In this paper, we investigate industrial product intermediary's transformation strategy by exploiting advantages afforded by web based information technologies. Our motivation for this research stems from exploring intermediary's responding strategy to cope with supplier's threatening to disintermediation. From transaction cost perspective, internet can induce both the vertical quasi-integration (electronic hierarchy) and outsourcing (electronic market). Our rationale on directing one of these bi-directional movements is specified on intermediary's value adding on the supply chain. As such, we investigated supply chain performance, IT effects on customer's requirement of channel functions, and channel power structure. Propositions to suggest contingent e-transforming strategic alternatives are logically derived from dyadic nature of supply chain characteristics such as efficiency versus customer services, and supplier dominant versus easy replaceability of suppliers. The contingent e-transformation framework developed from intermediary's perspective is reviewed through longitudinal industry case analysis. Implications from the industry case analysis give us insights for the effectiveness of the framework to combine supply chain characteristics with intermediary's e-transformation.

Online games are getting more popular among today's fun-seeking young students. The immersive power of these Internet-based games is so strong that many educators consider the integration of the games and learning to enhance learner motivation. However, the online games, which are primarily aiming g for 'fun', have cognitive, emotional, and social features and impacts that are different from the so-called 'educational' games. Therefore an interdisciplinary approach for better understanding of the online game in regard to its impact on learning and fun should be essential. In this study, the researcher will analyze relevant literature and theories from cognitive psychology, media and communication theory, and Ludology to grasp holistic understanding of online game phenomena, which will serve as basis of further research and development in this emerging area.

This study aims to analyze research trend of Web 2.0 use in education and to suggest directions for further studies. Sixty representative studies were selected and analyzed in terms of a developed framework of Web 2.0 based learning environments and an analysis scheme. This scheme is divided into five dimensions: research targets, research themes, types of Web 2.0 tools, learning theories and research methodology. The findings indicate that a majority of the previous studies aimed to share information and reflect thoughts in collaborative contexts through blogs and wikis at universities. Some implications were discussed for further studies.

동서양을 막론하고 최근들어 수의침술의 관심이 높아지고 있다. 지금까지의 입장을 고수하려는 서양의 학자(school medicine)들 중에서 종양의학에 관심을 갖는 것 뿐만아니라, 환축을 갖고 있는 사람들로부터 부작용이 심한 약물치료로 부터 벗어나 좀더 자연적인 방법으로 환축을 최소의 부작용을 유발할 수 있는 치료법을 찾으려는 노력의 댓가인 것이다. 본 내용에서는 침술의 근본이론인 동양철학의 의미를 다시 한번 상기시키고 1991-1994년 사이에 Berlin소재 본인 근무하던 대학병원과 개인병원에서 직접 치료했던 말과 소동물(애완견)을 증례별로 정리하였다. 도표(Table 1-5)에서 알 수 있듯이 아직도 그 작용기전이 밝혀지지는 않았지만 실제임상에서 침술이 차지하는 비중이 점점 증가하고 있다. 약물의 투입만을 고수하려는 우리의 수의임상과는 대조적으로 이러한 상황으로부터 탈피하려는 서양의 움직임이 오히려 최근에 들어서는 수의침술을 배우기 위하여 유럽이나 구미지역으로 유학을 떠나야 하는 실정으로 전도되어 버렸다. 본 내용에서는 자세하게 다루지는 못하였지마는 모든 환자들을 음양오행으로 분석을 하여 질환의 원인을 구명하고 진단, 치료하였다. 그렇기 때문에 임상학적으로나 전통적인 서양의학적으로는 같은 질병이라도 동양의학적으로는 환축의 성격이나 감정표현방식의 차이에 따라서 전혀 다른 진단과 치료방법을 선택하여야 하는 경우가 종종 나타난다. 이러한 동양의학의 질서를 이해할 수 없는 서양의학자들에게 침술을 단지 하나의 효과만으로 파고드는 것은 어려운 일이 아닐 수 없다. 이러한 상황을 보다 효과적으로 극복할 수 있는 길은 우리 스스로 동양철학을 보다 더 많이 이해하고 침술이론의 허실을 분석하여 체계적이며 이론적인 수의침술발전의 기여하여야 할 것이다. 그리고 수의침술의 생리적인 기전을 현대의학적인 관점에서 해석하고 증명하는 노력이 좀더 많이 기울어져야 할 것이다.

