This study is designed to examine the relationship between the social safety net and the 'satisfaction level of safety life' conducted by local governments and to examine the effects of anarchy on the indicators. To do this, 300 people were sampled using the random sample method in the metropolitan area using the population of residents in the metropolitan area in 2017, and a total of 276 copies were extracted except 24 copies in the final analysis. Regression analysis and path analysis were conducted through structural equation modeling. Bootstrapping was performed to investigate the significance of the mediator effect. In summary, 'CPTED' has a positive effect on 'disorder' and 'safety life satisfaction', but 'municipal safety education' has a positive effect on 'safety life satisfaction' Respectively. 'Local disorder' has a negative effect on 'safety life satisfaction'. As a result of path analysis, the same effect was found. In order to examine mediating effect, bootstrapping showed that regional disorder was mediated only in 'CPTED' and 'safety life'. This result suggests that there is a need for change in the safety education of the community and it supports the precedent study that it is an effective means of safety net for the safety life of the CPTED community in the community. It is one of the nation's most important policies to prepare measures for the safety of the people. The local governments should also ensure the safety of local residents. In this study, the relationship between the local safety net and the disorder and safety life satisfaction was investigated.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the causal relationship between the demographic characteristics of international students living in Korea and the effect of Korean language level on safety awareness. It was confirmed that there was a significant difference in all areas such as life safety awareness, fire safety awareness, and disaster safety awareness depending on the area of residence. The results to analyze the effect of Korean language expression and comprehension ability on safety consciousness are as follows. First, it was found that Korean expression ability had a positive (+) effect on life safety awareness but did not have a significant effect. Comprehension ability had a negative (-) effect on life safety awareness but did not have a significant effect. Second, it was found that Korean expression ability had a significant effect on fire safety awareness and had a positive (+) influence relationship. Finally, it was found that the Korean language expression ability had a significant effect on disaster safety awareness and had a positive (+) influence relationship. It is necessary to strengthen the awareness of safety for international students while staying and living in Korea, and when teaching Korean, Korean language comprehension education on safety-related topics as well as daily Korean must be strengthened.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the keywords of the middle school textbooks based on the 2015 revision of the technology and home economics curriculum to understand the core concepts and contents composition of the 'housing' unit. Using TEXTOM and UCINET programs, the frequencies and centralities of the keywords were analyzed, and CONCOR analysis was performed. The results are as follows. First, the content system of the 'housing' unit is divided into 'life culture' and 'safety' in the 'family life and safety' area. Second, in the 'safety' section, the frequencies of occurrence of the words were high in the order of indoor, occurrence, use, noise, and safety accidents, in the order of frequency of occurrence. It was confirmed that words related to daily life, safety accidents, and prevention were closely connected to each other. In the 'life culture' section, the frequencies of occurrence were high in the order of space, housing, family, and residential space, and the correlations between these keywords were also high. Third, the most influential core keywords were, indoor and occurrence in the 'safety' section, and space, family, and housing, in the 'life culture' section. Fourth, the 'safety' section were divided into two subunits, 'safe living environment' and 'comfortable living environment', and the 'life culture' section were divided into four subunits, 'living space composition', 'space utilization', 'housing value and lifestyle', and 'housing culture'.

The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a practical problem-based teaching learning process plan for safety in residential environment to raise safety awareness of middle school students. The plan consisting of 4 lessons has been developed and implemented according to the ADDIE model. Various activity materials (26 student's activity sheets and 8 reading texts, and 8 teacher's reading texts) and visual materials (4 sets of pictures & photos and 8 moving pictures) as well as questionnaire were developed for the 4-session lessons. The plans were implemented by the researcher to 4 classes 121 freshmen of M boy's middle school in Kyeongbuk during December 21st to 29th, 2015. Students were highly enjoyed and satisfied with the whole 4-lessons in the aspects such as the level of participation in the lesson, understanding of the contents, adequacy of materials and activities, and usefulness in own's daily life. Students also reported that they were highly aware to practice the contents learned from the lessons in daily family life at home with one's family and recommended to teach the lessons to other schools, too. It can be concluded that the teaching learning process plan for safety in residential environment would raise safety awareness of middle school students through the Home Economics subject.

Traffic Safety and efficient Road Traffic Policy of Traffic management came into effect over the certain size of the road like main road. Comparatively, Safety for Living street is deteriorated. Especially, Vehicle are usually priority to the life-zone street, even though Safety for the Passengers are essential to the life-zone street in the residential area. Improvement for the Living street has not been achieved In this study, To suggest Intersection Notifications standard of installation in Living Street, We execute on-site survey in priority to Gwangju Metropolitan City. Furthermore, After We suggest experimental value for the Intersection Notifications' standard of installation Prediction model in the Living street, Intersection Notifications compare & veritfy experimental value to the installation point's value to suggest the standard of installation in the living street. As a result, We can prevent frequent traffic accident in the Living Street. Furthermore, We are judged by installation of intersection Notifications considering stability and convenience to the passengers who are using the living street.

Urban safety has not been substantially considered in urban regeneration projects, although there is increasing interest in safety issues lately. However, there is limited research on the safety of port hinterland residential areas. Therefore, this study 1)selects appropriate safety indicators, and 2)identifies the most vulnerable sites in Dong-gu and Nam-gu in Busan using ArcGIS. 3)Lastly, our study asks residents of the selected sites to examine their awareness of the urban regeneration projects occurring in the vicinity. The respondents are fairly well aware of the ongoing urban regeneration projects, the effect of which on the improvement of safety are thought to be negative. The weakest point they indicated was accidents regarding aged buildings, and they also care more about life safety than natural hazard. These findings must be taken into account in the next urban regeneration projects in the Dong-gu and Nam-gu area.

This case study was carried out for the purpose of surveying the awareness of safety and safety education among students in a technical high school, in order to provide the basic data for the effective education of technical high school students' safety management consciousness. The study was carried out using a questionnaire survey for which the respondents were 455 students. The results of the questionnaire were subjected to statistical processing, such as frequency analysis using SPSS for Windows version 19.0. The reliability of the questionnaire in this study is Cronbach' = 0.871~0.882. According to the survey results, the students think that the contents of the school safety education would not be of interest to them and that safety education in school would help their school life, but not be useful for their daily life.
