  • Point Cloud which is a cluster of numerous points can express 3D object beyond the 2D plane. Each point contains 3D coordinate and color data basically, reflectance or etc. additionally. Point Cloud demand research and development much higher effective compression technology. Video-based Point Cloud Compression (V-PCC) technology in development and standardization based on the established video codec. Despite its high effective compression technology, point cloud service will be limited by terminal spec and network conditions. 2D video had the same problems. To remedy this kind of problem, 2D video is using Scalable High efficiency Video Coding (SHVC), Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH) or diverse technology. This paper proposed a density scalability method using SHVC codec in V-PCC.

  • Recently, with the development of computer graphics technology, research on technology for expressing real objects as more realistic virtual graphics is being actively conducted. Point cloud is a technology that uses numerous points, including 2D spatial coordinates and color information, to represent 3D objects, and they require huge data storage and high-performance computing devices to provide various services. Video-based Point Cloud Compression (V-PCC) technology is currently being studied by the international standard organization MPEG, which is a projection based method that projects point cloud into 2D plane, and then compresses them using 2D video codecs. V-PCC technology compresses point cloud objects using 2D images such as Occupancy map, Geometry image, Attribute image, and other auxiliary information that includes the relationship between 2D plane and 3D space. When increasing the density of point cloud or expanding an object, 3D calculation is generally used, but there are limitations in that the calculation method is complicated, requires a lot of time, and it is difficult to determine the correct location of a new point. This paper proposes a method to generate additional points at more accurate locations with less computation by applying 2D interpolation to the image on which the point cloud is projected, in the V-PCC technology.

  • 상황기반 정보제공 에이전트는 주위의 상황을 인식하고 상황에 적합한 정보를 능동적으로 제공해주는 서비스 또는 애플리케이션 프로그램을 말한다. 상황기반 정보제공 에이전트는 현재의 상황을 정확하게 인식하고 그 상황에 적합한 정보를 추천해야 하기 때문에 상황인지 기능, 상황인식 기능, 정보검색 및 추천 기능 등 다양한 기능이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 프로야구에서 상황기반 정보제공 서비스 실현을 위해 상황기반 관전포인트 제공 시스템을 구현한 사례를 소개하였고, 구현에 있어 시간에 따른 상황변화를 정의할 수 있는 지식화 모델 구조를 제시하였다. 그 결과 이전 프로야구에서 제공되고 있는 일방적이고, 제한적인 관전포인트 제공 서비스를 개선할 수 있었다.

  • As the need for stable and high speed wireless Internet service Brows, the wireless LAN service provider hurries to preempt wireless LAN service market. IAPP(InterAccess Point protocol) is defined to be able to provide a secure handoff mechanism of wireless LAN terminal information between AP(Access Point)s, and the related IEEE standard is IEEE 802.11f. For the secure handoff of wireless LAN terminal, it is necessary to transfer terminal's authentication & accounting information securely from old AP to new AP IEEE 802.11f recommends RADIUS server as IAPP server which authenticates AP and provides information for secure channel between APs. This paper proposes IAPP server using Diameter protocol to overcome the limit of RADIUS sewer, and describes about the interaction between server components and integration method with the current IAPP client system.

  • Video based Point Cloud Compression (V-PCC) is one of the compression methods for compressing point clouds, and shows high efficiency in dynamic point cloud compression with movement due to the feature of compressing point cloud data using an existing video codec. Accordingly, V-PCC is drawing attention as a core technology for immersive content services such as AR/VR. In order to effectively service these V-PCC contents through a media streaming platform, it is necessary to encapsulate them in the existing media file format, ISO based Media File Format (ISOBMFF). However, in order to service through an adaptive streaming platform such as Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH), it is necessary to encode V-PCC contents of various qualities and store them in the server. Due to the size of the 2D media, it causes a great burden on the encoder and the server compared to the existing 2D media. As a method to solve such a problem, it may be considered to configure a streaming platform based on content obtained through V-PCC content encoding based on SHVC. Therefore, this paper encapsulates the SHVC-based V-PCC bitstream into ISOBMFF suitable for DASH service and proposes a configuration method to service it. In addition, in this paper, we propose ISOBMFF encapsulation and DASH configuration method to effectively service SHVC-based V-PCC contents, and confirm them through verification experiments.

