발달장애자녀 양육경험이 중년기 어머니의 우울증에 미치는 영향: 자기자비의 매개효과와 자기이해의 조절효과

  • 대부분의 발달장애를 돌보는 어머니의 양육경험 속에는 스트레스로 인한 부정적 정서 및 우울증을 포함하지만, 어떤 어머니들은 장애자녀로 인해 가족 및 사회적 친화력을 높이고 긍정적인 정서경험을 통해 자신 및 가족의 삶의 질을 향상시켜 나간다. 본 연구는 발달장애를 돌보는 중년기 어머니들의 양육경험과 우울증의 상관관계에 있어 어머니의 자기자비와 중년기의 신체 및 심리적 특성에 대한 자기이해가 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대해 탐색하고자 한다. 연구수행에 필요한 자료 수집을 서울, 경기를 포함한 전국에 사는 발달장애 중년기 어머니 700명을 대상으로 하며, 자료는 SPSS PC+ Ver 28을 활용하여 빈도분석과 주요 변수에 대한 기술통계를 실시하고, 변인 간 상관관계, 회귀분석을 실행한다. 본 연구의 의의는 발달장애인 자녀를 돌보는 어머니의 양육 스트레스를 줄이고 건강한 가족회복을 위해 어머니의 자존감을 향상시킬 수 있는 자기자비의 역할과 중년기에 대한 자기이해를 강화하도록 도울 수 있는 장애인 가족지원 정책 및 사회 서비스 개발에 기여하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to grasp the mediating effect of workplace spirituality on the relationship between emotional labor and life satisfaction of art psychology counselors. The subjects of the study included 196 art psychological counselors in Sokcho city. As an analysis method, the SPSS program was used to perform frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis for the causal relationships between variables and the verification of the mediating effect. First, for the relationship between the emotional labor of art psychology counselors and their overall life satisfaction, both the surface behavior and inner behavior factors, which are sub-factors of emotional labor, have partial mediating effects on overall life satisfaction. Second, in the relationship between the emotional labor of art psychology counselors and their subjective life satisfaction, the inner behavioral factor, which is a sub-factor of emotional labor, has a partial mediating effect in relation to workplace spirituality. This means that workplace spirituality plays a mediating role in the relationship between emotional labor and life satisfaction of art psychology counselors. This study is considered as basic data for preparing plans for improving the life satisfaction of artistic psychological counselors.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between emotional labor, job burnout, and life satisfaction for art psychology counselors. The subjects were 225 art psychology counselors in ◯◯ City. As for the methods used, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were applied using SPSS 22.0, and multiple regression analysis was applied to causal relationships between variables. As a result of examining the effect on life satisfaction of emotional labor by art psychology counselors, surface behavior had a significant negative effect, while inner behavior also had a negative effect. Emotional exhaustion and a self-achievement decrease, which are sub-factors of job burnout for art psychology counselors, had a negative (-) effect on life satisfaction. This means that the lower the surface behavior of emotional labor by an art psychology counselor, the higher the inner behavior, and the lower the emotional exhaustion of job burnout and the lower the factor of self-achievement, the higher the life satisfaction. This study is considered to be basic data for the preparation of measures to reduce psychological burnout in art psychology counselors and can improve resilience in adaptation to the teaching profession.

The Effect of Job Stress on Job Intention of Vocational Counselors : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction (직업상담사의 직무스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향 : 직무만족의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the impact of job stress on job turnover intention through job satisfaction for vocational counselors working in private and employment centers in Korea. This study applied the significance sampling method, and the number of samples used in the maximum analysis was 167 copies, and statistical analysis was conducted using the SPSS 20.0 program. In order to verify the relationship between each variable, four hypotheses were established, and empirical analysis and surveys were conducted. As a result of the analysis, first, among the sub-factors of job stress of vocational counselors, job demands, organizational systems, and workplace culture had a significant positive (+) effect on turnover intention. Second, among the sub-factors of job stress, job demand, lack of job autonomy, and organizational system were found to have a significant negative (-) effect on job satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction was found to have a significant negative (-) effect on turnover intention. Fourth, it was found that job satisfaction partially mediates complete mediation with job factors, which are sub-factors of job stress, with the organizational system. Therefore, it can be seen that job stress of vocational counselors is a factor affecting turnover intention and job satisfaction. Based on these analysis results, the implications of the study, suggestions to reduce the intention to change jobs due to stress of vocational counselors, and limitations of the study were presented.

