The purposes of this study were to observe the influences of Salon culture on fashion, and to understand of 17th-l8th century's costume from a different point of view. The literatures about Salons and costume in 17th-l8th century were considered for this study Salon culture had influenced on women's and men's fashion from 17th 18th century as results. The influences of salon culture on fashion were as follows; At first, it caused radical feminism for women's dress. Women for this period chose their dress to maximize their breast and tight their waist radically to express their beauty. Women were realized as sexual being for the period, then, this caused feminism. The second influence was the Andorgynous of men's dress. Men maximized beautiful decoration, body line on their dress and showed feminine dress style. which caused Andorgynous of men's dress as men and women mutually created new beauty effect. Salon had influences on the birth of new feminine culture and fashion, supplying individual self-control and freedom to women not as aesthetic objects.

Early photography history of Daegu, Gyeongbuk Province, Gyebok Choi were taken a lots of prizes of famous contest and known to the nationwide in 1930's and then his photos became an example of salon photography. And his documents of Mt. Baekdu & Dokdo in 1940's was the outcome of self-consciousness. Wangsam Koo proposed the realism of the photo. He saw, the base of photos should be reflected the lives of people of the times and the characteristics of the period, and he had great influence to the history of Korea photography with his own unique vision. These photos and theories accomplished a photo aesthetic to Korea photo history in 1940's. Besides it had been the national spirit at Youngnam province in the early 20th century.

This study conducted a survey of 118 men and women who obtained hair national technical certificate from June 28 to July 11, 2021, focusing on SPSS.The WIN 22.0 program was used. We would like to examine the effect of recognition of hair national technical certificates on job utilization and satisfaction with certificate acquisition, and the effect of job utilization on satisfaction with certificate acquisition at the hair salon site. First, the necessity and utility of recognition of hair national technical qualifications have been shown to affect job utilization. Second, it was found that the necessity and utility of recognition of hair national technical certificates affect the satisfaction of obtaining certificates. Third, it was found that the job utilization of the national technical certificate of hair affects the satisfaction of obtaining a certificate. As a result of the study it meets the requirements that can be put into the field, and it can be seen that usability in the hair salon site is important as an effect on the satisfaction of obtaining a certificate. Based on these conclusions, the following suggestions are made for subsequent studies, taking into account the limitations of the study. The point is that hairdressers who obtained national technical certificates participated in this study were limited to S regions. In the future, it is necessary to expand the size and region of the sample group in various ways and reflect a wide range of research overall.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of job commitment and the moderating effect of job burnout on the relationship between the protean career orientation and subjective career success of hair designers. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 163 employees working at a representative A brand hair salon in Korea, and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 21, and SPSS Process Macro v. 3.3. The results of this study are as follows: First, Protean career orientation affects job commitment to focus on oneself in all aspects related to their job, and as a result, it has a mediating effect on subjective career success that satisfies their career. Second, Through the interaction between protean career orientation and job burnout, the moderating effect on job commitment was confirmed. The significance of this study is to suggest a career success plan for hair salon workers with relatively high turnover rate in the service field by dealing with the understanding of the hair salon organizational culture and the lack of hair designer protean career orientation in terms of the mediating role of job commitment and job burnout in career success.

Gentrification is the process by which a working class or other disadvantaged area of a city changes into a middle class residential or commercial district. Gentrification, which has received much attention in arts management in recent years as part of a concern with urban regeneration, carries a generally negative connotation. In this paper, we interrogate this negative view of gentrification to explore ways arts entrepreneurship can convert the perceived threat of gentrification into opportunity. To this end, we examine the Mullae Cultural Salon in the gentrifying district of the Mullae Creative Village. Through a literature review of gentrification and arts entrepreneurship, we propose seven elements of art entrepreneurs responding to gentrification as an analytic framework for research. Our findings indicate that arts entrepreneurs were able to extend the maturity phase of gentrification and thus enhance the cultural and artistic value of the region for other artists and arts entrepreneurs.

건축은 우리 실제 삶 가운데 존재하지만, 영화·게임 등의 가상세계 속 세상에서도 배경이 되어 다채로운 빛깔을 드러냅니다. 가상세계 속이지만 그럼에도 익숙함에 지나칠 수 있었던 건축물을 학생기자의 눈에서 해석해 보려 합니다. 영화와 게임, 애니메이션의 공간 속에서 어떤 건축이 존재하는지 이야기해 보겠습니다.
