다양한 신제품이 출시되고 제품의 수명 주기가 짧아지는 기업 환경에서, 시장 경쟁력을 갖추고 소비자의 요구사항에 적합한 제품개발의 중요성이 부각되면서, 이에 대응하는 대학 교육과정의 개발 및 운용이 필요하다. 본 연구는 혁신제품개발 모듈 교육과정 개발에 필요한 교육주제, 수업운영방식, 산학연계 방식에 대해 학생, 산업체 실무자의 의견을 조사하였다. 본 설문에서는 제품개발 관련 문헌조사를 통해 추출된 7개 부문(기획, 타당성 분석, Concept 개발, 제품 설계, 제조 공정 설계, 생산, 윤리와 법)의 46개 교육주제에 대해 교육 선호도와 실무 적용 중요도를 조사하였다. 또한, 기존 제품개발 관련 교과목들의 수업 구성 비율을 파악하고 희망 수업구성 비율, 수업 진행방식에 따른 요구사항, 실습 및 프로젝트 진행방식에 대한 희망사항을 조사하였다. 마지막으로, 본 연구는 산업체 실무자들로부터 산학연계 방식에 대한 의견을 수렴하였다. 본 연구에서 파악된 학생, 산업체 실무자들의 의견은 제품개발 교육과정 구축을 위해 유용한 정보로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Demand of industry site should be accepted for effective job education of college. This study was conducted to analyze the demand of industry and the need of education, and to reflect them in the customer demand education of Department of Cadastral Information, Shingu College. DACUM job analysis method was adapted to conduct this study, and pannelists who work in surveying and GIS industry had been invited to analyze systemically the job of related industrial site. As results, the job-task model and Knowlege Skill Tool matrix was derived by analysis of job and task of industrial site. This job analysis data can be used to develop the curriculum or the program of surveying and GIS education, or to revise existing curriculum.

본 고는 조기취업형 계약학과의 협약 산업체와 학생들 간의 정보 소통 및 포트폴리오 운영을 위한 자체 정보를 제공하는 웹 애플리케이션을 개발한 프로젝트를 소개한다. 해당 웹 애플리케이션은 대학과 기업이 협약을 통해 현장 실무 역량을 갖춘 인재를 양성하는 조기취업형 계약학과 관계자를 위해 제작하였으며 운영학과 및 교수 소개, 산업체 정보 및 산업체별 학생 정보와 웹 사용자의 의견 및 공지 사항을 제시할 수 있는 자유게시판, 다양한 형식의 자료를 업로드 가능한 자료실 콘텐츠로 구성되어 있다. 개발된 웹 애플리케이션은 학생과 협약기업과 같은 관계자들의 소통 장이 될 것으로 기대한다.

The curriculum in the vocational training shall be planed and operated on a basis what is the occupational category that the students can be employed after their graduation and the ability necessary to the engagement in their occupations. Accordingly, the course selecting the quality of education in the curriculum plan for the vocational training shall be developed continuously and gradually through the maintenance of dose relation by the participation of the persons in the industries related to the major field. If the curriculum in the vocational training is for the preparation of employment, the focus of curriculum shall be adjusted to the employment. It needs to collect and analyze the related data between the universities and industries, particularly regional industries synthetically in order to develop the curriculum in the vocational training. The curriculum shall be planned on a basis of the data. As for the data related to the local community, it needs to develop new programs considering the prospect of demand of manpower by the industry, necessary knowledge, technology and attitudes, particularly considering the occupational category available in the employment with a bright prospect hereafter. Also, the contents to improve in the existing curriculum(a change of technology, a form of facilities for experimentㆍpractice, and a type of continuing & further education) shall be investigated and analyzed objectively. Accordingly, this study is to develop the curriculum more systematically in order to foster the character designer specially who to engage in the character industry that increases its role and expectation all the more with the development of animation industries and the extension of markets now. The purpose of this study is to decrease the estrangement between the school education that has been problems and the practical affairs in the field, to foster the special manpower that can satisfy the industries demand.

The development of computer and information technology in Korean construction industry is accelerating its speed while the education of Universities regarding to those technology is hardly catching up. Students graduated from schools are having difficulties in adapting themselves into the technology and as a result the industry is operating its own educational problem for the newcomers. This research develops the educational program of computer and information technology in school and therefore enhance the adaptability of the students for the industry. The program is open from 2002 up to 2004 liking two courses and including 10 modules and a project. The educational program consists of computer labs and lectures or seminars. The result of the educational program enables students to understand the computer and information technology used in the industry, an to improve the interest and skills of those, and additionally to motivate themselves into participating the continuous research and development of the technology.

