저온 대기압 플라즈마의 생의학 응용

  • 저온 대기압 플라즈마는 21세기에 들어 생의학 분야에 이용될 수 있는 새로운 도구로서 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 대기압 플라즈마는 고가의 진공 장비를 필요로 하지 않고 저전력 구동이 가능하기 때문에 저비용 구동이 가능하고 방전 장치와 전력공급 장치의 소형화에 매우 유리하다. 특히 저온 대기압 플라즈마는 고온의 전자와 저온의 이온 입자가 공존하는 열적 불평형(thermal non-equilibrium) 상태에 있기 때문에 플라즈마의 저온 특성은 유지하면서도 (${\sim}30^{\circ}C$) 물리/화학적 반응성은 매우 높아 그 응용 분야가 매우 넓다. 플라즈마의 다양한 생의학 분야 응용 가운데 세포의 사멸 유발 또는 생장 촉진, 살균/멸균, 지혈, 상처 치유 등에 저온 대기압 플라즈마가 매우 뛰어난 효능을 보인다는 것이 국내외의 다양한 연구를 통해 밝혀지고 있다 [1]. 20 kHz 정현파로 구동되는 플라즈마 장치를 이용한 암 세포 제거 실험에서 플라즈마 처리 효과를 증대시키기 위해 항체-금나노입자 중합체를 암 세포에 주입시켰다 (그림 1(a)). 그 결과 세포의 사멸율은 74%로서 플라즈마 또는 플라즈마-금나노입자만을 처리한 경우에 비하여 사멸율이 매우 높게 나타났다 (그림 1(b)). 이를 통해 암세포 선택성을 가진 항체-금나노입자 중합체와 플라즈마 처리 기술을 융합한 암 세포의 선택적 사멸 유발 기술의 개발 가능성이 열렸다. 또한 플라즈마 처리를 통해 일어나는 세포의 자멸사 기작이 Cytochrome C의 방출 이후 이어지는 Caspase-3의 활성화 경로와 관계가 있음이 밝혀졌다 (그림 1(c)). 치아 미백은 최근 부상하고 있는 저온 대기압 플라즈마의 새로운 응용 분야이다 [5-6]. 대기압에서 동작하는 헬륨 플라즈마 제트를 미백제(과산화수소)와 함께 발치된 치아에 적용하였을 때 (그림 2(a)) 미백제만을 사용하였을 경우에 비해 치아의 색상 변화가 2배 이상 크게 나타나는 것을 확인하였다 (그림 2(b)). 이처럼 최근 그 범위가 크게 넓어지고 있는 저온 대기압 플라즈마의 생의학 응용 기술의 최적화를 위해서는, 다양한 생의학 응용 분야에 따라 요구되는 플라즈마의 특성 및 응용별 기저 기 작에 대한 이해와 연구가 필요하다.

  • 21세기를 선도할 기술로 전 세계적으로 각광을 받고 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있는 분야는 나노기술(W), 생명공학기술(BT), 정보통신기술(IT)이라고 할수 있다. 우리나라에서도 최근 이에 대한 연구 및 교육 지원 프로그램을 세워 법정부적으로 지원을 하고 있다. 특히 나노기술은 다른 분야와의 기술융합이 가장 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 이러한 분야들은 우리나라와 같이 부존자원이 매우 적은 나라로써는 세계열강과 경쟁하기 위한 새로운 돌파구로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 고에서는 신기술 분야 중에서 나노기술과 생명공학기술의 접목분야로써 자성 나노입자의 생의학적 응용(biomedical applications)에 대하여 알아보고자 한다.

Factors Influencing the Self-leadership in Nursing Students (간호대학생의 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향요인)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate between communication competence, academic self-efficacy, satisfaction of clinical practice and self-leadership of nursing students and to identify the factors affecting self-leadership. The subjects of the study were 156 third graders who are attending nursing university in G city. Self-leadership has a significant positive correlation with communication competence, academic self-sufficiency, satisfaction of clinical practice. Communication competence, academic self-efficacy, and satisfaction of clinical practice were identified as variables influencing the self-leadership of nursing students. This study show that the factors affecting the self-leadership of nursing students can be helpful in the application of nursing education and programs.

The Relationship among Learning Engagement, Emotional Intelligence, and Academic Resilicence of Nursing Students : The Moderated Mediating Effect of Self Regulation (간호대학생의 학습참여, 감성지능, 학업탄력성과의 관계 : 자기조절의 조절된 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine mediating effect of emotional intelligence on relationship between nursing students' learning engagement and academic resilience, find whether self-regulation would moderating the relationship between learning engagement and emotional intelligence. The data were collected from 277 nursing students from three colleges in J province and were analyzed with a regression analysis and bootstrapping. As a result of the study, first, the fit of the causal model between learning engagement, emotional intelligence, academic resilience and self-regulation of nursing students was found to be good, and the causal relationship between variables was predicted appropriately. Second, partially mediating effect of emotional intelligence on the path of nursing students' learning engagement affecting academic resilience. Third, self-regulation had moderating effect on learning engagement affecting emotional intelligence. Finally, the significance of this study is that the influence of various variables that can affect the academic resilience of nursing college students was verified, and in order to improve academic resilience, a strategy that considers the subjects' learning engagement, emotional intelligence, and self-regulation.

