  • 최근 페이스북 (Facebook), 유투브 (YouTube) 등과 같은 소셜 미디어 서비스가 인기를 얻고 있다. 그러나 기존의 사용자 경험에 대한 이론으로는 사용자간 상호작용에 중점을 둔 소셜 미디어 상의 사용자 경험을 충분히 설명하기에 부족한 면이 있다. 본 연구에서는 경험에 대한 철학적인 고찰을 통해 기존 사용자 경험 개념을 보완하는 개념인 공동경험을 재정의하였다. 촉지적 상호작용을 통해 사용자들간에 향상된 품질의 상호작용이 가능해져, 사용자들의 공동경험 지각이 증가한다는 가설을 검증하기 위해 실험 목적의 소셜 미디어 시스템을 구축하고 그 시스템 상에서 실험을 진행하였다. 실험 결과에 대한 분석과 연구의 의의가 제시되어 있다.

A Study on the Effects of the Interdependent Partnership between Liner Shipping Companies and Port-related Service Firms on the Service Quality and Transaction Performance (해운선사와 항만 관련 서비스업체 간의 파트너십이 서비스 품질 및 거래성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the interdependent partnership between liner shipping companies and port-related service firms on the service quality and transaction performance. The empirical analysis found that sharing information and mutual trust of partnership factor positively affected service quality of the port-related service firms, but the communication had negative effects on it. The interdependence had the interaction effect between the partnership and the service quality. Also, the service quality affected satisfaction of transaction and re-purchasing of the shipping companies. This study shows that the partnership to be formed mutual dependent relationship between shipping companies and the port-related firms improve the service quality of shipping service network and enhance transactional satisfaction of both parties.

  • When two or more entities interact with each other as when they collaborate or communicate, the degree of correctness of the interactions is called interoperability. In software, the necessity of interoperability testing arises when we build a software system in which multiple interacting software entities are employed to perform the function or task of the system. These days as software is more and more being used to solve complex problems and through networking functions of software can be distributed to provide abundant services, the more the interoperability testing becomes important. This paper provides the framework and methodology for interoperability testing by discussing the fundamental concepts and principles that underlie interoperability and interoperability testing and the approaches for practicing interoperability testing.

  • Due to an increase of the importance of E-catalogue on electronic commerce, E-catalogue systems have been prevailing for their production and efficient management around Web environment. In this study, we categorize service factors off-catalogue systems into three aspects contents-providing, user participation, and system management, and we measure their impacts on user satisfaction. The results of the study show that richness, design, trust, interaction, function of transaction management, system extensibility, system stability, and security have been found out to be significant factors to affect user satisfaction.

  • This study examined the sub - dimensions of mobile food platform service characteristics and verified how they affect the usability, usability and re - use intention. The data collection is from February 11, 2019 to February 28, 2019. The researcher visited the food service company and presented the questionnaire by direct interview. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows. First, the ubiquitous connectivity and interactivity of the mobile eater platform service have a significant effect on ease of use, but the situational awareness has no significant effect. Second, ubiquitous connectivity, situational awareness, and interactivity have a significant effect on usability, and ease of use has a significant effect on usability. Third, ubiquitous connectivity has a significant effect on re - use intention, and situational awareness and interactivity have a significant effect on re - use intention. Fourth, ease of use has no significant effect on re-use intention, but usefulness has a significant effect on re-use intention.

