The purpose of the present study was to test the mediating effect of children's creativity on the relationship among the openness to experience(OE) trait, maternal parenting behaviors, and their subjective well-being. 248 children attending elementary schools in the rural areas of Korea and their mothers were recruited. Results indicated that creativity partially mediated the relations between children's OE and their subjective well-being. However, creativity did not mediate the relations between maternal parenting behaviors and children's subjective well-being. Results of the present study suggest that the OE may influence children's adjustment through creativity. It is also implied that there may be no optimal parenting style which unconditionally promotes children's creativity.

본 논문에서는 다양한 사회재난 대응을 위해 IoT 기술을 활용한 개방형 플랫폼 기술을 제안하고자 한다. 기존 재난 대응 시스템의 문제점을 분석하여 적응성, 확장성, 개방성을 가진 시스템 구조를 오픈 IoT 기술인 모비우스를 통해 구현하고 복합 감지 구조를 통해 상황 판단 정확도와 신뢰성을 높이는 기술을 제안하였다.

선박안전법에 따라 대다수의 관공선 주기관은 8년마다 정기 개방검사를 해야 한다. 주기관 특성상 개방검사는 많은 예산 소요 및 엔진 효율성의 저하가 우려되어 이를 해결하고자 관련법에 따라 8년간 개방검사 면제 사전 준비로 예산을 절감하고 기관의 성능을 최적화 시켰다.

The purpose of the present study is to qualitatively explore childcare teachers' attitudes toward gender sensitivity education for early childhood. The study recruited 227 teachers and directors working in childcare centers around the Seoul metropolitan areas. The study utilised the interpretive science paradigm and visual methods for data collection, and thematic analysis examined the attitudes of 227 participants. Gender sensitivity education include gender flexibility and sexual orientation. Most participants showed positive attitudes toward the gender flexibility education. They regarded the gender flexibility as a topic socially accepted, suitable for early childhood development, and easy to implement. They also believed that the gender flexibility education would encourage the individuality of children. On the other hand, 53.3% of participants showed negative attitudes toward tolerance education regarding sexual orientation. Opponents expressed that an issue of sexual orientation did not reach a social consensus. They also worried that the topic is not developmentally appropriate for early childhood, and difficult to teach young children because of insufficient educational materials. At the same time, 40.5% of participants expected Korean society would embrace diverse sexual orientations in the future, and early childhood education would help young children adapted to changing contexts. This study discussed theoretical concepts of gender sensitivity, listened to childcare teachers' voices about education of gender flexibility and sexual orientation, and suggested more appropriate gender sensitivity education for early childhood.

In this paper, the beam steering dipole phased array antenna systems for IMT-2000 base station have been designed. The designed beam steering dipole phased array antenna systems are constituted by the antenna part and the beam steering control system part. The antenna part is designed by the proposed flat dipole for the broadband characteristics, and the 8${\times}$8 dipole way antenna is constructed by the Proposed flat dipole for the directional radiation pattern. Besides the vertical Power divider is designed for the vertical power distribution. The beam steering control system part is designed the horizontal power divider for the horizontal power distribution, the 4-bit phase shifters and the driving circuit of phase shifters for the horizontal beam tilting. In order to evaluate a performance of the designed antenna systems, they were fabricated and the radiation characteristics were measured. From the measured results, we found that the horizontal beams were tilted by the each control signals, and the measured radiation characteristics showed good agreement with the design goals.

알리바바는 단기간에 세계 최고규모의 전자 상거래 기업으로 성장하였다. 어떻게 그렇게 단기간에 그것도 인터넷이 그렇게 완비되지 않은 중국에서 출발하여 세계적 기업으로 알리바바가 성장할 수 있었을까? 이 문제에 대한 답을 구하고자 한다. 알리바바는 개방형 혁신을 통한 세계 최고수준의 창조적인 전자 상거래 비즈니스 모델을 단기간에 완비하여 갔다. 아울러, 개방형 혁신이 초래하는 복잡성이라는 비용, 즉 기업을 와해하는 원심력을 강력한 새로운 중국 기업 문화 "마윈식 소비자 신뢰 관씨 문화"를 구축하여 극복하여 왔다. 본 연구는 알리바바의 역동적인 개방형 혁신의 과정의 창발성과 그 과정에서 발생하는 원심력과 복잡성을 억제하는 새로운 관씨 문화, 제도, 및 리더십의 지속적인 강화 과정을 분석한다.

인터넷 서비스의 이용자가 증가함에 따라 데이터 망의 구축을 위한 투자의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 여러 벤더들로부터 최적의 장비를 구입하여 망을 구축할 수 있도록, 통신 장비들의 상호 운용성을 지원하는 개방형 구조의 망 및 교환 시스템을 표준화하는 작업이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개방형 교환 시스템에서 사용되는 MEGACO 프로토콜을 SDL 형식으로 설계한다. 개방형 교환 시스템은 시스템의 각 구성 요소마다 시장 경쟁 개념이 도입될 수 있도록 수평적 계층구조를 갖추고 있다. 각 계층마다 표준 인터페이스를 정의하고, 이 규격을 만족하는 다수의 벤더들로부터 성능이 우수하고 기능이 뛰어난 모들을 제공받을 수 있으므로, 망 사업자들은 특정 벤더에 종속되지 않고 개선된 양질의 서비스를 경제적으로 제공할 수 있는 개방형 교환 시스템을 쉽게 구축할 수 있게 된다.

This study investigated habitat diversity changes by conducting weir operations at the Sejongbo site in the Geum River basin. High-resolution aerial photographs taken before and after the weir-opening operation were used for habitat analyses. We classified water and bar areas into 17 types, such as lotic habitats, including riffles, runs, and glides, and lentic habitats, including reservoirs, pools, bar-head backwaters, and bar ponds. Then, we estimated each habitat area quantitatively, calculated a habitat diversity index, and established a habitat diversity map. Our results indicated that after the weir-opening operation, lotic habitats and new types of shallow lentic habitats increased in the water area. In addition, for the bar area, bare lands without cultivation increased distinctively. Finally, we observed that the habitat diversity index drastically increased after the weir-opening operation, which could provide a relatively simple channel of diverse habitats.

텔레매틱스 서비스의 주요 기술 중 하나가 텔레매틱스 단말과 관련된 기술이다. IT의 급속한 발전과 다양한 기술의 컨버젼스는 텔레매틱스 서비스의 첨단화를 가지고 올 것이다. 따라서, 텔레매틱스 단말에 대한 정확한 기술적 범위 및 다양한 환경에 대한 상호운용성 및 확장성을 고려한 개방형의 시스템이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 텔레매틱스 단말 플랫폼 환경을 구축하는데 있어서, 핵심인 텔레매틱스 단말 S/W플랫폼의 요구기능에 대하여 설계하였다. 이는 텔레매틱스 단말 표준화 추진의 일환으로 국내 표준 아키텍쳐 설계를 기반하여, 현재 ETRI를 중심으로 연구개발 중인 텔레매틱스 단말 플랫폼 기술개발과 국제 관련 기술개발 현황 등을 고려한, 상호 운용성 및 확장성이 가능한 개방형 텔레매틱스 단말 플랫폼의 요구기능을 정의한 것이다. 이는 국내 시장뿐만 아니라, 국제적으로 부재한 텔레매틱스 단말 플랫폼의 아키텍쳐 설계 및 API 개발을 통해 국제경쟁력 강화에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.
