Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of social support, self - esteem, hope, and health conservation of the vulnerable elderly people with diabetes. Methods: Participants were 100 vulnerable elderly people with diabetes living in D or K cities. Data collection was done through interviews from February to March, 2016. Social support was measured with the MOS-SSS (Medical Outcomes Study Social Support Survey), self-esteem with Self-Esteem Scale, hope with the Nowotny Hope Scale, and health conservation with the Sung's Health Conservation Scale. IBM SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Factors affecting the health conservation of the vulnerable elderly people were social support, hope, education level and subjective health status. These factors explained 64.9% of the health conservation. Conclusion: It is necessary to construct a comprehensive nursing classification system for elderly people with diabetes in vulnerable class and to develop integrated health conservation program and nursing care as a new social support resource.

노령인구와 사회 취약 계층을 지원하기 위해 사회복지에 대한 사회적 노력이 확대되고 있으며, 또한 사물인터넷 (Internet of Things: loT)이란 IT 기술의 발전을 통해 사회복지 체계를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 기회가 마련되었다. 사물인터넷은 사물들로부터 수집한 정보를 분석 및 처리함으로써 다양한 지능 서비스 제공이 가능하기 때문에 그 활용도가 점차 증대되고 있다. 그러나 기존 사물인터넷 기반 사회취약 계층 서비스들은 Healthcare 서비스에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 이는 사회복지 전 분야에 대한 효율적인 서비스 제공에 어려움을 주게 된다. 따라서 사회복지 체계에 대한 효과적인 지원을 위해 IT 융합 기반 기술이 제공되어야 하며, 본 논문에서는 사회복지 체계를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하기 위한 소프트웨어 플랫폼을 제안한다. 제안된 플랫폼은 loT 장치와 스마트 폰으로부터 정보를 수집하고 처리하여 이를 기반으로 다양한 사회복지 서비스 지원한다.

사회적기업이란 영리기업과 비영리기업의 중간형태로서 사회적기업육성법에서는 취약계층에게 사회서비스 또는 일자리를 제공하여 지역주민의 삶의 질을 높이는 등의 사회적목적을 추구하면서 재화 및 서비스의 생산 혹은 판매 등의 영업활동을 수행하는 기업으로서 고용노동부 장관의 인증을 받은 기업을 말한다. 현재 사회적기업은 2019년 3월말 기준 2,154개의 기업이 활동하고 있다. 사회적기업의 양적증가에 따라서 사회적기업가 리더십과 조직의 존재가치를 설명하는 조직유효성이 중요하다. 조직유효성의 증가하기 위해서, 조직유효성에 미치는 다양한 영향요인들 중에서 어떤 요인이 더 많은 영향을 미치는 가에 대한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 기존연구는 사회적기업 조직유효성에 대한 조직문화, 리더십 등 조직 관련 개별요인과 조직유효성과의 관계 파악에 한정하고 있으나 본 연구에서는 소셜미션을 추구하는 사회적가치와 지속가능성을 위한 경제적가치를 추구하는 사회적기업의 특성에 따른 역할 스트레스가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 뿐 아니라 리더십, 의사소통, 조직문화의 개별적 요인 뿐 아니라 통합적인 적용을 하고자 한다.

아동은 자아성장의 결정적인 시기로 기초적인 인지적 기술과 사회적 기술을 함께 습득하게 된다. 아동은 전반적인 삶의 과정에서 공동체의 규칙과 가치를 내면화 시키고 사회적 관계의 일원으로서 기초적 토대를 만들어 가는 시기이다. 저소득 취약계층인 지역아동센터 아동은 균형 있게 성장발달 할 수 있도록 다양한 활동과 종합적인 아동복지 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 하지만, 가족의 해체 또는 기능 상실로 도움이 필요한 아동 및 저소득가정 아동은 그렇지 않은 아동에 비해 상대적으로 사회적 행복과 안전에 대해 취약한 상황에 노출되어 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 아동의 대인관계와 사회성 발달과업이 중요한 지역아동센터 아동에게 다양한 매체의 장점을 활용하여 사회성집단프로그램이 사회성, 정서적안녕감, 자아탄력성에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서의 목적을 달성하기 위해 연구대상은 경기도 00시 소재의 지역아동센터 이용 아동의 초등학교 3,4,5 학년을 선정 하였다. 연구의 목적과 프로그램의 취지를 설명하고 참가신청서를 받아서 실시하였다. 연구표본 집단구성은 실험집단 30명, 통제집단 30명으로 집단을 구성하여 실시하였다. 연구기간은 2019년 8월부터 2020년 2월까지 실시하였다. 프로그램 운영은 다양한 매체를 활용하여 자유로움과 안전한 분위기를 조성하고 활동을 적극적으로 격려하며 주2회, 6주간, 12회기, 회기당 60분으로 실시하였다. 이를 분석하기 위해 SPSS 25.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하고자 한다.

