사회적 기업 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

  • 우리나라는 외환위기 이후 경제가 급속도로로 발전했으나 변화하는 과정에서 여러 사회문제들이 발생했다. 저 출산 및 고령화, 환경오염, 실업률 증가, 지역 사회 붕괴, 사회적 가치 창출 및 공유 미흡등 사회적인 약자가 증가하고 그들에 대한 배려가 부족해지면서 사회적 서비스가 중요한 시대가 되었다. 사회적 기업은 영리기업과 비영리 기업의 중간 형태로, 사회적 목적을 우선적으로 추구하면서 재화/서비스의 생산 및 판매 등 영업활동을 수행하는 조직을 말한다.(사회적기업진흥원, 2017) 사회 전반적으로 사회 문제에 대한 관심과 사회적 기업에 대한 창의적인 아이디어, 도전들은 많다. 하지만 사회문제를 해결하기 위한 사회적 기업 창업을 하는 사람은 그리 많지 않는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 현실을 통해 본 논문에서는 현재 대학생, 대학원생들의 사회적 기업 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관하여 고찰하였다. 사회적 기업 창업과 벤처 창업 의지에 관한 선행 연구들을 바탕으로 연구를 진행 하였다. 사회적 기업 창업 의지에 영향을 미치는 영향으로는 개인적 특성(위험 감수성, 혁신 추구성, 진취성, 사회가치지향성), 사회문제 상황인식(문제인식, 관여도), 대학의 사회적 기업 정보등을 선정하였다. 이러한 요인을 바탕으로 국내 대학생과 대학원생들에게 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 설문조사 결과에 대한 신뢰성, 요인분석, 상관관계 분석 등을 통해 본 연구에서 설계한 가설을 검증해 보았다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 사회적 기업을 창업? 잠재적인 대학생 및 대학원생들의 창업을 도와주기 위한 정책적 지원을 만드는데 도움이 되며, 사회적 기업 창업에 관한 연구 확산에도 기여 할 수 있을 것이다.

  • In accordance with mandatory enforcement action of the Web Accessibility, Web accessibility is increasing interest in society. People are facing with disability situations, and the elder people are facing with disability situation more and more. 'Everyone' is faced with disability situations. The value of the universality of accessibility oriented. The game is typical of modern society and culture activities, but society in Korea is still recognized as a special minority cultures. To understand about conflict over the game, we access game accessibility as a Despotic conditions. Game Accessibility implies a social meaning ; Cultural values of universal access to games, literacy games, new business creation, contents accessibility.

소셜벤처 창업 초기에 플랫폼 전략 채택의 중요성에 관한 연구 -점프!의 사례를 중심으로-

  • 소셜벤처는 기존의 일반적인 벤처기업과 달리 기술, 경영 혁신 등의 방법으로 경영 활동을 수행하는 기업 형태에 사회적 가치를 추구해야 하는 기업 형태를 결합한 조직이다. 소셜벤처에게는 창업 초기의 전략 수립과 이에 따른 비즈니스 모델 설정이 일반 벤처보다 더 어려울 수밖에 없는데 이는 소셜벤처들이 경제적 가치 추구와 함께 사회적 가치를 동시에 추구해야 하는 소셜벤처만의 이중적인 사업 목적을 가지고 있기 때문이다. 이런 이중적인 사업 목적을 달성하기 위한 새로운 또는 효과적인 사업 전략의 필요성이 대두되고 있으며, 관련 그룹들을 플랫폼에 모아 네트워크 효과를 창출하고 새로운 기업생태계를 구축하는 플랫폼 전략(Platform Strategy)이 주목된다. 본 논문에서는 국내 소셜벤처중에 점프!라는 기업의 사례를 주목하게 되는데 이 회사는 2011년 5월에 창업한 이래 현재까지 지난 7년동안 사업의 내용과 규모를 확장하면서 지속적인 성장을 이루어 냈기 때문이다. 그런데 이러한 성장의 배경에는 타 소셜벤처가 시도하지 않았던 플랫폼 전략을 시도하여, 다양한 참여자들을 유인하고, 이들이 새로운 혁신과 성장을 리드하였다는 것이 큰 작용을 했다는 사실이 존재한다. 본 논문을 통해 소개되는 소셜벤처 점프!의 창업과 성장 사례를 통해서 소셜벤처에게 창업 초기부터 플랫폼 전략을 적용하는 것이 지속 가능한 성장에 유의미한 효과를 발생시키는지를 알아보고 기업생태계를 넘어 사회전체적인 생태계를 통한 사회적 대공진화를 논의해 보고자 한다.