The Effect of Resiliency Training Program for Child Protection Agency Counselors to Prevent Secondary Traumatic Stress (아동보호전문기관 상담원을 대상으로 한 이차외상스트레스 예방을 위한 레질리언스 훈련 프로그램의 효과 연구)

  • The objective of this study is to find out the effect of the secondary traumatic stress prevention program for counselors at child protection agencies. The quasi-experiment design was used for pre-test, post-test, and for follow-up test, performed 3 months after the program. Experimental group consisted of 9 counselors, while the comparison group consisted of 10 counselors. As a result, it was revealed that secondary traumatic stress prevention program was effective in decreasing the secondary traumatic stress and depression of the counselors, and also effective in increasing stress coping even though it was not statistically significant. Follow-up test did not present statistically significant changes in secondary traumatic stress, depression, and stress coping. It was found that, to achieve continued effect of the program, much longer and sustained program is required. Based on these findings, the necessity and application of the secondary traumatic stress prevention program were suggested.

A Study on the Effectiveness of University Employment Support Programs (대학 취업지원 프로그램의 실효성에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, the effectiveness of the employment support program provided by the university employment support center was evaluated. To this end, the 17 employment support programs operated by K University were divided into six dimensions, including corporate linkage, counseling, certification, employment support, and special lectures. As a result, all employment support programs were found to have more than average usefulness. By dimension, the usefulness was counted in the order of certification, employment support, overseas, special lectures, counseling, and business-related programs. Among them, programs related to business connection, special lectures, and counseling were analyzed as factors that increased the overall usefulness of the employment support program. Therefore, when planning a new program for the employment support center, it would be a desirable direction to plan programs related to business connection, special lectures, and counseling first.

A Study on the Experience of Adults Emotionally Caring for Their Elderly Parents Living Alone: Focusing on Middle-aged Adults with Insecure Attachment (독거노년부모에 대한 중년자녀의 정서적 돌봄 경험 : 불안정부모애착 중년을 중심으로)

  • This study aimed to explore the experience and nature of emotional care for elderly parent living alone for middle-aged adult who formed initial insecure attachment with his or her parent. To this end, 12 middle-aged people aged 45 to 60 (3 males and 9 females) were recruited as subjects of the study, interviewed in-depth, and analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological research method. As a result of the study, 60 constitutive meanings, 18 themes, and 4 thematic groups were derived for the experience of middle-aged adult who experienced insecure attachment to his or her parent and caring for the emotional needs of elderly parent living alone. Thematic groups included "negative experiences that caused emotional exhaustion," "emotional driving force in emotional care," "the role of helper in parental care," and "economic and physical content in emotional care". This study is meaningful in that it revealed the phenomenon of experiences of emotional care for parent living alone by middle-aged adult who had an initial unstable attachment with his or her parent to understand them and contributed to the provision of counseling data.

  • The Internet is widely used by general people and the use of Internet is spread to all industrial fields. Especially, cyber education fields have been changed a lot with the Internet application development. One of them is the field of consultation for university admission. As for the business of university admission, there were two ways applicants handed in their applications directly to school which they applied to and to each place to receive applications or sent them through FAX. Recently, highlighted is the Internet environment to receive the application for admission which integrated organically the two ways. In this thesis, I designed and implemented on-line admission consulting system using of multi-agent. The examines can apply for safely and according to their conviction by recommending the university course suitable for their academic aptitude and scores with test KSAT(Scholastic Aptitude Test Administered by the Korean Ministry) and a university grade report on students' record using intelligent multi-agents and through a university course recommending wizard in the process of choosing it.

The Moderating Effect of Growth Mindset Between Female Adolescents' Domestic Abuse Experience and School Adaptation (여학생 청소년들의 가정학대 경험과 학교적응 사이에서 성장 마인드셋의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderating effect of growth mindset between female adolescents' domestic abuse experience and school adaptation. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 485 female adolescent girls in D city, Chungcheongnam-do, and the data collected were analyzed for differences test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis of moderating effects. Findings are as follows. First, school adaptation differed according to parents' earning income and academic achievement. Second, growth mindset and school adaptation showed significant positive correlation, but home abuse showed negative correlation with other variables. Third, the result of regression effect of moderating effect showed that the growth mindset for personality had a moderating effect. Finally, based on this study, we discussed ways to improve the school life of female students and teenagers. Specifically, it was suggested to consider the growth mindset and age for personality.