본 논문의 사회적 취약지구를 위한 전용 화재감지 AI'sTory 플랫폼은 달동네와 판자촌과 같이 소외계층이 집약된 곳이라면 노후된 기기와 전선들이 많을 것이고 그렇다면 전기적 요인으로 인한 화재가 발생할 것이라는 가설에서부터 시작한다. 피해의 최소화를 위해 고안한 사회적 취약지구를 위한 전용 화재감지 AI'sTory 는 스파크를 감지하고, 전선 주위의 발열량을 모니터링하며, 화재를 감지한 즉시 소방서로 연락을 취하는 인공지능 시스템이다. 더 나아가 센서로부터 데이터를 받아 매일 온·습도, 전력 접촉부의 온도, 계절 등 여러 환경을 고려해 화재가 발생할 확률을 계산한다. 또한 화재가 발생하지 않아도 매일 화재 발생 위험률을 제공한다. 이 정보를 제공하기 위해 사회적 취약지구를 위한 전용 화재감지 AI'sTory 는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어, 인공지능으로 구성하였다.

The aim of this study is to explore the activities of public libraries in Korea about information divide issues. To do this, the web sites of 58 public libraries in Korea were investigated. On the basis of analysis, this study concluded that the activities of public libraries did not assist information have-nots, for example, people with disabilities, older adults, immigrants, rural residents and low income brackets and were insufficient to related guidelines of library services.

Given the rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) and the deepening of the information gap phenomenon in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, researchers and practitioners need to understand the changing perceptions of new phenomena such as COVID-19 information gap on the existing information-vulnerable population. In this study, an empirical analysis was performed with the digital information gap survey data in 2020 to understand the potential impact of COVID-19 on the information gap according to the information-vulnerable class. This study is to verify the effect of information gap, marginalized groups, gender, and major factors of information services (contents, social relations, life services, information production, networking, social participation, non-face-to-face services) on the change in perception of digital information technology after Corona. Hierarchical regression analysis was performed. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the higher the content, social relationship, life service, networking, and digital non-face-to-face service, the higher the change in perception of digital information technology after Corona. Therefore, in light of the evolving phenomenon of COVID-19, it is considered that the government needs to provide education and training to strengthen the capabilities of the information-vulnerable class in order to resolve the digital information gap.

This study measures the effect of oral health promotion program based on community networking for elementary school students in community child center. The community networking were constructed of community health center, headquarters for community child center and school of dental hygiene in community. First, we were educated the student and teacher of community child center, separately. Community health center planned and evaluated the program, and school of dental hygiene ran the maintenance program once a month for 3 months and evaluated the program. The teacher of community health center were supported and monitored the children. The comparison was done in independent t-test of awareness, knowledge and behavior of children of community child center in both lower grades and upper grades and paired t-test of patient hygiene performance (PHP) index was conducted before and after oral health promotion program. As a result, PHP index and oral health knowledge increased significantly after oral health program in lower grades and upper grades (p<0.001). The positive attitude for oral health about "Whatever I do, my tooth-will be decayed" increased more in upper grades better than lower grades after oral health promotion program (p<0.05). We suggest that oral health program based on community networking should be constructed for oral health promotion of elementary school students in community child center.

The intelligent information society is expected to drastically change our lives. The purpose of this content is to derive tasks in the field of media education for the elderly for the realization of digital inclusion in an intelligent information society. To this end, the vision, goals, strategies, and tasks of the intelligent information society were examined through the 6th National Informatization Basic Plan(2018~2022) and the 2022 Education Informatization White Paper(2022). In addition, the current status of the digital gap among the elderly classified as vulnerable groups was identified through the results of the 2022 Digital Information Gap Survey. In order to ease the digital information gap between the elderly in the intelligent information society, it is believed that the development of intelligent media education services using intelligent information technology, provision of media education services for the elderly through learning online service channels, and support for digital intelligent media education for the elderly are necessary.
