Verification of Flight Control Law Similarity and HILS Environment Reliability for Fighter Aircraft (전투기급 비행제어법칙 상사성 및 HILS 환경 신뢰성 검증)

  • The flight control law of developed flight control computer(DFLCC) is developed based on operation flight program of advanced trainer aircraft full scale development final configuration. The flight control law design is used common use development tool in GUI(Graphic User Interface) environment. The flight control law transformed to C-Code is reflected in OFP. The OFP is verified by the standardized verification process. But, before standardized verification process, we need preliminary verification process such as similarity of flight control law and reliability of developed HILS. Similarity of flight control law is verified by comparing the aircraft response of advanced trainer aircraft and those of the developed control law. Also, reliability of developed HILS is verified by comparing the aircraft response of HILS and Non-real time simulation result. This paper verifies similarity of developed control law and reliability of HILS environment as comparing aircraft response.

A Study on the Concept and Value of Master Jin Bodhi's Method of Asceticism Related to Practicing Medicine Buddha (진푸티 상사의 약사여래 신행 수행법의 개념과 가치 고찰)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the correlation between Master Jin Bodhi and practicing Medicine Buddha, and to examine the concept and value of the method of asceticism related to practicing Medicine Buddha. Accordingly, as a result of collecting and analyzing a wide range of literature data on Master Jin Bodhi, Master Jin Bodhi was able to capture and present various historical sources of using various method of asceticism based on practicing Medicine Buddha. In addition, the concept and value of the method of asceticism about The Method of Great Illuminated Asceticism, Throwing Five Parts of the Body, and Energy Bagua were considered and presented as representative practices among the various practices taught to modern people in physical and mental weaknesses across the world. This study is of academic significance in that it clearly distinguishes the concepts and unique values of each of the The Method of Great Illuminated Asceticism, Throwing Five Parts of the Body, and Energy Bagua based on the results of the correlation between Master Jin Bodhi and practicing Medicine Buddha. Nevertheless, this study did not fully reveal the historical causality of the process of expanding Master Jin Bodhi's method of asceticism related to practicing Medicine Buddha, and has limitations in not considering the concept and value of the method of asceticism other than the The Method of Great Illuminated Asceticism, Throwing Five Parts of the Body, and Energy Bagua. Specific methods for further research were suggested.

Organizational Justice and Employee Behaviors: The Mediating Roles of Trust in CEO and Supervisor (조직공정성과 종업원 행동과의 관계: 최고경영자 및 상사에 대한 신뢰의 매개효과)

  • This study was intended to examine the mediating roles of trust in CEO and supervisor on the relationships between organizational justice and employee behaviors. Data were collected from 4,055 employees across 18 different companies in Korea. Employees were asked to answer on a self-reported questionnaire. The two dimensions of organizational justice (i.e. procedural justice and distributive justice) were used. Employee behaviors were measured using counter-productive behavior and organizational citizenship behavior. Data were analyzed using a structural equation model. The hypothesized fully mediated model better fitted the data. Relative to distributive justice, procedural justice was more strongly related to both trust in CEO and trust in supervisor. But there were no significant differences in the degree of relationships between the two dimensions of trust and the two types of employee behaviors. These results showed that procedural justice is more important in enhancing trust in leader.

Impact of Supervisor's Humor on Civil Servant's Innovative Work Behavior (상사유머가 공무원의 혁신적 업무행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The study aims to positively analyze the impact of superiors' humor perceived by staff on the latter's innovative work behaviors among all other factors determining an individual's inclination to innovation. The summary of the results is as follows. First, senior superiors' humor is closely related to innovative work behaviors, which is also statistically significant. Second, superiors' affects job commitment to a significant extent. Third, job commitment produces such effects of an mediating variable in the relationship between superiors' and innovative work behaviors on the part of their staff. The results present an empirical lesson that a superiors plays a great role in the process of innovation in the public sector. Therefore, this study concludes that it is necessary to systemize education and training system for superiors in terms of management of a public organization. Empirical studies of innovative behaviors of superiors are likely to contribute to developing the theories of organizational behaviors.

  • This paper examined the relationships between LMX, perceived use of power and conflict handling references. The empirical study was made by questionnaire survey. The sample was consisted in 615 office workers of 25 large corporations in Korea. Results of analysis of t-test indicated that LMX was significant difference in outcome variables such as perceived use of power and perceived conflict handing references. The limitation and future directions of the study were suggested.

The Effect of Person-Evironment Fit(Person-Job Fit, Person-Organization Fit, Person- Supervisor Fit) and Job Embeddedness on Turnover Intention in Clinical Nurses' (임상간호사의 개인-환경적합성(개인-직무적합성, 개인-조직적합성, 개인-상사적합성)과 직무착근도가 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of person-environment fit and job embeddedness on turnover Intention. The subjects conveniently extracted 150 nurses who work at 2general hospitals in B and U metropolitan cities for more than six months, and Analyses were made using the SPSS WIN 20.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs to identify the causal relationship between person-job fit, person-organizational fit, person-supervisor fit, job embeddedness and turnover Intention. As a result, the variables with direct effect and total effect on job embeddedness showed personal-job fit, personal-organizational fit, person-supervisor fit and explained 76.3% of the job embeddedness. The most significant direct effect on turnover intention was job embeddedness and personal-job fit, personal-organizational fit, Person-supervisor fit showed indirect effect, and job embeddedness explained 36% of the turnover intention. In conclusion, if the personal-job fit, personal-organizational fit, and personal-superior fit of the clinical nurse are improved, the job embeddedness are improved turnover intention will decrease and the turnover rate will be decreased. In addition, it is necessary to study various factors affecting the turnover intention of person-environmental fit on nurses.

