 양의 성과를 보이고 있으며, 반대투자 전략은 3개월 이상 6개월의 정도의 기간에 대하여 유의적인 성과가 나타나고 있지만, 상승국면에서는 양의 성과가 나타나고 하락국면에서는 음의 성과가 나타나고 있다. 투자전략의 성과는 1주일 이내의 기간에 대해서는 수익률의 자기공분산에 의하여 주로 설명되며, 1개월에서 3개월 정도의 기간에 대해서는 교차공분산에 의하여 주로 설명되고, 6개월의 기간에 대해서는 개별주식 평균수익률의 횡단면적 분산에 의하여 주로 설명되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기간이 짧은 경우에는 투자성과가 주로 기업고유 요인에 대한 지연된 반응에 의하여 설명되며, 기간이 길어짐에 따라 주식수익률은 기업고유 요인에 대하여 과잉반응하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 시장의 공통요인에 대해서 대체로 지연된 반응이 나타나며 기간이 길어짐에 따라 소규모기업의 주식은 시장의 공통정보에 대하여 과잉반응하는 것으로 나타났다.

The Effect of Real Estate Investment Factors in Investors of Sejong City on Investment Performance and Reinvestment Intention (세종시 투자자의 투자요인이 투자성과와 재투자의향에 미치는 영향)

  • Investors should understand and actively consider factors like location, future value, policies, pricing, market trends, and their income, as these elements can shift with changing local, social, economic, and policy environments. This study seeks to clarify the impact of investment factors on the performance and reinvestment intentions of Sejong City investors by surveying those who have invested in real estate. This study employs a structural equation model with confirmatory factor analysis, focusing on four aspects: value, economic and policy, psychological, and financial. We find that the investment value factor has the largest impact on investment performance, indicating that investors prioritize the investment value of real estate in Sejong City. In addition, factors increasing asset value and expected satisfaction were significant, indicating that real estate investment in Sejong City yields high returns and investor satisfaction. with a positive outlook for future reinvestment.
