In this research is The research on the Entrepreneurship's will according to college students's MBTI personality type and job'2 type through Definition and types of Entrepreneur, rely on the theoretical study of business, MBTI personality type, on the theoretical insights. The relationship between MBTI personality types and to the Entrepreneurship's will models for design verification, and regression analysis, the reliability was conducted. Research Results, Personality types of College students's in the Entrepreneurship's will to significant minus (-) effected. Personality type of I/E of the type of Entrepreneurship's will interest for the (+) of the impact and Attitude for success in business life (+) does not affect the said. Extrovert personality type, with two inbound students compared to students with the type of personality to the Entrepreneurship's will, that Interest for Entrepreneurship's on the side (+) can see the affects.

인간은 만물의 영장류이다. 그러나 피할 수 없이, 부모의 불완전성과 사회적·환경적 이유들로 인해 아이는 의존적 욕구와 본능적 욕구의 좌절을 겪을 수밖에 없다. 이 두려움으로부터 자신을 보호하고, 부분적으로라도 욕구의 충족을 얻을 방법을 습득한다. 이 방법이 방어기제이며, 이것이 개인의 성격 특성으로 나타난다. 특히 사회적·도덕적으로 용납되지 못하는 성적 충동, 공격적 욕구, 미움, 원한 등은 하나의 위험으로 인식되고 불안을 일으킨다. 1번 유형 개혁가, 이들은 높은 이상을 실현하기 위해서 끊임없이 노력하는 활동가이다. 이들의 교류방식은 자신의 견해가 옳다고 여기기 때문에 이런 신념이 강할수록 상대방을 가르치고, 고쳐주려고 한다. 2번 유형 조력가는 쉽게 다른 사람과 친해지는 장점이 있다. 3번 유형 성격 성취가는 사회 속에서 성공을 바란다. 4번 유형 성격 예술가, 깊은 직관력으로 창조적인 영감과 기쁨을 찾는다. 5번 유형 관찰가, 이들의 본질은 깨달음이다. 6번 유형 충성가, 이들의 본질은 두려움과 의심을 극복함으로써 드러난다. 7번 유형 열정가, 침체된 분위기를 고조시키는 재능을 가지고 있다. 8번 유형 도전가, 돌려서 이야기하는 사람을 좋아하지 않는다. 9번 유형 중재자. 다른 사람과 갈등이 있으면 다른 사람의 입장을 먼저 생각한다.

기업에서는 경쟁력을 강화하고 지속적인 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 수단으로 ERP시스템을 도입하여 활용하고 있는 추세이다. ERP시스템은 전체업무프로세스를 정보기술로 구현한 전사적인 통합솔루션이다. 이러한 ERP시스템 구축의 성공요인에 대해 많은 연구들이 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 대부분의 선행연구들은 기술적인 측면 등 외부적인 요인들을 강조하고 있으며, 내부적인 요인인 조직구성원들의 개인적인 성격유형이 ERP시스템의 정보기술을 수용하는데 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 ERP시스템 구축의 성공요인으로 조직구성원들의 개인적인 성격유형을 탐색적으로 연구 하였다. ERP시스템 도입기업의 사용자들을 대상으로 MBTI 성격유형과 ERP시스템에 대한 정보기술 수용 정도를 설문을 통해 분석하였다. MBTI 성격유형은 Myers의 네 가지 성격유형으로 측정하고, ERP시스템의 정보기술수용에 대해서는 Davis의 TAM 모형을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, MBTI 성격유형과 ERP시스템의 정보기술수용과의 관련성 검증에서 MBTI 성격유형 중 외향형과 판단형인 경우에는 ERP시스템의 정보기술수용에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 감각형과 사고형인 경우에는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ERP시스템 관련 정보기술수용 검증에서는 선행연구들을 통해 검증된 바와 같이 ERP시스템에 대한 지각된 이용 용이성과 유용성, 활용의도 및 활용정도 간에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study pointed out that few studies focuses on potential business manpower in the food-service industry while the food-service industry is quickly growing in the field of business. In this respect, it classified the career aptitudes of potential business manpower into Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional according to Holland's(1997) career aptitudes. Then, Logistic Regression Analysis was implemented to determine how each career aptitude influences potential business manpower's determination to open a business. As a result, the aptitudes were arranged in the following order, starting with the one contributing to the strongest determination: Enterprising>Realistic>Social>Artistic>Investigative>Conventional. According to Holland's career aptitude classification, people with enterprising characters are generally entrepreneurs, politicians, and administrators. This study has also proved that enterprising people have the strongest determination to start business.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of the reading guidance for the youth among personality types. This presented the desirable way of the reading guidance through the differences. For this study, the data was collected through observation and focus group interview while reading guidance was implemented among senior year elementary school students and middle school students. This study revealed the possibility of the reading guidance based on personality type. As a result of the reading guidance, this showed the differences between personality type and reading attitude; and between reading tendency and product writing of the youth.

