This study has 56% of the explanatory power(F=14.83,p<0.001). The long-term care facilities with higher evaluation grades showed higher organizational commitment(F=7.18,p<0.001), which affected positively the evaluation of long-term care facilities (${\beta}=0.53,p<0.001$). • Recently, a number of virtual reality exhibition-type content services have been produced using archive resources of visual art records as a means of promoting cultural policy-based public companies. However, it is by no means easy to accumulate 3D works of art as data. Looking at the current state of metadata in public institutions, there was no digitalization of resources when developing digital twins because it was built based on old international standards. It was found that data modeling evolution is inevitable to connect multidimensional data at a capacity and speed that exceeds the functions of existing systems. Therefore, the elements and concepts of data modeling design were first considered among previous studies. When developing virtual reality content, when it is designed for the migration of 3D modeling data, the previously created metadata was analyzed to improve the upper elements that must be added to 3D modeling. Furthermore, this study demonstrated the possibility by directly implementing the process of using newly created metadata in virtual reality content in accordance with the data modeling process. If this study is gradually developed in the future, metadata-based data modeling can become more meaningful in the use of public data than it is today.

  • This study aims to review previous research on the key elements of an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) and establish their priorities in order to help relevant stakeholders build and invigorate an ecosystem that integrates blockchain technology with the digital content industry. To achieve this goal, we first structured the key elements identified from previous studies into a hierarchy model. We then assigned weighted values to each element using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology. Among the main elements, the priorities were identified as follows, from most important to least: Business (0.422) > Technology (0.172) > Contents (0.144) > Human Resources (0.104) > Institutions (0.099) > Token (0.059). With regard to the sub-elements, the weighted values were found to be as follows, in descending order: Probability (0.162) > Laws and Regulations (0.071) > Estimated Growth (0.063). The implications of the results are also described within the present study. The findings of this study will be of great value to ICO founders as well as investors and provide a much-needed academic basis for the burgeoning blockchain-integrated ecosystems and businesses.

  • With the increased value in digital contents, the influence of social media has increased exponentially over the past years. Focused around those in their teens and twenties, social media has spread its influence to people regardless of one's age or gender. This increased attention is reflected by the public's interest in pets, especially those dealt with in the personal media sector. This paper will focus on the two most popular Korean cat youtube channels called "CreamHeroes" and "SuriNoel." By analyzing the top thirty most viewed videos on each channel, real time streaming, goods based on the cats starring on the channel, and comments left by the channels' subscribers, it can be concluded that people watching videos categorized as "Viewnimal" derive surrogate pleasure from their viewings. The following creates the potential for increased conversation regarding the subject of shelter animals and animal abuse.