In this rapidly changing information society, the needs for professional technicians in IT-related industrial fields are increasing, but the supplies of such men are not enough. A well-designed educational program is required in order to produce outstanding technicians in this up-to-date information-centered industrial environment. It is widely recognized that the educational program of two-year level college today should be improved because it has been mainly oriented to train or exercise short-term skills with a few basic theory. With this educational program, it is not easy to achieve the original educational goal to cultivate and to produce the specialists to be equipped with both technological and intellectual skills. Therefore, new three-year academic educational program is expected to accomplish that goal. This paper is aimed to offer a model of a new educational program on three-year academic system, which would help to meet IT industry's requirements.

오늘날 기업의 인터넷 활용상태를 보면 인터넷을 통한 기업내의 인트라넷(Intranet), 기업간의 엑스트라넷(Extranet)이 활발하게 구축되고 있으며, 전자상거래 시도를 촉진하는 매개체로서의 역할도 충실하게 수행하고 있는 실정이다. 인터넷 환경에서 전자상거래가 활성화를 이루면서 웹사이트의 시스템을 제대로 구축하고자 하는 노력이 시도되었으며, 그 적용범위 및 가능성이 증대되었다. 기업의 입장에서 보면, 인터넷상의 모든 기업이 경쟁자가 되므로, 생존을 위한 더욱 치밀한 기술 및 기법이 필요하다. 전 세계의 고객으로부터 정보사용 수준에 관한 요구가 쇄도할 수 있으며, 그 요구는 현재의 수준보다 훨씬 다양한 형태로 나타날 수 있다. 이러한 고객의 욕구를 만족시키기 위해서는 단순한 정보를 제시하는 것에서 벗어나 전문지식을 이용한 웹사이트 시스템을 개발하는 것이 필연적이다. 이 상황에 적절한 대책 사업인 경남지역 기계산업정보화사업을 중점으로 해서, 그 동안 추진해 온 사업을 앞으로의 전국 대상으로 한 관련된 기업체들을 보다 더 확대 수용할 수 있게 정부차원에서 전략적인 방안이 마련되어야 하겠다. 전자상거래를 성공적으로 적용하기 위한 전략적 방안은 국가차원에서 지역특성을 감안한 정보화 사업을 제대로 수행을 해야 한다. 이는 인프라 구축과 더불어 지속적인 사업이 되어야 한다. 대외적인 여세를 대비해 보면, 사업 추진해온 경남지역을 중심으로 한 경남지역의 4,877개 기계산업체를 대상으로 구성된 ASP(Application Service Provider) 기반 인프라를 현실화로 기하기 위해 국가차원에서 지속적으로 지원이 이루어진 여건 하에서 이용업체와 지원기관의 적극적인 협조체제가 이루어져야 만이 다가온 국제적 변화에 대응할 수가 있다는 것이다.

To keep pace with rapidly changing social and technological trends, the Department of Mechanical and System Design Engineering at Hongik University is in the process of updating teaching materials and learning methodologies while evaluating/revising our existing curriculum. In order to be better apprised of the employment needs and student aspirations, we have conducted three separate but related surveys by targeting experienced professionals and managers, alumni working in industries as practising engineers, and our current students. The surveys have furnished us with valuable insights that, we hope, will lead to a new curriculum and learning methods more in tune with needs of our students as well as their future employers. Among other findings, the analysis of the survey responses points towards expansion of integrated laboratory and design experiences, cultivation of improved written and oral communication capabilities involving individual and team efforts, and development of interdisciplinary courses encompassing related fields of engineering as well as emerging fields such as nano and information technologies.

In this study, the college's curriculum and industry satisfaction with graduates were investigated. As a result, the college education of the consumer's feedback to an education as the basis for the survey was conducted. To this end, a survey of industry conducted and analyzed a result. Questions of the survey are as follows: Foundation for industrial research, the recruitment of new employees, research on skills, basic research on curriculum, and skills related to satisfaction surveys were conducted. According to survey results the average period of employment in manufacturing. Research and development, and public officials, and management in the area has served more than three years. Distribution and service the tourism sector, mainly two years. The major practical difficulty in working theory of scarcity and insufficient foreign language skills, and inter personal relationship. Working in a variety of school curriculum and an emphasis on training relevant and practical by developing a training curriculum and the majors, colleges will improve for the satisfaction.
