The purpose of this study was attempted to conduct a meta-analysis on the antecedents factors of transformational leadership of nursing unit managers. Literature was collected according to the PRISMA guidelines, and the antecedent factors of 23 studies were analyzed. The results showed that the total 23 studies large effect size (ESzr=.54). Antecedent factors were classified into three categories, and the organization-related variables group had the largest effect size (ESzr=.56). This study is an integrated presentation of the effect size of the antecedent factors of transformational leadership through a meta-analysis and the results of this study are expected to be used as a basis for developing intervention programs for nursing unit managers' transformational leadership improvement.

오늘날 많은 선진국들이 창업국가를 표방하고 있다. 실제로 많은 연구들은 창업 생태계의 역동성이 국가 경쟁력 향상으로 이어지고 있음을 뒷받침하고 있다. 이에 각국 정부들은 스타트업을 새로운 미래 성장 동력으로 인식하고, 능력 있는 창업가와 스타트업을 자국으로 유치하기 위해 힘쓰고 있다. 본 연구는 창업자들의 글로벌 창업이주(Startup migration)현상과 지역적 창업 생태계의 등장에 주목하여, 그들의 이주요인을 알아보고자 한다. 창업 생태계 관련 선행연구에 따르면 창업자들은 개인적 동기 혹은 가용 자원이 풍부한 환경을 찾아서 국경을 넘는다. 창업이주는 국내 스타트업의 해외 진출을 의미하는 아웃바운드(Outbound)와 해외 스타트업의 국내 창업 허브에 유치하는 인바운드(Inbound)가 있는데, 본 연구는 비교적 선행연구가 적은 인바운드 창업이주(Inbound startup migration)를 중심으로 진행하고자 한다. 본 연구는 선행연구, 선행연구 기반의 질문지 작성, 설문 조사의 단계로 구성되어 있다. 우선 글로벌 창업 생태계를 비교 분석 및 평가한 선행연구를 살펴보고, 글로벌 창업 이주에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 찾아낼 것이다. 이후 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 앞에서 발견한 요인들을 인바운드 창업이주 관점에서 재정리하고 각 요인별로 질문을 추가하여, 설문지를 구성할 것이다. 설문지 작성의 목적은 인바운드 창업이주에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 중요도를 알아보기 위함이다. 작성된 설문은 글로벌 창업이주 형태로 국내에 정착한 100여명의 해외국적 창업자들에게 진행될 것이다. 본 연구는 인바운드 창업이주의 핵심 요인들을 찾아내어 이론화하고 이를 실증할 설문도구를 만들어서, 이를 우리나라 인바운드 스타트업들을 대상으로 검증하여 각각의 상대적 중요도를 찾아내었다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서 찾아낸 영향, 요인, 프레임워크는 세계 각국의 창업생태계를 비교하는 후속 연구에 활용될 수 있을 것이고 실증된 결과는 정책 입안에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Forecasting of short-term employment fluctuations provides a useful tool for policy makers in risk managing the labor market. Following the process of producing the composite leading indicator for macro economy, the paper develops the employment leading indicator(ELI) for the purpose of short-term forecasting non-farm payroll employment in private sectors. ELI focuses on early detecting the point of time and the speed in phase change of employment level.

벤처 기업의 평가와 관련되어 벤처 캐피탈리스트들의 의사결정에 대한 지금까지의 선행 연구들의 주 초점은 벤처 캐피탈의 의사 결정 과정과 이에 관련된 의사 결정 기준이지만, 연구의 또 다른 상호 보완적인 흐름은 의사 결정에 상대적인 가중치와 중요성에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 것이다. 즉, 벤처 캐피탈리스트의 의사결정에 있어서 인적 자본 요소인 벤처 기업의 창업자 또는 창업팀의 특징이 더 중요하다는 주장과 불확실성을 특징으로 하는 제품/서비스의 특징, 시장/산업의 특징, 재정적 특징이 창업자/창업팀의 특징 보다 더 중요하다는 두 가지 관점이 선행 연구에 존재한다. 그러나 벤처 캐피탈리스트의 의사 결정에 영향을 주는 것으로 알려진 두 가지 주장은 각각 독립적으로 연구되어 왔기 때문에 창업자의 특징과 불확실성의 요소가 결합된 상호 영향이나 상대적인 중요도가 벤처개피탈의 의사결정에 어떤 영향을 주는지에 관한 연구는 거의 없다. 이러한 배경에서 본 논문의 목적은 인적 자본 이론을 도입하여 벤처 캐피탈리스트의 의사 결정에 중요한 의사 결정 기준인 창업자의 특징 중 창업자의 경험(산업 경험, 창업 경험, 경영 경험)과 불확실성으로 발생되는 요인의 상대적인 중요도에 대한 이해를 증진시키는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 창업자의 특성과 불확실성의 특성을 벤처 캐피탈리스트의 의사 결정 과정에 실험적으로 적용할 수 있는 가상의 시나리오를 기반으로 하는 컨조인트 분석법을 적용하여 창업자의 특성과 불확실성을 포함하고 있는 8가지 요인(속성)의 중요도를 연구한다.

