  • While the Military Logistics System and its Outcome Quality have been Emphasized, User Unit's needs on Interaction Quality Begin to Appears as a New Subject in Logistics Field. Interaction Quality of Supply, Maintenance and Foods Among Logistics Functions Influenced much more to User Unit's Satisfaction. Especially Maintenance on Satisfaction was Prominent. Analyses of the Survey and Interview with Field Employees Supported the Results, and the Characteristics of Maintenance Function also Accord with those. Moreover, the Service Maintenance Employees, who Showed Higher Job Satisfaction Among Three Functions, led to Higher Satisfaction of User Units.

  • This Study Categorized Service Quality of Banks into Interaction Quality, Physical Environment Quality, and Outcome Quality, and Proposed a Structural Model for Each Dimension of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction, Persistence Intention and Cross-buying Intention, and Conducted an Empirical Analysis on the Customers who Use Banks. First, it was Confirmed that Three Dimensions of Service Quality Physical Environment Quality, Interaction Quality and Outcome Quality are One of the Sources that Form the Customer Satisfaction for Banks. Second, the Higher the Perceived Bank's Interactive Product Quality, Outcome Quality, and Physical Environment Quality Perceived by Customers Using Bank, it's Shown to have more Positive Effect on Customer Satisfaction, and the Effect Size was Shown in Order of Interaction Quality, Physical Environment Quality, and Outcome Quality. Third, Customer Satisfaction on Bank Services was Shown to have a Positive Effect on Relationship Intention and Cross-buying Intention. Finally, Based on the Results of this Analysis, the Implications of this Study and Future Research Directions were Presented.

  • As digital convergence evolves, it is expected that the market of IP-based services like VoIP and IPTV will be expanded. In particular, IPTV market is expected to attract consumers' attention through various interactive services offering a variety of experiences to consumers. Interactivity sets apart old media from new one in terms of how to mediate effects of user satisfaction. The object of this study is to investigate (1) multi-dimensional Interactivities in an interactive medium based on IP and relationship among them, and (2) significant factors affecting cognitive absorption of interactive media users. This study aims to provide implications on how to develop strategies for IP-based media including e-learning system.

  • One of the key factors for success in fostering web-service is the supply of user-generated contents(UGCs). Technological interactivity is an environmental factor which stimulates user-content interaction, and reflects the system's capability for supporting various interactions that are allowed by a medium. The present study uses a structural equation model to investigate the influence of three components of technological interactivity-user control, synchronicity, and responsiveness-on web-services' perceived content performance. The results show that web-services' user control and synchronicity exhibited a positive relationship with the perceived efficiency of content generation; further, perceived efficiency boosts perceptions of content quality, which means that the user control and synchronicity of a web-service also have an indirect effect on perceived content quality. Additionally, responsiveness has a positive effect on perceived content quality. These findings are important for marketers and operators seeking to make their web-service successful.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out key factors(specialized knowledge, manner, interaction) of real estate brokerage service quality derived from previous researches and to identify degrees of relations among the key factors and request intention. To do this, first of all, this study makes surveys including variables of estate brokerage service quality, credibility, and request intention. Second, it collects the data from respondents who have visited real estate brokerage firms. Finally, the data are analyzed by applying an exploratory factor analysis and a confirmatory factor analysis which is based on a structural equation modeling. The result of these surveys describes that only the interaction affects the credibility positively and the credibility has positive effects on the request intention. At the same time, the interaction impacts on the request intention directly. Therefore, these analysis results suggest that managers of real estate brokerage firm focus on the interaction of the real estate brokerage service quality factors in order to improve the customers' request intention.
