최근 멀티미디어 콘텐츠가 빠르게 확산되고, 초고속 광대역 IP 네트워크 기술이 발전하면서 통신과 방송의 독자적 개별 서비스가 서로 공존하여 통합융합 서비스로 진화발전하고 있다. 대표적 방송/통신융합 서비스인 IPTV는 통합융합서비스의 가장 강력한 응용분야이며, IPTV와 같은 서비스들이 증가함으로 인해 다양한 인터넷 서비스를 구현하기 위해서 인터넷 프로토콜을 통한 고화질의 데이터 처리에 대한 관심이 통신업계의 화두로 등장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소규모에서 사용되는 표준 라우팅 프로토콜인, RIP 환경과 대규모 자율 네트워크에서 사용되는 링크 상태 라우팅 프로토콜인, OSPF 환경을 구현하여 IPTV 서비스 중에서 방송 화질의 PSNR값으로 성능을 측정하고 평가하여 효율적인 IPTV 서비스를 위한 네트워크 구축 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The environment of the food service industry is becoming increasingly complicated and unpredictable as modernization and industrialization become more and more common. Moreover, the development of the food service industry is rapidly changing due to the convergence of the inter-industry services. In this study, based on the high reliance on the human resources of the food service industry, it investigates relations of each component as integrated view through leadership, organizational performance, and organizational culture. In particular, the relationship between emotional/primal leadership and organizational performance(as job satisfaction and organizational commitment) was verified through mediating effects of organizational culture. The results of this study will provide an integrated perspective on the understanding and development of the food service industry structure, which requires the importance of human relations, and will help convergent thinking among various service industries.

In this paper. we introduce technologies that service multimedia contents (in brief, we call it UCA (Ubiquitous Contents Access)) to end consumer that have various communication terminal on communication & broadcasting convergence environment and propose system that this technologies are applied. Also, we analyzed relative advantage and playfulness of service technology that is looked in consumer side about proposed service technology. When analyzed relative advantage and playfulness in consumer's view point, proposed communication & broadcasting convergence service model could see that is worth service that consumer can prefer.

최근, 맞춤의료서비스, 헬스와 웰빙의 복합서비스, RFID 기반의 공급망 관리 서비스와 같이 정보기술(IT), 바이오기술(BT), 나노기술(NT) 등이 융합된 혁신적인 서비스들이 출현하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 전통적인 접근방법으로는 새로이 출현하는 다양한 서비스에 대한 체계적인 접근이 불가능하다. 따라서 분석의 단위를 조직이나 정보 시스템 수준에서 서비스 수준으로 하향하는 것과 요소기술이 서비스로 변환되어 소비자에게 수용되는 전체과정을 동태적, 공학적으로 설계하는 접근이 절실히 요구된다. 본 연구의 목적은 신 기술의 출현, 성숙, 시장으로의 유입과 소비자에 수용되는 서비스 생명주기 전 과정을 통태적 관점에서 분석하는 틀을 제시하고 의료서비스에 특화 하여 서비스 공학적 관점에서 IT, BT, NT가 융합된 서비스를 설계하는 모델을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 서비스의 특성과 서비스 시스템 설계의 목표를 제시하고 동태적 혁신이론에 기반하여 서비스의 탄생부터 시장에서의 수용에 이르는 생명주기를 표현할 수 있는 모델을 개발한다. 이 모델의 시간 축을 분기하여 단계(Stage)들을 도출하고 각 단계에서 수행해야 할 활동들을 설계한다. 아울러 모델의 실제적 유용성을 입증하기 위하여 의료분야의 관련사례를 제시하고 조직의 서비스전략과 다변화 전략을 수립하기 위한 논리도 제시하였다. 본 연구의 동태적 공학모델은 IT 생태계 (IT Ecosystem) 하에서 조직 및 IT 요소들이 다양한 환경에서 어떻게 안정적이고 효율적인 메커니즘을 형성하고 진화해야 하는지를 잘 보여주고 있다.

최근 코로나 19에 대한 세계적인 팬데믹 선언에 의해 의료서비스의 변화가 오고 있다. 특히, 국내 법제도적으로 묶여 있던 원격 서비스에 대한 재검토가 되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 커넥티드 라디올로지 케어 시스템은 모바일 의료영상진단기기를 기반으로 의료사각지대에 있는 환자들의 영상촬영과 이에 대한 판독 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템이다. 제안한 시스템은 의료환경에 적용하기 위해 환자의 개인정보 보호를 위한 방법과 절차가 반드시 포함되어야 한다. 이를 위해 전체 시스템 구조와 익명화 처리과정을 보인다. 그리고 끝으로 구축된 시스템의 수행과정을 보인다.