  • 이 논문은 지난 10월 26일 및 27일 양일간에 걸쳐 서울의 Grand Intercontinental Hotel에서 개최된 국제중재학술대회 ICC/KCAB/KOCIA Conference에서 발표된 것으로 외국 변호사들의 이해를 돕기 위해 우리나라 중재법의 주요 내용을 설명하되, 특히 뉴욕협약과 국제상사중재에 관한 유엔모범법과 차이가 있는 부분을 주로 설명하였다. 이 논문은 우리나라 중재법이 규율하는 분야 중에서 그 적용범위, 중재적격, 통지의 서면성, 중재합의의 형식, 중간구제조치의 집행, 중재의 준거법 및 중재인의 선정 등에 관하여 설명하였다. 또한 이 논문은 우리나라가 일본, 중국 및 우리나라를 포함하는 동북아무역과 관련한 분쟁에서 중재의 중심지가 되어야 할 것을 역설하고, 이를 위해서 우리나라 유일의 중재기관인 대한상사중재원이 중재인 및 사무국 분야에서 개선이 필요함을 주장하였다.

  • 우수 관거 시스템에서 맨홀의 설치 시 연결관 내부와 맨홀의 내부는 여러 가지 수리학적 조건이 다르므로 수두손실의 발생이 필연적일 수밖에 없다. 현재 계획 또는 설계단계에서 수행되고 있는 관거 시설의 수리계산에는 연결관 내에서의 마찰손실만을 고려하여 설계를 수행하고 있으며, 맨홀에서의 수두 손실은 거의 대부분 고려되지 않고 있다. 단지 맨홀에서의 수두손실을 저감하기 위하여 하수도시설기준(환경부, 2005)상의 단차 및 인버트 규정만 있을 뿐, 우수 관거 설계에 직접적으로 필요한 적절한 맨홀의 손실계수가 제시되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 국외에서는 축소 수리 모형을 이용한 실험과 수치해석 기법 등을 이용하여 맨홀에서의 손실계수를 산정하는 연구가 꾸준히 진행되어 왔으나 국내에서는 맨홀의 손실계수 산정에 관한 연구가 미흡한 실정이며, 더욱이 맨홀에서의 손실계수 산정을 위한 상사성 적용에 관한 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 맨홀의 축척 변화에 따른 손실계수의 변화를 분석하기 위하여 하수도시설기준(환경부, 2005)의 특 1호(사각형) 맨홀을 각각 1/2과 1/5로 축소 제작하고, 수리실험 장치를 제작하였다. Froude 상사 법칙을 적용하여 1/2의 축소 모형의 실험 조건을 1/5 축소 모형의 값으로 환산하였으며, 각 축소 모형에 대한 수리 실험을 실시하였다. 과부하된 맨홀의 손실계수를 예측하는데 Froude 상사법칙의 사용 가능성을 확인 하였으며, 1/2 축소 모형과 1/5 축소 모형에서 산정된 손실계수 값이 0.45로 일치하고 있으므로 우수 관거 시스템의 맨홀 설계 시, 축소 수리 모형실험에서 산정된 손실계수의 직접적인 적용이 가능하다고 판단된다.

The Influence of Transformational Leadership Exhibited by Organizational Leaders on Organizational Commitment: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Knowledge Management Activities (상사의 변혁적 리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 : 지식경영활동의 매개변수를 중심으로)

  • This empirical study analyzed the influence of transformational leadership on knowledge management activities and organizational commitment, and examined the mediating effect of knowledge management in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment. A survey was employed as the research method. The survey targeted 635 participants working in the service, manufacturing, and IT industries. The results were used to compare and analyze the relationships among industry-specific variables. Transformational leadership is defined as the tendency to strive for change and innovation despite the achievement of objectives, develop the potential capabilities and strengths that each member of the organization possesses, amplify their self-esteem and passion, and lead them to surpass their expected objectives by stimulating positive strengths. Such type of leadership has been perceived as a precedent that enhances organizational effectiveness. In summary, this study has yielded the following results: First, the transformational leadership exhibited by organizational leaders was found to have a significant positive impact on knowledge management activities as well as organizational commitment. Second, knowledge management activities were found to have a significant positive influence on organizational commitment. Third, the transformational leadership exhibited by organizational leaders was found to have a partial mediating effect on the mediating role of knowledge management activities in the relationship with organizational commitment. Fourth, analyzing industry-wise, the influence of transformational leadership on knowledge management activities was the most significant in the service industry, which was also the case for the influence of knowledge management activities on organizational commitment. The influence of leaders' transformational leadership on organizational commitment was the most significant in the information technology industry. Finally, based on the aforementioned research results, suggestions were made regarding the meaning of the influence of transformational leadership on knowledge management activities and organizational commitment and the differences by industry thereof, while also suggesting the limitations of this work.
