The Effect of SNS Tourism Information Characteristics on the Determinant Factor of Internet Travel Products Purchase (SNS 여행정보특성이 온라인 여행상품 구매결정요인에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the important factor of internet travel product purchase according to the characteristics of SNS tourism information. The characteristics of SNS tourism information perceived by travel product consumers are investigated as four major dimensions; reliability, interest, interaction, and usefulness. 17 items of online travel product purchase are adopted and produced four factors namely; safety, price & cost, customer service and convenience. We confirm that consumer have high importance on reliability consider convenience as most important factor of online travel product purchase. Interest of SNS tourism information have significant relation with price & cost, and Usefulness and Interaction of SNS tourism information have significant relation with customer service of online travel product purchase.

  • 본 연구에서는 사이버가정학습을 교사가 교실 수업과 사이버가정학습 시스템을 연계하여 운영함에 있어 어떤 요인이 사이버가정학습에 대한 학습자 만족에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 기술수용모형을 기반으로 Y초등학교 5학년 학생들을 대상으로 6개월간 운영한 후 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 초등학생들에게 사이버가정학습 만족도는 지각된 유용성과 용이성에 의하여 결정되는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기주도적 학습 능력과 학습결과보상기능은 사이버가정학습을 긍정적으로 수용할 수 있는 유용성에 상당한 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 분석되었다. 만족도에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상했던 교육적 효과, 콘텐츠 품질은 만족도를 직접적으로 유발시키는 본질적인 요인이 아님을 알 수 있었다. 학습지원기능, 시스템 안정성 및 편리성, 상호작용 등 시스템적인 기능이 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 요인들은 단지 콘텐츠의 품질을 향상시키는 효과를 가지며, 이 효과를 통해 교육적 효과를 강화시키는 역할을 수행하는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 학습을 지원하는 기능, 시스템 안정성 및 편리성, 선생님과 학생 또는 학생 간의 상호작용이 가능하도록 지원하는 모든 시스템적인 기능은 수강생의 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치거나 만족을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 본질적이고 핵심적인 요인이 아님을 알 수 있다.

  • Various urban transport policies have an effect on urban transit riderships and accessibility. This study reports variations of metropolitan subway travel patterns affected by an enormous change in bus routes and transfer discount fare policy between subway and bus mode conducted by Seoul city in July 1st of 2004. In an effort to see the difference between the before and the after policies, two data sets are prepared. Firstly, on a daily bassis. an origin-destination trip table of May of 2004 is used. Secondly, on a daily bassis, an origin-destination trip table of August-September of 2004 is used as a counter measure. Even if seasonal variation was not considered, Seoul metropolitan area have experienced increasing riderships and accessibility. Finally, the effects of accessibility in spatial interaction model by rall service changes such as random shocks were scrutinized and interpreted in detail.

A Study on User Satisfaction with Public Library Websites (공공도서관 웹사이트 이용자 만족도 연구)

  • 공공도서관 웹사이트의 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 설문조사를 통해 실질적으로 조사하였고, 이용자와의 면담을 통해 만족스러운 점과 불만족스러운 점을 조사하였다. 이를 위해 서울시의 15개의 공공도서관의 294명 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사와 면담조사를 실시하였다. 공공도서관 웹사이트의 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 시스템 품질과 정보 품질, 서비스 품질로 크게 나누고, 각각의 세부요인을 들었다. 연구 결과, 이용자 만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 정보의 범위였고, 두 번째는 정보 표현의 심미성, 세 번째는 서비스의 응답성이었다. 네 번째는 시스템 품질의 사용용이성, 다섯 번째는 상호작용성이고, 여섯 번째는 정보의 정확성이었다. 접속은 이용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인에서 제외되었다.

  • Current signs of a downturn in South Korea's economy include the sharp drop in consumption. Considering internal and external complications such as the raise in minimum wage and fierce global competition, people's taste and purpose of consumption is shifting as well. Under such circumstances, crowdfunding provides a new investment and distribution channel for businesses in their initial stages. Crowdfunding can serve as a key driver of growth in early stages of business operations and lead to growth in consumption as a new distribution channel. This study explores how customers perceive the process of reward crowdfunding, especially when it comes to fairness in procedure, interaction, and distribution. In addition, we further seek how perceived fairness affects customer satisfaction and loyalty in the industry.