이 연구의 목적은 실내디자인 학생들간에 나타나는 CAD에 대한 태도, 적성과 그들의 성격 유형간의 관련성을 알아보고 이들 성향이 CAD 교수법에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위한 것이다. 연구방법은 설문조사, 성격 유형 검사, CAD 성적, 그리고 교과목 성적을 통한 통계분석으로 이루어졌으며, 실험은 실내디자인 전공 3학년 학생 56명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 실험 실시 환경은 CAD가 디자인 도구로 쓰여지는 실내 디자인 실기 수업으로 구성되었으며, 정확한 실험 결과 분석을 위해 CAD 숙련도 성적과 종합 교과목 성적이 분리. 채점되었다. 연구 결과 학생들의 성격 유형은 의향형, 직관형, 느낌형, 및 판단형(ENEJ)을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 실험에 참여할 실내디자인 전공 학생들이 직관에 의해 사물을 인지하고, 문제 해결을 하는데 있어 감성에 의지하며, 체계적이고 조직적인 판단력을 가지고 있음을 의미한다. CAD에 대한 태도와 성격유형의 관계에서는 CAD가 유용하다고 생각한 학생들이 느낌형에 강한 선호도를 보였으며, CAD 적성과 성격 유형의 관계에서는 CAD 숙련도 성적이 높은 학생이 판단형에 강한 선호도를 나타내었다. 또한, CAD 성적이 뛰어난 학생이 종합 교과목 성적도 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 CAD 숙련도의 차이가 학생들의 전반적 디자인 능력에도 영향을 끼칠 수 있음을 시사한다. 결론적으로, 이 연구 결과는 학생들의 성격과 학습인지 성향이 컴퓨터 교육의 효율성에 영향을 미친다는 기존의 타 분야에서의 연구결과가 실내디자인 분야에도 타당성을 지님을 증명해주었으며, 실내디자인 수업에 있어 컴퓨터 관련 교과목의 교수법이 실내디자인 학생들의 성격 유형을 바탕으로 개발이 될 때 그 활용 효과를 극대화 할 수 있음을 제시하고 있다.

This study explores communication competence and satisfaction in interpersonal relationship according to MBTI personality patterns. Looking at the distribution of MBTI personality patterns among male cadets, number of ESTJ(16.7%) is the highest, For female cadets, the highest in number is ENFJ(16.7%). There is discrepancy in communication competence depends on personality patterns, in order to verify such disparity, LSD was applied as a post-verification. As a result, there was discrepancy in communication competence between E(extravert) and I(introvert), also in satisfaction in interpersonal relationship between E(extravert) and I(introvert). Correlation between communication competence and satisfaction in interpersonal relationship showed static relation(r=.604(p<.01). In conclusion, this study proves significant relation of communication competence and satisfaction in interpersonal relationship according to cadet's personality patterns statistically. Also this study is significant because it can indicate directions that needs to be taken for discipline of cadets.

The purpose of study was to examine and compare the self-esteem, interpersonal relationship, happiness, and college adjustment between Type D and non-Type D personality among nursing students. Subjects included a total 181 nursing students (Type D personality: n=53, non-Type D personality: n=128). Data were collected through personal interviews using a questionnaire. The collected date were analyzed using a ${\chi}^2$-test, Fisher's exact test, and independent t-test. There were significant differences on self-esteem, interpersonal relationship, happiness, and college adjustment between Type D and non-Type D personality among nursing students. Self-esteem showed significant differences in degree of adaption, interpersonal relationship in religion, happiness in economic status, college adjustment in religion and degree of adaption (Type D personality subjects). Type D personality lowered self-esteem, interpersonal relationship, happiness, and college adjustment in nursing students. Strategies for Type D personality in nursing students are needed to increase self-esteem, interpersonal relationship, happiness, and college adjustment.

The present study, college students was carried out to examine the MBTI personality types, Personality Types, how to cope with stress academic burnout Influence was studied. Study shows that personality type is closely related to the stress-coping strategy of personality type and Academic burnout. Among the strategies, problem-based way has a negative effect on EP and IJ personality types. On the other hand wishful-thinking and emotional-focused way have a positive effect on EP type. Thus, the therapist need to induce stressed client to deal with stress through positive imagination or prayer in stable condition.

The purpose of this study was to determine Enneagram personality type and the degree of clinical practice stress by personality type among nursing students, as well as to set a direction for student counseling and develop a management program. For this purpose, the Enneagram personality type inventory, developed by the Korea Enneagram Spirituality Institute, and a clinical practice stress scale were applied to juniors and seniors majoring in nursing in a district who were in clinical practice. The results were analyzed using an SPSS 25.0 program. Type 2 among the nine Enneagram personality types accounted for 47.66% while in the strength- centered area, the emotional area accounted for 64.84%. As for the degree of clinical practice stress by Enneagram personality type, Type 6 was most vulnerable to the training environment, Type 4 to an undesirable role model and conflicts with patients, and Type 5 to the burden of training tasks and conflicts in interpersonal relationships among the sub-areas of stress. As for the degree of clinical practice stress by the strength-centered area of Enneagram, the thinking type was most vulnerable to the training environment, an undesirable role model, the burden of training tasks, and interpersonal relationships, whereas the emotional type to conflicts with patients. To put these results together, nursing students varied in Enneagram personality type and differed in clinical practice stress by the strength-centered area, as well as by personality type. It is therefore necessary to provide nursing students with counseling and guidance through an analysis of their personality type.