A Study on the Influence of Service Nature by Service Industry on Job Performance (서비스산업별 서비스본질이 직무성과에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • In the modern economic area of service-based logic, the importance of the service industry continues to increase. Yet in spite of the various promotional policies of the government, growth remains at a standstill. It is now time to turn away from the outwardly visible form of the issue and to contemplate its root cause. This study thus investigated the service essentials based on philosophical thought in order to secure the continuous growth and competitive advantage of a service industry with an unshakable foundation. The effect of service essentials on job performance by service industry was also empirically analyzed. To conduct the study, a research hypothesis was verified by using the final 900 copies of survey data for service industry workers for data analysis. The results of the study on service essentials showed that interaction and harmony were found to have a positive effect on job performance in the transportation industry, while it verified the positive effects on job performance for interactivity and horizontality in the finance and insurance industry, and interactivity, horizontality and harmony in the hotel and resort industries. As a result, it was confirmed that service essentials had a partial effect on performance in the service industry. Various and in-depth studies on service essentials are thus required in the future, and it is also necessary to expand the parameters or adjustment variables that are capable of affecting performance.

  • For the large scale retailers such as chain discount stores and specialty stores, having measurement tool to maintain service quality can be very crucial to sustain high and same level of service qualities around multiple stores. This study aims to develop service quality scales of large-scale stores using Korean discount store cases. We have studied the previous service quality measures including RSQS(Retail Service Quality Scale) and have modified and developed our own scale model called KD-SQS(Korea Discount Service Quality Scale). The following six components have been revealed as the basic dimensions of service quality of Korean discount stores: basic benefits, promotion, personal interactions, physical aspects, policy and additional convenience. Our scales have been verified through various validity and reliability tests.

  • The major purpose of this study is to investigate the influencing factors toward continuance intention in e-learning services. For this purpose, we introduced Post Acceptance Model(PAM) proposed by Bhattacherjee(2001) as basic analysis framework. Based on the relevant literature reviews, this study posits seven characteristics, that is, contents quality, interactivity, expectation confirmation, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, user satisfaction, and continuance intention as key variables to describe the post acceptance behavior in e-learning services. Data have been collected from users who have used e-learning services and the research model and hypotheses were tested through covariance structural model analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, contents quality, interactivity, and expectation confirmation have positive influence upon perceived usefulness. Second, contents quality, interactivity, expectation confirmation, and perceived ease of use have positive influence upon user satisfaction. Lastly, perceived usefulness have positive effect on the user satisfaction, and perceived usefulness and user satisfaction positively related to continuance intention in e-learning services. The findings have significant implications for e-learning service providers and academic researchers.

The Influence of Service Characteristic Factors of Metaverse Platforms on Intention to Use the Metaverse (메타버스 플랫폼의 서비스 특성요인이 메타버스 사용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • In recent times, with the development of virtual convergence technologies, the market for the Metaverse, a digitally virtual space that combines virtuality and reality, is experiencing significant growth. These Metaverses are realizing new value in both reality and virtual spaces through the development of diverse services and content. However, existing research on the Metaverse mostly revolves around its conceptualization and categorization, with limited exploration of intentions to use the Metaverse. Consequently, this study examined the impact of Metaverse service characteristic factors on trust and intention to use within the Metaverse. The results of this study are as follows. First, among the service characteristic factors of the Metaverse, presence, interactivity, and playfulness were found to have a positive impact on Metaverse trust. On the other hand, informativeness was found not to have a significant influence on trust in the Metaverse. Second, Metaverse trust was found to have a positive impact on intention to use the Metaverse. Based on the research results above, this study aims to propose effective communication strategies for activating the Metaverse and developing services within the Metaverse platform.

Determinants of Intention to Use toward N Screen Service for Potential User (N스크린 서비스 잠재적 수용자의 수용의도 영향요인 연구)

  • Using technology acceptance model, this study investigates the factors affecting N-screen service adoption. We collected 435 available answers from potential users through systematic online survey. Results show that self-efficacy and perceived interactivity factors had positive effects on perceived ease of use. In addition, service variety, perceived interactivity, perceived ease of use factors had positive effects on perceived usefulness. Yet social effect factor had negative effect on perceived usefulness. On the other hand, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had positive effect on the intention of use. In conclusion, to improve the intention to use N-screen service, it is necessary to make users convinced that N-screen service can give customized contents and interactive information regardless of time and place.
