  • This Paper provides perceptual metrics for video quality based on properties of human visual system, and audio quality based on human audition. All metrics work without reference signals, allowing non-intrusive, in-service measurements. A simple and easy-to-learn user interface displays the metrics and saves them in popular file formats like CSV. In this paper, proposed method was able to various and corrective measurement for the multimedia service video quality. As that it was able to application to set up service guide line and the methode of measurement and system for the set up standardization of the high quality video service.

  • In O2O environment (Online-to-Offline), providers attract new customers via websites and lead them to pay online, then induce them again to offline when receiving products. Thus, online and offline channel is integrated and create synergy for marketing in O2O context. As online and offline channel coexist in O2O, consumers' perceptions for products and services that providers offer cannot help being different compared to an independent channel (i.e., either online or offline). Therefore, this research aims to explore the effect of perceived service quality on consumer's trust and attitude, who have purchased products in O2O context. For testing the hypothesized research model, the current paper conducts survey and empirical test.

  • 본 논문에서는 이기종 무선망에서 제공되는 비디오 스트리밍 서비스의 품질을 보장하기 위해, 핸드오버 상황에 따라 변화하는 네트워크 상태에 적응적인 스트리밍 품질 적응 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 패킷 페어 방식을 이용하여 네트워크의 가용대역폭을 측정하고 핸드오버 상황 공지 메시지를 이용하여 핸드오버 상황을 빠르게 인지함으로써 핸드오버로 인한 네트워크 가용대역폭 변화에 능동적으로 대응하며 네트워크 상태에 적응적으로 비디오 스트림의 품질을 조절한다. 실험을 통해 제안하는 기법이 핸드오버 상황에서 비디오 패킷 손실을 감소시켜 비디오의 재생 품질을 보장할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • This study was intended to conduct a prospective study on the P2P Car-sharing service, which will be established as a new business model in the future, by identifying consumers' intention to accept the technology for the P2P-based Car-sharing service that will be introduced and spread in earnest in the future. The main results are as follows. First, the quality characteristics of the P2P Car-sharing service all have a statistically significant positive(+) effect on the perceived usefulness and ease of use of users, and among the quality characteristics, the service characteristics have a relatively strong effect on the perceived usefulness and ease of use, respectively. Second, both perceived usefulness and ease of use had a statistically significant positive(+) effect on users' intention to use P2P Car-sharing service, and ease of use was more dependent on intention to use P2P Car-sharing service. Third, the ease of use of the P2P Car-sharing service had a strong positive(+) effect on their perceived usefulness. As a result of this study, the most important factor to consider in establishing a P2P-based Car-sharing platform is to be constructed in the form of a universal design that prioritizes user convenience rather than usefulness and various functions of the service. It was suggested that UX design should be made, considering the surrounding clues, which are service environment elements.

  • This study on CRM oftKorean restaurant guests to test the emotional response and behavioral intention. Three kinds of variables(service quality, information quality, system quality) from Korean restaurant guests were set to test the CRM. Results of the multiple regression analysis revealed a positive significant relationship with respect to quality of service, quality information, and quality system with all customer emtional reaction. Second, the results also found that the three independent variables of quality of service (${\beta}=.104$, P<.01), information quality (${\beta}=.215$, P<.001), and system quality (${\beta}=.682$, P<001) had a significant positive effect on the dependent variable for customer behavior (+). Third, CRM quality of service, quality information, and quality of the restaurant system are shown to influence the behavior and it also showed that both the part-mediated effects.

  • This research is based on studies about functional service quality in service marketing field and tries to expand application of lovemark effect for service employee. To test the effect of service employee job attributes on lovemark as the antecedents, the analysis was held with customers who experienced specific service retail store recently. According to the research result, service employee job attributes factors including expertise and communication have positive effect on the lovemark. Furthermore, lovemark affected store loyalty significantly. The research has several marketing implication on service marketing and lovemark theory. For service providers, customers'perception of service employee's job attributes can present 'positive lovemark effect' and develop store loyalty in the service marketing perspectives.

  • Purpose: This study examines the causal relationship among perceived call center service quality, perceived brand personality, and service loyalty. Methods: This study employs call center services in mobile phone, credit card, and internet shopping, to collect data from respondents via on-line survey, and analyzes causal relationship among above-mentioned three constraints. Results: Perceived call center service quality has a positive impact on perceived brand personality and service loyalty. Perceived brand personality has a positive impact on service loyalty. Cognitive loyalty has a positive influence on attitudinal loyalty. Attitudinal loyalty has a positive impact on behavioral loyalty. Perceived brand personality has a mediating effect towards perceived call center service quality and service loyalty. Conclusion: In order to improve service loyalty, it is necessary to understand diverse variables. Call center service companies are required to find the ways to improve their service quality, while positively applying the techniques of differentiating the brand personality used by manufacturing companies.

  • The Construction Management(CM) was adopted to the domestic construction industry 10 years ago, but it has suffered from so many problems. Therefore, this study intends to contribute to the development of the CM through suggesting the method which measures the service quality of the CM and the customer satisfaction. The most important thing of this method is SERVQUAL which is a multiple-item scale for measuring consumer perceptions of service quality. In order SERVQUAL which is widely used in the service industry to be applied to the CM field, this study modifies SERVQUAL partially and comes up with the detailed analysis way through the case research and then, finally considers the practical use and the problem of this method.

Effect of the Consumer's Perception of the University Foodservice Quality on the Consumer Attitude (대학교 급식소의 급식서비스 품질에 대한 인식이 소비자태도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the consumer's perception of the subject to manage the foodservice operation in the university, and to analyze the effects of consumer's perception of the university foodservice qualify on intent to revisit and intent to recommend. The questionnaires were distributed to 575 students in the K University located in Masan, who were sampled by proportionate stratified sampling method. The surveys were peformed from May 17 to June 2, 2005. The 566 questionnaires were responded, and 6 unusable questionnaires were excluded, then 560 were used for the final analysis (response rate: 97.4%). For the statistical analysis, SPSS (12.0) was used to conduct the descriptive analysis, factor analysis reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First 254 respondants (47.3%) did not know that their foodservice operation was managed by contract foodservice company, and 374 students (66.8%) did not know the name of the contract foodservice company which runned their foodservice operation. Second, the food factor of university foodservice quality had a significant positive effect on intent to revisit (P<0.001), and the food factor of university foodservice quality also had a significant positive effect on Intent to recommend (p<0.001). It was concluded that as the food factor of university foodservice qualify Increased, the intent to revisit and the intent to recommend the university foodservice increased. So when university foodservice managers plan the foodservice operation strategy, they should focus on increasing the perception of customers' foodservice quality and also advertising contract foodservice company's brand name.

  • There has been a steady increase in cultural arts recently, and the need for "regional culture and arts" has been raised as local residents have been making efforts to increase income and develop local areas for regional development. Therefore, this study was intended to establish empirically the effects of local cultural and arts service quality on performance effects and customer satisfaction. Research shows that it affects economic and social and cultural effects as a service quality dimension, and performance effects affect customer satisfaction and intention to reuse them. However, research between customers and employees showed some differences. Through this research, we want to identify what important service quality factors are to satisfy the customers and employees who are watching the performance arts, understand the level of awareness of the effects of the performance, and provide an opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction with the audience and staff.
