4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래로, 제조업 기반의 기업들은 단순히 제품을 가공 또는 조립하여 제품을 판매하는 과거의 공정 행태를 지식화하여 부가가치를 높이는 지능형 생산 체계를 도모하고 있다. 제품을 생산하는데 있어서 현대의 제조기업들은 대부분 관련 장비 또는 설비들에 대한 의존도가 높다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 제조 장비를 생산하고 사후관리까지 하는 일련의 데이터들을 수집하고 분석하여 장비의 고장예측부터 신규장비의 기획까지 활용할 수 있는 장비 이력관리 시스템을 제안한다.

금융시장에서의 경쟁이 치열해지면서 이제 국내 소비자금융기관들에게 수익성위주의 내실경영은 피할 수 없는 지상과제로 부상하고 있다. 이러한 목표를 성취하기 위해서는 우량고객을 위주로 한 기반강화와 철저한 사후관리를 통한 수익성향상이 이루어져야 한다. 특히, 자금운용처로 부상하고있는 개인고객들을 대상으로 하는 효과적인 대출마케팅의 수행은 소매금융기관들의 수익성제고에 절대적이라고 할 수 있다. 즉, 수익성을 지향하기 위해서는 고객관리를 보다 더 철저하게 하여야 하며 이를 위해서는 신용 및 수익성에 근거해서 산출된 평점에 따라 개인별 관리를 차별화하는데 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 우량고객들을 대상으로 대출마케팅을 활성화시키기 위한 고객평점모형의 효과성에 대해서 고찰해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 신용평점모형에 대해서 자세히 알아보고 이어서 수익성에 근거한 평점모형에 대해서도 이론적으로 살펴보았다. 그리고 두 모형의 효과성을 비교하기 위해서 판별분석을 사용하여 우량 및 불량고객에 대한 예측력을 분석해 보았다. 분석결과 제1종오차에 대해서는 신용평점모형이, 제2종 오차에 대해서는 수익성평점모형이 보다 정교한 예측력을 나타냈다. 결론적으로 두 모형의 사용이 병행되는 통합적인 고객평점모형의 적용이 제안되어 졌다.

The Naval Combat System operates in multiple software components for efficient functional processing. Data transmission and reception between components is performed in real time using DDS(Data Distribution Service). Reliable Post-Analysis requires the collection of all DDS messages. However, Software workload and development costs increase because common functions for all messages must be developed directly. In the paper, We propose an improved Post-Analysis based on the Feature Model and a new development system using it. Functions for the modified message were applied as variable domains of the Feature Model. When Build Center updates Post-Analysis, it automatically processes all software tasks associated with Post-Analysis. The proposed development system simplified the overall work procedure, and work time was significantly reduced compared to the existing development system.

Consequence management (CM) remains a relatively unknown or underdeveloped concept in Republic of Korea. This study was conducted as a literature study, perceiving that good CM is critical when viewed under contemporary disaster types and comprehensive security. From the perspectives of integrated disaster control and comprehensive security, it would be necessary for South Korea to implement the concept of CM widely used in countries with advanced disaster control. In particular, this study verifies the need of the military to respond actively to Chemical, Biological, Radiation, Nuclear, and high yield Explosives (CBRNE) situations. A plan for the development of the CM organization of the ROK Armed Forces is proposed by using the CBRNE-CM response organization of the United States as a model.

This study proposes a risk analysis methodology for information system security management in which the complexity on the procedure that the existing risk analysis methodology is reduced to the least. The proposed risk analysis methodology is composed of 3 phases as follows: beforehand processing phase, counter measure setting phase, post processing phase. The basic risk analysis phase is a basic security management phase in which fixed items are checked when the information security system is not yet established or a means for the minimum security control is necessary for a short period of time. In the detailed risk analysis phase, elements of asset a vulnerability, and threat are analysed, and using a risk degree production table produced from these elements, the risk degree is classified into 13 cases. In regard to the risk, the 13 types of risk degree will execute physical, administrative, and technical measures through ways such as accepting, rejecting, reducing, and transferring. Also, an evaluation on a remaining risk of information system is performed through a penetration test, and security policy set up and post management phase is to be carried out.

This study has been conducted to identify the current status and practices of electrical stimulation for patients with dysphagia in Korea. Main goal of the study is to find evidences of developing and distributing a quality indicator and organized performance exam. This study analyzed 50 survey questionnaires given to clinical professionals in upper-scale general hospitals, university hospitals, nursing homes and professional rehabilitation hospitals. The survey sent out and collected by E-mails or interviews from August 21, 2013 to November 10, 2013. Most of the hospitals showed lack of using a quality indicator and organized performance exams in device maintenance, pre-operational tests and post-operational tests. It is strongly recommended to develop a standardized guideline of a higher quality indicator and organized performance exam in using neuromuscular electrical stimulator for patients who are suffering from dysphagia.

This research intends to suggest the ways to improve protected area management in Korea. To this end, the current protected areas appointed in the nation and their management has been examined, and the problems of management have been identified by means of a field research of protected areas and a survey. In addition, a scheme for an integrated management system has been suggested for management improvement, and a management plan guide, as well as after-evaluation guide, has been suggested. The outcome of the research is as follows. First, the protected area management plan is needed since the protected area in our nation is not managed in a proper way after being appointed as such. Second, when making a management plan, a management organization should make a management plan that can attract voluntary participation from stake-holders by means of efficient communications with them. Third, to maintain the management plan in a consistent and systematic way, related policy, law, and institutions should be (re)formulated. Fourth, an organization responsible only for management of protected areas should be established in consideration of management inefficiency due to the overlapped appointment of managing the protected area. Fifth, the management plan guide and after-evaluation guide can be used for effective protected area management. The results of this study are expected to be helpful for creating a management improvement scheme to address the problems related to the protected areas in our nation. But, it is required to review the guides for the management plan and after-evaluation, and consistent and systemic support from the government in such areas as legislation and policy are also in great need.

데이터에 입각한 과학적 안전관리시스템(Safety Management System, SMS)의 도입은 사후적 차원에 머물던 그간의 안전관리활동의 한계를 극복하고, 예방적 안전관리를 통하여 국가 항공안전증진에 획기적으로 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 이번 기고에서는 항공교통분야에 있어서 안전관리시스템(SMS)의 도입 현황과 함께 SMS의 핵심요소인 위험관리에 있어서, 평가된 위험이 시스템에서 정상적으로 관리되고 있는지 확인할 수 있는 안전평가(Safery Assessment) 개념에 대하여 국제민간항공기기(ICAO)에서 제시하는 개념들을 소개한다.

Contributed acceptance system is causing problems with the usefulness and follow-up services and the like, other than the origin purpose which needs to be operated as rational adjustment method between the public interest and the private. Accordingly, this study has examine the problems by analyzing the present condition of practical public facilities and has the purpose on drawing the improvements by conducting consciousness survey from in substance users. The problems drawn from the analysis and the survey are location and position of the public facilities by reason of making public facilities at leftover land, the awareness and use as in-site facilities, creating street facilities without considering the use and safety of the users, follow-up service issues and the usefulness issues by creation without considering the surrounding conditions. The proposal of improvements for efficient operation by each problems are devising plans by considering location and position of the facilities for utilization and usefulness, secondly the necessity of the public relations for the improvements of the utilization of public facilities. thirdly, conducting the legal obligation by installing direction boards for its awareness of public facilities and delegating operation of facilities to public corporations such as SH, LH and inhabitants for efficient follow-up services, lastly, establishing the public facility map service which could figure out the surrounding conditions of public facilities to utilize for the contributed acceptance.