  • Nowadays, '1+N' is the operation model of compound bookstores. This study firstly investigated the general information and needs of customers and analyzed 4 basic behaviors of customers in 10 functional space of bookstore. Secondly, a preliminary analysis framework of interior design of compound bookstore was established, by applying 3 research tools of service design to 3 design elements of interior design. Thirdly, the case was analyzed in the preliminary analysis framework to find out the detailed process of the interaction between the customer and the bookstore, the touchpoint and the interior design project, to find out the blind spots in design, and put forward the solutions. Finally, after being refined, a compound bookstore interior design model based on the concept of service design was established. This model can be used to test the design content and service quality of the interior functional area of the compound bookstore, and to find out the design blank points.

  • Recently, to efficiently support the real-time requirements of LBS and Telematics services, interest in the spatial main memory DBMS is rising. In the spatial main memory DBMS, because all spatial data can be lost when the system failure happens, the recovery system is very important for the stability of the database. Especially, disk I/O in executing the log and the checkpoint becomes the bottleneck of letting down the total system performance. Therefore, it is urgently necessary to research about the recovery system to reduce disk I/O in the spatial main memory DBMS. In this paper, we study an efficient recovery system for the spatial main memory DBMS. First, the pre-commit log method is used for the decrement of disk I/O and the improvement of transaction concurrency. In addition, we propose the fuzzy-shadow checkpoint method for the recovery system of the spatial main memory DBMS. This method can solve the problem of duplicated disk I/O on the same page of the existing fuzzy-pingpong checkpoint method for the improvement of the whole system performance. Finally, we also report the experimental results confirming the benefit of the proposed recovery system.

  • Nowadays, Smart Wallet technology trend that is able to save users' consuming costs and also retain users' redundant behaviors such as Single-tapping, One-way communication, Integrated ID, has been issued in recent Mobile Industrial Fields. As one of Smart Wallet functions, Integrated ID is proposed for users' convenience, handiness, and immediate responses. It is designed for the effective management of users' IDs which are easy to be forgot because of its unusual structures. To be detail, instead of user, Integrated ID system can certificate users identification from various online sites (where user resisted) authorization requests via one-clicking, not putting identification data in each sites. So, this technology would be helpful much to a certain user who has lots ID and its Password in multiple Online shopping companies by establishing integrated ID. However, although Integrated ID has lots advantages to be used, most Mobile Service Companies has hesitated to apply Integrated ID service in their shopping systems because this technology requires them sharing their users' data. They have worried that this service would be not helpful to gain their profits. Furthermore, Users who join in multiple shopping companies and use Integrated ID services also are difficult to decide which company they have to save their points in before payment because this system could not show any financial benefit analysis data to their users. As following facts, via this paper majorly we propose the advanced Integrated ID system which concern shopping point management. Basically, this system has a strong security payment service and secure network services like other mobile Shopping systems. Additionally, this system is able to service (or to support) shopping -point -saving guide for customers' financial benefits and conveniences.

  • 본 논문에서는 CCTV 통합 관제 및 운영에 대해서 살펴보았다. 특히 기관의 무 중단 서비스를 제공하고 효율적인 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 다양한 장비와 시스템을 정기, 수시, 특별 점검 등으로 분류하여 유지 관리하여 무 중단 서비스를 제공한다. 또한 각종 장애 발생 데이터를 잘 관리하고, 장애 빈도가 높은 현황들에 대해서는 사전에 체크리스트와 장애 발생 요인을 원천적으로 방지 할 수 있도록 사전 점검 및 유지 관리 포인트로 집중하여 운영 및 장애가 발생하지 않도록 한다. 특히 장마철인 7월, 8월, 9월에는 어느 계절보다 집중적으로 운영에 만전을 기한다. 따라서 항상 체크하여 서비스 중단에 대처하여 원활한 서비스를 제공함으로써 보다 편리한 지방자치 단체의 서비스가 되도록 한다.
