Deduction of Humanistic Metaphor based on Searching, Participation, Sharing and Analysis of Wearable Device (웨어러블 디바이스의 검색, 참여, 공유, 분석을 통한 인문학적 메타포 도출)

  • According to the lunching of Google glass, the interest for wearable computer is increasing. This paper is about how to apply humanity or humanist metaphor to the development and application of wearable computer. Humanity is consisted of dream, imagination and desire of human mind. However the software development methodology and application design of engineering part are consisted of the logical language and also they are testable. In this paper the different academics are combined and researched to develop the human-friendly application which are the design of humanities-applying wearable computer and the service scenarios. This paper shows the specific examples of services to search, share and analyze the information with wearable computer also presents what kinds of humanistic metaphor is able to apply in this process.

A study on 3D safety state information platform architecture design for realistic disaster management based on spatial information (공간정보 기반 실감형 재난관리를 위한 3D 안전상태정보 플랫폼 아키텍처 설계 방안에 대한 연구)

  • Although some studies have been attempted to utilize 3D spatial information for fire safety and disaster management, it is still not enough to apply it to actual work. Especially, in case of multi-use facilities, many facilities are more vulnerable to rapid response in the event of a disaster due to complexity of facilities, diversity of usage, and specificity of users. In this paper, we propose a method to develop a 3D safety status information platform that combines 3D spatial information and time - varying safety status information for efficient disaster management of multi-use facilities. In detail, first, we analyze the use cases of existing disaster management platform and the needs of business users. Second, based on the analyzed results, target facilities were selected and possible scenarios were created. Finally, we developed platform architecture design and service development strategy. The research results will be used as a basis for future 3D safety status information platform development. This will contribute to improving the safety of multi-use facilities and minimizing damage to disaster vulnerable groups.

  • The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated digital transformation across all industries and daily life. Edutech is spreading in the education field, also bringing changes in university education. Non-face-to-face online-only classes at universities have spread after the COVID-19 pandemic physical distancing started. Online-only or real-time online classes showed diverse educational imitations. 'Metaverse' started to attract attention as a learning space and community activity support platform that may solve the limitations of online education and communication. It is time to prepare an introduction strategy for the actual application of education using metaverse. This study, first, by examining previous studies and cases of metaverse application, and second, establishing a metaverse introduction framework based on the technology lifecycle model and the innovation diffusion theory. Finally, we provide an introduction strategy in steps, a specialized introduction plan according to the main users is established and presented as a scenario. We expect that this study will provide the theoretical background of the new technology introduction and the spread of metaverse research. Also, we present an efficient introduction strategy, the basis for a service model, and a practical basis for the university's value-added strategy.

  • Recently the existing urban facility management integrating with advanced IT has been created more effective and various service for solving the problems what are the inadequacy of operating system, data continuity and expandability, etc. Therefore this study analyzed the research trend of BIM based urban facility maintenance, and implemented the environment with smart facility maintenance function and facility information system. Also this suggested the BIM based maintenance system framework after considerations as system operation and construction are deducted for development of system managing urban facility like bridge and tunnel. The output will be used as preliminary data for the study of development of maintenance system and derivation of real scenarios.

  • Recently, according to rapid technological development trend of mobile devices revolutionary transforming our lives in various fields, thereby combining the latest in communications technology. These mobile devices to celebrate the digital convergence era are now created a new business model due to mobility. The mobile business operators obtains a user's location information using the smart phone. The mobile business operators provide users with the area or building-related information for the user on. The mobile business operators provide users profiles to advertisers and product sellers. In this study, I propose the mobile business model and that there are no technical problems design a conceptual framework on mobile agents for mobile operators.

A Study on AES-based Mutual Authentication Protocol for IoT Devices (사물인터넷 디바이스를 위한 AES 기반 상호인증 프로토콜)

  • The Internet of things (IoT) is the extension of Internet connectivity into various devices and everyday objects. Embedded with electronics, Internet connectivity and other forms of hardware. The IoT poses significant risk to the entire digital ecosystem. This is because so many of these devices are designed without a built-in security system to keep them from being hijacked by hackers. This paper proposed a mutual authentication protocol for IoT Devices using symmetric-key algorithm. The proposed protocol use symmetric key cryptographic algorithm to securely encrypt data on radio channel. In addition, the secret key used for encryption is random number of devices that improves security by using variable secret keys. The proposed protocol blocked attacker and enabled legal deives to communicate because only authenticated devices transmit data by a mutual authentication protocol. Finally, our scheme is safe for attacks such as eavesdropping attack, location tracking, replay attack, spoofing attack and denial of service attack and we confirmed the safety by attack scenario.

