In this study we review the representations used for emphasizing the significance and requirement of mathematics in Chinese and Korean mathematics text(算學書). Especially, we study four terms; first 六藝之一(육예지일, one of the six arts), second 伏義(복희, Fuxi) 周公(주공, Zhougong) 孔子(공자, Kongzi) 孔門(공문, Kongmen), third 道(도, dao) (색, ze) 微奧(미오, weiai) 精微(정미, jingwei), forth 經世之實用(경세지실용, usefulness in the real life). Through these representations that can be seen in the many mathematics text, we consider the author's efforts to improve the mathematics.

Suanxue qimeng(算學啓蒙) is the introduction to mathematics which greatly influenced Chosun mathematics, Muksa-jipsanbup(默思集算法) imitated the style and the contents of Suanxue qimeng, but contains a lot of problems, secondary solutions and topics which is not in Suanxue qimeng and tried to achieve educational improvement. However Muksa-jipsanbup could not use the method of rectangular arrays(方程術) because it excluded the method of positive and negative(正負術), and has a serious limitation in applying the method of extracting roots by iterated multiplication(增乘開方法) because it avoided the technique of the celestial element(天元術).

We briefly survey the history of Chinese mathematics which concerns the resolution of right triangles. And we analyse the problems Yucigugosulyodohae(劉氏勾股述要圖解) which is the mathematical book of Chosun Dynasty and contains the 224 problems about right triangles only. Among them, 210 problems are for resolution of right triangles. We also present the methods for generating the Pythagorean triples and constructing polynomial equations in Yucigugosulyodohae which are needed for resolving right triangles.

This study investigated the representation and algorithms of western mathematics reflected on the algebra domains of Chosun-Sanhak in the 18th century. I also analyzed the co-occurrences and replacement phenomenon between western algorithms and traditional algorithms. For this purpose, I analyzed nine Chosun mathematics books in the 18th century, including Gusuryak and Gosasibijip. The results of this study are as follows. First, I identified the process of changing to a calculation by writing of western mathematics, from traditional four arithmetical operations using Sandae and the formalized explanation for the proportional concept and proportional expression. Second, I observed the gradual formalization of mathematical representation of the solution for a simultaneous linear equation. Lastly, I identified the change of the solution for square root from traditional Gaebangsul and Jeungseunggaebangbeop to a calculation by the writing of western mathematics.

In this paper, we research contents of the ancient book ; Dae-su-sul (Algebra) compiled by Heng-Fang Hua(華衡芳) and translated by John Fryer(傅蘭雅). We find methods of calculation and algorithm in the first and second volume of Dae-su-sul, and investigate the influence on modern Korean mathematical development.

본 논문에서는 Atmel사의 AVR 칩인 ATmega128을 이용한 AC 파워서플라이의 제어를 제안한다. 제안한 AC 파워서플라이는 풀브리지 구조를 이용하며, 그 부하로는 냉음극형 형광램프(램프)를 적용하였다. 특별히 램프는 부성저항 특성을 가진 부하이기 때문에 제안한 파워서플라이는 안정기 기능을 포함하며, AVR 칩을 이용하여 구조가 간단한 장점을 가진다. 제안한 파워서플라이의 동작특성은 실험결과로 보인다.

음악 레코딩 산업에서 5.1 서라운드 사운드 프로덕션은 이미 전 세계적으로 우리 실생활에 널리 사용 되어 왔다. 많은 음악 엔지니어들은 과거보다 더욱 진보된 사운드를 위해 다양한 기술적 시도를 하고있다. 본 논문은 현재 사용되고 있거나 개발 중에 있는 Sony/Philips, Fukada Tree, 그리고 Hamasaki Square 등 여러 종류의 서라운드 마이크로폰 테크닉을 분석하고, 다양한 악기 사용에 따라 달라지는 결과를 분석하여 서라운드 사운드 프러덕션에서 보다 효율적인 접근법을 모색하기 위한 연구이다.

The east-asian mathematics is highly evaluated in mathematics education. In this paper, we search the geometric problems of east-asian mathematics in high school textbooks and various examinations and investigate how to use such problems. We also confirm that the geometric problems of east-asian mathematics can be widely used as real life materials for introducing new mathematical topics, real life applications for mathematical topics, and valuable source for mathematical discourse.

This study investigates a mathematical subject, 'triangles' in mathematics books of Chosun Dynasty, in special Muk Sa Jib San Bub(默思集算法), Gu Il Jib(九一集), San Hak Ib Mun(算學入門), Ju Hae Su Yong(籌解需用), and San Sul Gwan Gyun(算術管見). It is likely that they apt to avoid manipulating general triangles except the right triangles and the isosceles triangles etc. Our investigation says that the progress of triangle-related contents in Chosun mathematics can fall into three stages: measurement of the triangle-shaped fields, transition from the object of measurement to the object of geometrical study, and examination of definition, properties and validation influenced by western mathematics.

2007년 개정 교육과정이 시행되면서 새로운 정보 교과서가 개발됨에 따라 개발된 정보 교과서를 평가할 수 있도록 평가 준거를 유목화하여 제시할 필요성이 생겼다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 일반적인 교과서 평가 준거들과 탐구성을 위한 교과서 평가 준거를 기반으로 정보 교과서에 적합한 평가가 이루어질 수 있도록 평가 준거들을 유목화하여 제시한다. 따라서 유목화는 정보 교과서의 평가를 위한 분명하고 체계적인 평가 준거를 제시함으로써 정보 교과서를 위한 타당성 있는 평가를 가능하게 할 것이다.