대규모 프로젝트나 상호 이질적인 여러 시스템을 보유하고 있는 기관에서는 보통 시스템을 여러개로 나누어 운영하고 있다. 이러한 경우 운영의 효율성을 위해 시스템 통합에 대한 요구가 증가하게 된다. 시스템을 하나로 통합하다 보면 효율적인 운영이 가능하며, 단일화된 서비스를 통해 이용자는 여러 서비스를 한 곳에서 활용할 수 있는 편의성을 제공할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 통합서비스 구축을 통해 이용자가 여러 서비스를 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 접근점 중의 하나인 분류체계 구축 방법을 소개하고 실제 구현 사례를 제시한다. 통합서비스 요구분석을 통해 서비스에 필요한 분류체계들을 도출하고 다양한 서비스들을 여러 분류체계에 맞춰 구분함으로써 이용자는 원하는 서비스를 효율적으로 접근할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이에 통합서비스에서의 분류체계는 중요한 서비스 요소 중의 하나이다. 본 연구결과는 대규모 통합서비스 구축시 필요한 분류체계 구축 절차에 활용될 수 있다.

Recently the discussion on broadcasting and telecommunications convergence has been actively advanced, the convergence service which pulls down the guard of broadcasting and telecommunications industries is already embodied from the market. We need to clearly define a broadcasting and telecommunications convergence in order to develop promising convergence technologies based on future demands for broadcasting and telecommunications convergence. In this study, we consider both broadcasting and telecommunications as 'services-centered industries' and suggest new R&D project selection criteria. This could be used to present a new direction in R&D project management.

The study aims to develop the indicators to evaluate archival information service environments for the disabled in archives. Based on the barrier-free authentication indicators, the study analyzed the main concepts of archival information services and the service movement lines of users in archives. The study developed new indicators to evaluate records and information service environments by synthesizing all the concepts of information services, service movement lines, barrier-free authentication indicators and the regulations related to archival information services. The study can contribute to find out core problems of service environments in archives through utilizing the new indicators and scales, and to suggest alternatives to improve the environmental conditions for the disabled.

최근 IT를 기반으로 한 다양한 산업 간의 융합이 이루어지고 있고, 그 중 가장 U-City 분야는 IT와 건설 산업의 융합으로 가장 대표적인 융합산업이다. 공공재로서의 성격이 강한 U-City 서비스는 다른 산업분야보다도 서비스 이용자의 만족도가 서비스의 성공여부를 결정하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 U-City 서비스의 핵심적인 서비스인 QPS에 사용자 품질 척도(QoE) 측정하고 관리하기 위한 방안에 대해서 논하고자 한다.

2030년대는 BT시장이 활짝 열리는 시대로 고도화된 IT기술, 데이터 해석기술, 집적회로 개발기술, 생화학기술 등 모든 영역의 기술이 필요할 것이며, 앞으로의 기술개발은 융합을 전제로 하여 IT와 BT의 융합이 관건이 될 것으로 기술개발의 시너지를 내기 위해서는 관련 산업과 대학이 물리적으로 적정한 위치에 임해야 할 것이다. 우리나라에는 2009년 말 현재 819개의 산업클러스터가 만들어졌으며, 한국산업단지공단이 집적화 된 산업단지에 여러 가지 지원시설, 지원제도 등을 제공하고 있으나 기술융합을 위한 지식재산서비스에 관한 지원제도는 미미하거나 거의 없는 실정에 있다. 이를 위해 우리나라 산업단지의 현재 기능을 살펴보고 문제점을 분석하여 산업클러스터 내의 기업들이 서로 유기적인 협력을 통하여 융합기술 개발의 시너지 효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 길을 모색하며, 특히 한국산업단지공단에 꼭 필요하다고 판단하는 지식재산 관련 지원제도(지식재산지원본부)의 기능과 조직구성에 대한 개념과 산업클러스터 내의 기업에게 지식재산전략 수립을 지원할 수 있는 Flow를 제안하여 산업클러스터의 지식재산서비스 지원방안을 제시하였다.