Users who want to experience the metaverse for tourism are exposed to strategic planning in space for the purpose of cultural content. In addition, users learn integrated cultural content in the process of proceeding according to the virtual environment. and Along with the meaning of time and space, users will experience space-telling. It is important to induce interest from the beginning of the experience to continue the experience. However, obstacles arise in this process. This is because developers should promote connections with new information to users who do not have sufficient prior knowledge and only have keywords of interest. Therefore, efficient design methods to enhance interest should be studied in advance. But so far, there has been no research on how to systematically design prior organizers to induce interest in virtual space. This study is an interest-inducing design method that occurs in the process of developing the meaning of virtual space and storytelling of cultural content, and can be seen as a basic study using conceptual guidance-based prior organizer education and learning techniques. First, virtual space elements and human behavior theories were considered. Subsequently, five representative examples of previous organizers currently used were explored, and redesigned and proposed based on a conceptual map for information access and delivery purposes. Through this research process, it was possible to confirm that spatial attributes and cognitive interest elements were effectively transmitted to meaningful learning leading to storytelling learning and elements of service design design method through conceptual guidance.

Abusive supervision occurs in a social context in which third-party observers react and interact with the abused victims and supervisors. Despite the importance of third-party observers' behavior in abusive supervision, research on abusive supervision has mainly focused on the dyadic relationship between direct victims and supervisors. Although in recent years research on third parties' reactions to peer abusive supervision has attracted growing attention, there are still insufficient studies examining the topic especially within domestic research in Korea. As such, this study comprehensively reviews empirical studies on third parties' reactions to peer abusive supervision and aims to broaden the scope of research in the field. Firstly, the results of previous studies show that the effects of observed peer abusive supervision are mediated by cognitive and affective processes. Secondly, previous studies are found to investigate the boundary conditions where the effects of observed peer abusive supervision can be amplified or mitigated with regard to various outcomes. Overall, compared to research on direct victims, research on third-party observers of abusive supervision is found to capture a wider spectrum of responses. In order to explain the mechanisms of this phenomena, this study thoroughly examines theoretical assumptions presented in previous studies and categorizes them into five theory types. Finally, this study identifies a couple of central methodological issues, including common method bias and inadequate model specification in the literature and suggests future research directions.

We arranged and classified rearing patterns of gifted children's parents in order to find out mothers' roles for their gifted children. We developed a frame of parents' role to analyze the rearing cases of nine mothers whose children currently attend the Korea Science Gifted Academy. We surveyed and conducted semi-structured interviews with nine mothers to collecting qualitative data and were able to find out their roles that were classified into 4 distinctive roles: Instructor, Supporter, Dialogist and Moral Discipliner. Findings indicated that there was no significant difference between the roles found from parents' interview and the ones found from literature review. However, it is noticed that Korean mothers not only played a role for connecting their children's human networks but also did the role for controling the natural process of learning Korean characters and words with siblings as well as parents before school age.

An nonlinear observer-based longitudinal control law for vehicles is presented in this paper. It is assumed that for vehicle i knows only the distance between vehicle i and the preceding vehicle, i-1. An nonlinear state observer for vehicle I is developed to estimate the velocity and acceleration of the preceding vehicle, i-1. The communication of the position, velocity, and acceleration information is not used in the proposed method. It will be shown by mathematical analysis that the longitudinal control of vehicle can be implemented without an communication of the informations. It will be proven that the observation errors of the nonlinear states converge to zero asymptotically. To show the effectiveness of the proposed method, the simulation results are presented for the longitudinal control of the vehicle.

전력시설물의 설계를 검토하자면 무엇보다도 광범위한 지식과 다양한 경험이 요구된다. 그리고 설계의 진행방법과 설계자의 개성적인 판단에 따라서 여러 가지 방법으로 설계될 수 있기 때문에 설계도서를 검토한다는 것은 설계자의 의도와 건축주 또는 발주자의 요구를 구체적으로 파악하는 것이 선행되어야 하며 다음으로 기초적인 학문 및 이론과 응용기술을 구사하여 그것을 어떻게 현장여건과 맞게 마무리 짖느냐 하는데에 있다.
