Teachers are faced with multiple social needs that they should not only fulfill their traditional duties but also cope with various educational situation because of the rapidly shifting education environment. Like this the latest tendency around teachers' job offers more important issue related teachers' socialization tactics. In spite of these strong argument for the gravity of the teachers' socialization tactics, there are few articles about teachers' socialization tactics and its effect. This paper aims to design the theoretical model for the next empirical research plan that will investigate outcomes(job satisfaction, organizational commitment) of teachers' socialization tactics through literature and former study.

The purpose of this study is to examine the puppy socialization class of American Kennel Club and Kennel Club of U.K., and to suggest the implications in Korea. First, puppy socialization class with owner enhance the owner-puppy bond and owner's responsibility. Second, it have to be composed of levels that owner and puppy can learn easily. Third, it need an environment which can access this program easily. Fourth, it is important a cooperation with veterinarians and handler. As a results, it shows to need to participate in puppy socialization class with owner and program considering Korea state should be developed. These results can be useful as basic data for making the correct companion animal culture of Korea.

The purpose of this study is to explore how security science graduates in casinos are socialized into the workplace. Participants for this study were seven security guards who work for two of three casinos for foreign customers in the city of Seoul. All the participants majored in the security science in colleges. They had 1 to 5 years of work experience. Their main job responsibilities were deterrent to crimes and watch for impending danger in the casinos. A variety of qualitative data collection techniques for this study included formal and informal interviews, stimulated-recall interview, observations, and field notes. Analytic induction and constant comparison were utilized to analyze data. Triangulating and member checks were employed to enhance trustworthiness. The findings of this study were as follow: Firstly, In acculturation, sports experience and media attraction were revealed as factors. Secondly, In professional socialization, college education and senior students in the program were found. Lastly, organizational socialization, Difficulty of relationship, lack of risk management training, lack of team cohesion, pride himself as a security guard, and unclear evaluation system. In conclusion, a variety of influential factors appeared through his occupational socialization even though there were negative and positive factors.

This study explored factors influencing socialization of child care. Political ideology and age were found as major predicting factors of socialization of care. Age, especially, was confirmed as an important predicting factor of socialization of care. Also, those with more progressive political ideology had the higher level of socialization of care. This finding reassured that socialization of care were considered as political issues in Korea. Income did not predict socialization of care, although it is said that a tax increase provoked conflicts between socioeconomic classes. Issues of caring were shared among people regardless of income levels. Therefore, specific interventions are necessary for preventing caring issues from using as a political lever, overcoming value differences between generations, and promoting social integration.

This study aims to systematically review literature on organizational socialization in the field of nursing. The keywords of 'organizational socialization' and 'nursing' were combined with the AND operator, and the author analyzed the total of 26 journal articles published between 2010 and 2020. The number of journal articles on organizational socialization has increased since 2016, and all the articles took an descriptive study approach. It was found that the variables of resilience, role stress, perception of justice, bullying, professional self-concept, and organizational climate could affect organizational socialization, and the variables of intention to leave, intention on retention, resilience, and organizational commitment could be affected by organizational socialization. The result of this study can be used for guiding organizational socialization research in nursing.

Utilizing a qualitative multimethod approach, this study was to discover and improve the understanding of occupational socialization process of librarians. Through theoretical sampling, 42 participants were in-deathly interviewed at three studies, i.e phenomenological, ethnographic, and grounded theory approach. Analyzed data were finally integrated using grounded theory approach. 'Acquiring Social Recognition as an Information Professional' was emerged as the core category for describing and guiding the occupational socialization process. A seven-stage process was discovered: 'Adapting', 'Experiencing being the Periphery', 'Perceiving the Role', 'Pursuing the advancement', 'Realizing the professionality', 'Rediscovering the Value', and 'Showing the Professionality'. Especially, 'Experiencing being the Periphery' was identified as a critical and unique process, reflected the perceived status of librarians in Korea. Also, it discussed characteristics and socialization strategies of the process.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between resilience and organizational socialization in new nurses. Data collection for the study was carried out between September 28th and December 30th, 2012 by surveying 221 new nurses working in general hospitals located in D, K, and P city. Measures were subjects' resiliency and organizational socialization. The data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Person's correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 19.0 version. The average of subject's resilience was 3.37(${\pm}0.62$) and organizational socialization 3.20(${\pm}0.70$). There were significant differences in organizational socialization according to age, number of hospital beds, pay grade, desired position and clinical training experiences of hospital. Resilience correlated positively with organizational socialization. Factors affecting new nurses organizational socialization were identified in the order of resilience, clinical training experiences of hospital, age and pay grade. The findings of the study indicate that in order to increase new nurses' organizational socialization, their resilience have to be enhanced.

The purpose of this study was to examine the necessity of collaboration between local community and college, and to develop a sport socialization model through the collaboration of local community and college. It's basically meant to create a leisure culture easily accessible to local residents and to suggest some of the right directions for the symbiotic development of local communities and colleges. As for data collection, a data research analysis was implemented by consulting relevant literature and reports, and a content analysis was additionally carried out. The findings of the study were as follows: A sport socialization model was presented to represent the mutual relationship between local community and college by preparing sport socialization programs(a youth sport program and a dementia-preventive exercise program) that were respectively of circulatory relationship type and of reciprocal type. Sport intervention through the collaboration of local community and college(a youth sport program and a dementia-preventive exercise program) serves to accelerate socialization into sport, which leads, in turn, to socialization via sport and then is followed by desocialization from sport.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the complexity of Vietnam's cultural policy in the socio-economic context of socialism-oriented reform with a focus on the case of 'socialization'(xa hoi hoa) cultural policy. The Vietnamese socialization policy has been adopted to mobilise resources and participation from 'the whole society' in order to promote the development of culture and arts. Although there remains the discourse of its definition, the socialization policy has showed its achievements in mobilizing financial resources, privatization, enhancing decentralization, and revitalizing the private investment, and thus help improve cultural services in both quantity and quality. The socialization policy illuminates the leadership of the state, yet gradually improved in promoting and practicing cultural policy. This study is expected to enhance understanding of Vietnam's cultural policy after reform to the Korean scholars, therefore it contributes to boosting the cooperation and cultural exchange between Vietnam and Korea.