  • 사람, 컴퓨터, 그리고 사물이 유기적으로 연계되어 다양하고 편리한 서비스를 제공해 주는 컴퓨팅 기술에 대한 연구들이 진행됨에 따라 지능형 로봇 시스템 환경은 분산 환경과 웹이 융합된 새로운 환경으로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 변화를 로봇산업에 적용하기 위해 다양한 연구기관의 개발자들은 이를 지원할 수 있는 로봇 미들웨어 플랫폼의 개발이 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만, 지금까지 개발되어진 플랫폼은 통신 오버헤드, 컴포넌트 모델 부재, 통신구조 등 다양한 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점은 부적합한 통신 모델과 상호작용 패턴을 고려하지 않아 파생된다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 로봇 미들웨어 플랫폼의 통신 구조를 "통신 모델"과 "상호작용 패턴"을 분석하고, 시뮬레이션을 통한 결과를 기반으로 로봇 미들웨어 플랫폼의 향후 방향을 제시한다.

  • This study aims to suggest practical ways to interact effectively with consumers based on current situation of 'media creative' and media use patterns. Cases of digital signage are reviewed in the perspective of cross media, and the strategic meanings of cross media are explored according to interactivity. Results are collected through 'Naver' search engine service, and can be possibly assorted into five media combined types: SNS-combined, QR codes or Augmented Reality(AR)-combined, Brand App(application)-combined, Online to Offline-combined, and Behavioral factors-combined ones. Some strategic suggestions on media creative are given for effective interaction with consumers.

  • Nowadays, as many robots are developed for desktop, users interact with the robots based on speech. However, due to technical limitations related to speech-based interaction, an alternative is needed. We designed this research to design a robot that interacts with the user by using unconditional reflection of biological signals. In order to apply bio-signals to robots more effectively, we evaluated the robots' overall service evaluation, perceived intelligence, appropriateness, trustworthy, and sociability according to the degree of the robot's embodiment level and the response speed of the robot. The result showed that in terms of intelligence and appropriateness, 3D robot with higher embodiment level was more positively evaluated than 2D robot with lower embodiment level. Also, the robot with faster response rate was evaluated more favorably in overall service evaluation, intelligence, appropriateness, trustworthy, and sociability than the robot with slower response rate. In addition, in service evaluation, trustworthy, and sociability, there were interaction effects according to the robot's embodiment level and the response speed.

  • This study determined the communicative characteristics of public libraries through locality, communality, interactivity, and organism and sought to measure the validity of their components to define the role of libraries based on the analysis. According to the analysis results, there are four communicative characteristics of public libraries: locality, communality, interactivity, and organism. This study defined the role of public libraries according to communicative characteristics. First, libraries should encourage the formation of a healthy society by providing a space for diverse community activities, contributing to the building and strengthening of their local communities, and offering the necessary information to do so. Second, libraries should contribute to the formation of local cultural communities and strengthen interpersonal relations among community members to reinforce a sense of community, while also supporting the heightening of social adaptability to foster a sense of belonging and community activity participation among members. Third, libraries act as a space for sharing ideas between generations, provide a space to carry out leisure activities, and enable the cultural prosperity of local communities. Lastly, as a representative space of local communities, libraries raise the value of the residential environment and contribute to their communities and members.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between IT environment and commitment in online.The satisfaction of customers, who are in a servicescape, will be subject to many environmental stimulations. In particularly, the servicescapes of the store and the customer characteristics are important factors that affecting the emotional commitment of consumers. In this study, the servicescape that consumers evaluated can be divided into physical and social factors. Furthermore, how these factors can affect the emotional commitment through perceived service quality and social interaction will be studied as well. In addition, the moderating effects of the individual characteristics at the perception of servicescape, such as optimum stimulation level and social appropriateness will be studied together.