Effect of interprofessional education programs in Healthcare (보건의료계열 다직종 연계 교육프로그램의 효과)

  • This study aimed to develop an Interprofessinal Education(IPE) program for third-year healthcare students to provide patient safety-oriented services and demonstrate professionalism, and to determine the effects of applying the program for five days on patient safety knowledge and patient safety performance confidence. Key topics included understanding job roles by profession, training in patient risk prediction, scenario-based patient experience, and strategies for identifying improvement. As a result of the study, after the application of the IPE program, the patient safety knowledge decreased statistically significantly from 39 points to 37 points(p=.007). The patient safety performance confidence increased statistically significantly from 6.71 pints to 7.50 points(p<.001). In addition, students who experienced clinical practice had higher patient safety knowledge after applying the IPE program, but there was no difference in patient safety performance. Repeated studies are recommended to prove the effectiveness of the IPE program, and specific measures should be taken to expand and continuously manage the IPE program.

  • Recently, as the number of smartphone users has been increasing worldwide, various services such as electronic payment, internet use, and financial settlement are being used as a smartphone. In addition, researches for home appliance control and automobile control using smartphone are conducted. As such, smartphone users can enjoy a more convenient life, but by hacking smartphones, tapping texts and conversations on smartphones, tracking location through spy apps, DDoS attacks using smartphones, and malicious apps When a message is received at a specific telephone number when using a micropayment, the corresponding text message is transmitted to a remote server, thereby increasing the risk of leakage of personal information and the like. Therefore, in this paper, we define the risk factors of the smartphone that are caused by the internal and external environmental, physical, contents (apps) of the smartphone through the smartphone that we use in real life, We propose a method to check vulnerability of smartphone security solution such as CC evaluation and the most effective response technique for each risk of smartphone by defining the technique.

  • The U-Healthcare era has evolved with the development of the Internet of things (IoT) in the early stages of being connected as a society. Already, many changes such as increased well-being and the extension of human life are becoming evident across cultures. Korea entered the growing group of aging societies in 2017, and its silver industry is expected to grow rapidly by adopting the IoT of a super-connected society. In particular, the senior shift phenomenon has resulted in increased interest in the promotion of the health and well-being of the emergent silver generation which, unlike the existing silver generation, is highly active and wields great economic power. This study conducted in-depth interviews to investigate the characteristics of the new silver generation, and to develop the design for a wearable serious game that intends to boost the interest of the elderly in exercise and fitness activities according to their personalized physical training regimes as prescribed by the U-Hospital service. The usage scenario of this wearable serious game for the 'U-silver generation' is derived from social necessity. Medical professionals can utilize this technology to conduct health examinations and to monitor the rehabilitation of senior patients. The elderly can also use this tool to request checkups or to interface with their healthcare providers. The wearable serious game is further aimed at mitigating concerns about the deterioration of the physical functions of the silver generation by applying personalized exercise prescriptions. The present investigation revealed that it is necessary to merge the on / off line community activities to meet the silver generation's daily needs for connection and friendship. Further, the sustainability of the serious game must be enhanced through the inculcation of a sense of accomplishment as a player rises through the levels of the game. The proposed wearable serious game is designed specifically for the silver generation that is inexperienced in using digital devices: simple game rules are applied to a familiar interface grounded on the gourmet travels preferred by the target players to increase usability.

  • The Human-Computer Interaction(HCI) is a study of the method for interaction between human and computers that merges the ergonomics and the information technology. The intelligent space, which is a part of the HCI, is an important area to provide effective user interface for the disabled, who are alienated from the information-oriented society. In the intelligent space for the disabled, the method supporting information depends on types of disability. In this paper, we only support the hearing-impaired. It is material to the gaze direction detection method because it is very efficient information provide method to present information on gazing direction point, except for the information provide location perception method through directly contact with the hearing-impaired. We proposed the gaze direction detection method must be necessary in order to provide the residence life application to the hearing-impaired like this. The proposed method detects the region of the user from multi-view camera images, generates candidates for directions of gaze for horizontal and vertical from each camera, and calculates the gaze direction of the user through the comparison with the size of each candidate. In experimental results, the proposed method showed high detection rate with gaze direction and foot sensing rate with user's position, and showed the performance possibility of the scenario for the disabled.