The Mediating Effects of Major Satisfaction in the Relationship of Nursing Professionalism and Career Preparation Behavior in Nursing Students (간호대학생의 간호전문직관과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 전공만족도의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of perceived nursing professionalism and career preparation behavior on the effects of major satisfaction of nursing students. For this purpose, 231 nursing students from 4 university in 4 city were sampled for convenience. The result of this study were as follows:First, nursing professionalism of nursing students directly affected career preparation behavior and major satisfaction, which was statistically significant. Second, nursing professionalism showed mediating effects in relationship between career preparation behavior. Third, the major satisfaction of nursing students directly affected nursing professionalism and career preparation behavior. Based on the results of the research, it is necessary to develop an intervention program that strengthen major satisfaction of nursing students.

Influencing Factors the Metacognition and Learning Motivation on Problem-Solving Ability in Nursing Students (간호대학생의 메타인지, 학습 동기가 문제해결력에 미치는 영향요인)

  • The purpose of this research is to identify how the metacognition and learning motivation of nursing students affect problem-solving ability. The subjects of this study were 160 students attending nursing universities, and the data were collected from 20 January to 10 March 2021. Data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 24.0 program. As a result of this study, there was a significant positive correlation between problem-solving ability, metacognition (r=.44, p<.001), and learning motivation(r=.45, p<.001). factors affecting the problem-solving ability of nursing students were identified in order of learning motivation, metacognition. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that programs will be developed and applied to improve the problem-solving ability of nursing students.

The Causal Relationship among Academic Resilience, Covert Narcissism, Interpersonal Competence and Self-Efficacy of Nursing Students (간호대학생의 학업탄력성과 내현적자기애, 대인관계능력 및 자기효능감과의 인과적 관계)

  • This study intended to investigate the structural relationship and the pathway of academic resilience, covert narcissism, interpersonal competence and self-efficacy for nursing students. For this purpose, 460 nursing students from three colleges in J province were sampled for convenience. The result of this study were as follows: First, the fix indexed of causal model among academic resilience, covert narcissism, interpersonal competence and self-efficacy were identified suitably. Second, covert narcissism, interpersonal competence and self-efficacy of nursing students has direct effect on academic resilience, it was statistically significant. Third, interpersonal competence and self-efficacy of nursing students showed mediating effects on the relationship between covert narcissism and academic resilience, but they were competitive effects. Self-efficacy mediated the relationship between interpersonal competence and academic resilience. Based on the results of the study, the necessity of developing an effective education program considering the academic resilience and related factors of nursing students was suggested.

Fourth, the interpersonal competence of nursing students directly affected perceived social support and nursing professionalism. Based on the results of the research, it is necessary to develop an intervention program that can enhance interpersonal competence in order to strengthen nursing professionalism of nursing students.

Effects of Grit and Social Support on Adaptation to College Life among Nursing Students (간호대학생의 그릿과 사회적 지지가 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of grit and social on college life adjustment of nursing students. The subjects of this study were 196 nursing students and data collection was from July 1 to August 13, 2020. Data was analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program by descriptive statistics, pearson's correlation, multiple regression analysis. There was a positive correlation between college life adaptation and grit(r=.328, p<.001), social support(r=.334, p<.001). Grade, grit and social support were found to be factors influencing college life adaptation of nursing students. The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to develop some programs that include positive factors such as grit and social support for nursing students' adaptation to college life.

Impact of Positive Thinking and Interpersonal Relationship on Communication Competency in Nursing Students (간호대학생의 긍정적 사고와 대인관계가 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the communication competency in nursing students. Method: The subjects of this study were 171 nursing students from two universities located in G and P cities. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, and Multiple Regression Analysis. Results: As a result of multiple regression analysis, the significant predictors of communication competency of nursing students were interpersonal relationships(β=.404, p<.001) and positive thinking(β=.274, p=.014). Communication competency was explained 47.9% of variance in interpersonal relationship and positive thinking. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that interpersonal relationship and positive thinking in nursing students were the influential factor on communication competency. Therefore, the results of this study suggest that it is necessary to find ways to improve interpersonal relationship and positive thinking in order to improve communication competency of nursing students, and it is considered to be useful as basic data for developing intervention programs to improve communication competency.