정보 기술의 발전으로 금융 채널의 다양화를 이루게 되었으며, 최근 인터넷 뱅킹에 이어 모바일 뱅킹이 도입되면서 금융 채널의 다양화와 급속화가 진행되고 있다. 이는 차별적 고객 채널의 도입과 운용의 필요성을 제시하며, 고객의 특성 및 거래액, 고객이 느끼는 각 채널별 특성을 고려하여 고객 만족 전략을 전개할 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구는 다양화된 금융 매체의 특성과 금융 업무 처리를 수행함에 있어 각 매체별 사용량에 영향을 미치는 요인의 차이는 어떤 것이며, 금융 채널의 사용에 영향을 미치는 매체의 특성들이 반영된 상황 발생시 상황에 얼마나 부합되는 금융 채널을 선택하는지에 대해서도 실증 분석하였다. 연구결과, 오프라인 매체라 할 수 있는 은행 창구와 ATM은 입지에 민감한 금융 매체임에 따라 편리성이 사용량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 온라인 매체라 할 수 있는 폰뱅킹, 인터넷 뱅킹, 모바일 뱅킹은 입지나 위치와는 상관없는 기술적 안전성이 보장되어야 하는 신뢰성이 사용량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 금융 매체별 사용량에 영향을 미치는 특성을 파악함으로써 금융 기관의 차별적 고객 채널의 도입과 운용의 필요성을 제시하고 있다.

Recent years have witnessed various attempts of firms to acquire new knowledge. Purchasing intellectual property or merger and acquisition (M&A) can be such attempts, but joint venture can also be an effective way internalizing new complementary assets from external partners. However, due to difficulties in the formation and implementation of learning strategies, many joint ventures have failed to acquire necessary knowledge. In this respect, based on contingency theory and dynamic capability, the current research aims to investigate the failure case of knowledge transfer in an international joint venture - KEFICO established by Hyundai motors and BOSCH. Case firm optimized for hardware technology but did not establish a differentiated learning strategy and organizational structure to acquire software skills, which are intellectuals of different natures. Due to this inconsistency, it was not able for KEFICO to absorb new type of knowledge (skills related to engine control system). This study suggests the theoretical framework illustrating the case and provides some important implications for organizational learning.

Managing uncertainty or discontinuity in an innovation is still a challenge to most companies. For sustainable corporate survival over the long term, one of the problems caused by discontinuous innovation is the innovator's dilemma. In specific, the dynamics between discontinuous innovation and incumbents inspires the interestof researchers and managers. This paper employs catastrophe theory as a theoretical basis to explain the driving force of new discontinuous change. In other words, we extract the control variables overcoming innovation dilemma by interpreting the dynamics of corporate strategy for discontinuous innovation from the perspective of catastrophe theory. First, we define four types of discontinuity such as technology discontinuity, product discontinuity, business discontinuity, and consumer preference discontinuity. Second, we analyze the dynamics of the competition between companies by interpreting the cases of discontinuous innovation. This analyzing process enables us to identify the control variable which can, in advance, respond to the discontinuous situation.

본 고에서는 강원지역에서 정보보호 강화를 위한 정책방안을 도출하기 위해 정보보호 수요자, 공급자, 인력 현황을 산업 생태계 이론을 적용하여 처음으로 지역 차원의 조사를 실시하였으며, 이를 통해 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 강원지역에서도 공공기관, 일반기업 등 정보보호 수요가 존재하나 다른 지역에 비해 상대적으로 낮으며, 정보보호 기업이 존재하나 자체 수요를 공급하기 어려운 상황이라 강원지역 외 정보보호 기업들이 공급을 하고 있는 상황임을 확인할 수 있었다. 강원지역 내에서 정보보호 수요 및 공급기업이 필요로 하는 전문인력 공급이 어려운 상황이라 정보보호 인력양성을 위한 정책적 지원과 정보보호 인력에 대한 전문 교육이 필요함을 확인할 수 있었다. 정책방안으로 지역 공공부문에서의 선도적 수요창출 노력과 지역정보보호생태계 관점으로의 패러다임 전환을 위한 제도 마련을 제안하였다.

The focus of gifted education program for math should not only be on how to select gifted students but also on how to magnify students' potential ability. This thesis supports Vygotsky's view, which provides an insight into gifted education field as an 'acquired giftedness' theory. The issues in this thesis suggest proper classroom models for current gifted education program together with moderate classroom atmosphere and optimum role of teachers.

본 논문의 목적은 두 가지이다: 첫째, 구성주의와 사회문화주의의 통합적인 이해를 통해 수학 교사 교육에서 사용할 수 있는 이론적인 잠재성을 토의한다. 둘째, 비고츠키의 사회문화주의에 대한 토의가 그리 많지 않은 상황에서 사회문화주의자들의 주장을 교사교육적 관점에서 설명한다. 학습을 개인적 타원에서 설명하는 구성주의와 학습을 사회적 차원에서 설명하는 사회문화주의는 그 발생 원리상 큰 차이점을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 차이점에 대한 논란보다는 어떻게 이 두 가지 이론이 학생들의 수학 학습에서 교사의 역할에 대한 재조명과 이론적 지지 기반을 제공할 수 있는 가능성을 갖는지 다루고 있다.
