  • Soil contamination in Korea has been accelerated every year. Because of their persistence and cumulative tendency in the environment, soil contaminants have potential long-term environmental and health concerns and it is estimated to cost enormous expense for clean-up. Korea government has legislated the law on conservation of soil environment in mid 1990s, and managed and treated hazardous wastes in contaminated sites as a remediation policy since then. Soil remediation technologies are classified into in-situ/ex-situ or biological/physico-chemical/thermal processes according to applied places or treatment methods, respectively. In Korea, clean-up of polluted sites has been mostly carried out at military areas, railroad-related sites and small-scale oil spilt sites. For these cases, in-situ remediation technologies such as soil vapor extraction (SVE) and bioventing were mainly used. In recent days, an environmental-friendly soil remediation emerged as a new concept - for example, a new soil remediation process using nanotechnology or molecular biological study and an integrated process which can overcome the limitation of individual process. To have better applicability of remediation technologies, comprehensive understandings about the pollutants and soil characteristics and the suitable techniques are required to be investigated. Above all, development of environmental technologies based on the sustainability accompanied by public attention can improve soil environment in Korea.

In order to prove more objectively, it enhances the reliability of data by adding the questionnaire survey through the convenience sampling of 150 residents of three communities. Moreover, $x^2$; chi-square test was conducted in order to verify the difference in heterogeneous groups. Accordingly, this research will bring about the great development in cultural studies by exploring a way of Korean life, based on the communication of Korea community in residential life space, which can unify the community through sharing the meaning, interacting and delivering the message.

  • This study has significance in terms of its intent to contribute to the increase in hospital revisits by proposing measures to enhance name awareness through an examination of the relationship between the name awareness of public medical institutions and patients' revisit, and its corresponding influences. The study findings were drawn by employing analysis methods such as frequency analysis, reliability and exploratory factor analysis, t-tests, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results of the correlation analysis showed statistically significant correlations between all independent variables and the patients' revisit or not. The perception of service quality and the environmental factor of medical treatment increased the explanatory power of independent variables, thereby exhibiting a high correlation with the revisit to medical institutions. The usual image, medical service, and medical treatment environment were revealed to have a positive influence on the patient's intent to revisit. This study could confirm a correlation between the name awareness of medical public institutions and the patients' revisit or not. Consequently, to improve the quality and infrastructure of their medical services, public medical institutions are required to perform studies on measures to increase the revisits of patients by identifying their image, medical services, and treatment environment on a consistent basis.

  • Organizational culture provides organizational members with identity, homogeneity and behavioral guidance, and promotes organizational commitment and enhances the stability of social systems. What organizational culture positively influences organizational performance? In this study, we tried to categorize organizational culture as creativity, change, cooperation, trust and knowledge sharing for specific public institutions and to diagnose the organizational culture by examining the level of recognition of the organizational members. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational culture on organizational culture. The result of this study shows that the degree of future - oriented and cooperative culture of the public institutions that are the subject of research is not so high. In order to improve the performance of the organization, it is necessary to create a futuristic and cooperative culture. In order to create such a culture, various efforts must be made to continuously communicate and build trust among the members of the organization. In particular, leadership efforts to distribute, transfer, and trust authority to subordinates are a priority. In other words, it is very difficult to build a future-oriented, collaborative culture successfully without the efforts of managers.

Third, if you look at the results of the major category, it turns out that students in the natural major receive more personality stress than in the social major category. In addition, students in the humanities major are more stressed out about the Family environment stress than in the natural major. Fourth, if you look at the results of the allowance, students who receive 400,000 won to 500,000 won and those who receive 100,000 won to 200,000 won or less are under stress from the family environment stress than those who receive 500,000 won or more. Fifth, if you look at the results of your experience in leisure activities, the more experience you have in leisure Therefore, college students will have to lay the groundwork for self-control through various leisure activities for job stress. activities, the lower your job-seeking Stress.

Data were collected from 208 adults in their 20s and 50s from April 6th to 10th in 2020 using questionnaire. Characteristics relative to variables were measured, and analyzed using SPSS 23.0 program for technical statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and correlation. The anxiety level differed according to gender, age, marital status, and live-in partner. The Knowledge score was significantly different according to age and marital status. Possibility of infection was significantly different according to age and residential area. Performance level for infection prevention was significantly different according to gender, age, marital status, and live-in partner. However, preventive possibility was not significantly different regardless of characteristics. These findings may have implications for establishing policies that work well in preventing infectious disease. It is necessary to conduct further research comparing responses of subjects by the stages of infectious disease outbreaks. Further extended studies that include more regions and larger sample sizes are required.