  • Metaverse is at the center of heated debates in many areas recently. Coupled with real world, metaverse is extending its domain into social and cultural activities in addition to economic value creation as untact activities increase. Global companies are investing in R&D for metaverse. The reason is that metaverse is supposed to create new value by converging virtual and real worlds thanks to technology advancement such as AI, big data, 3D graphic, 5G, cloud computing, etc. Thus, innovative changes are expected in the economic, social and cultural areas. However, there are many problems to be solved yet for connecting virtual world and real one. Also, epoch-making development of products and services should be done for realistic experience and profit creation using virtual space in various industries beyond untact social activities against pandemic situation. The essence, present condition, development and its application areas of metaverse will be analyzed, and expected problems researched so that the strategy and methodology for securing global competitiveness will be addressed in coming metaverse era.

  • SI기업은 IT시대에 광범한 산업영역에 걸쳐 높은 사회적 가치를 창출하는 주체로서 인정받고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 재무적 조달 관점의 가치평가결과는 타업종에 비하여 그다지 매력적이지 못하다. 그렇게 되는 요인은 높은 원가율, 기술적 차별화의 제약 및 낮은 시장진입장벽으로 인한 경쟁격화 등으로 요약될 수 있다. IT기술의 확산에 대한 기대, 적정 마진의 확보가 가능한 SM 및 기개발된 솔루션 매출 등의 긍정적 요인과 경쟁과다로 인한 원가경쟁, 낮은 진입장벽, IT 투자 변동성 등의 부정적 요인이 SI기업의 가치에 영향을 미치고 있다.

The collective appreciation of film and the creation of social value - Community cinema in Japan (영화의 공동감상과 사회적 가치 창출 - 일본의 커뮤니티 시네마를 중심으로)

  • This study analyzes the characteristics of the social value creation process through the collective appreciation of film. It focuses on the historical development of community cinema in Japan. In modern-day Japan, where digital video is easily accessible and the use of private, personalized media spaces widespread, a sub-culture of collective film appreciation is spreading, as more and more Japanese begin to attend movie screenings in non-commercial theaters. In addition, Japanese community cinema center has begun to integrate and support this viewing experience, which has come to be known as community cinema. A literature review revealed the following characteristics of community cinema. First, local theater screening groups or appreciation groups cooperate with residents to establish and operate movie theaters. Second, these spaces create theoretical and practical participatory learning opportunities that foster understanding of and participation in film culture, through large-scale associations with organizations or institutions that offer viewings. Third, based on collective appreciation, the film culture created through repeated joint viewings produces a social arena in which community can be realized. In these communities film can be put to socially productive uses, such as problem solving.

  • For a social venture in early stage, it is very difficult to set up a strategy as it has to pursue two contradictory goals; economic value and social value. The platform strategy can be good alternative solution for social ventures as it seeks building-up connections with other businesses to co-create value despite of limited resources. A Korean social venture, JUMP! which adopted platform strategy in the early stage, and successfully applied 4 key factors of platform strategy; core competency, value creation ability, efficiency and network effect, has been able to develop sustainable growth for itself and induce innovation and growth among the participants within the platform. This study was intended to research effect of adoption and successful application of platform strategy for social ventures in the early stage of start-up and draw conclusion through case study that platform strategy works for sustainable growth of social ventures.

Assessment of Economic Value of Youngsan River Estuary (영산강 하구역의 경제적 가치 평가)

  • This study tried to estimate the environmental value of Youngsan river estuary as there are conflicts on the management policy about Youngsan river estuary. For estimating the detailed functional values of Youngsan river estuary, this study used the contingent valuation method with multi attribute utility theory for. In addition, the survey was separately practiced to on-site and off-site. According to estimating results, the annual value of Youngsan river estuary is about 27.4 billion Korean won. The results of this study are expected to contribute to determine the appropriate level of investment and management policies with regard to the estuary and to provide methodological guidelines for follow-up study.

The Relationship between Entrepreneurship, Strategic Orientation, and Socio-Economic Values: Focusing on Companies Certified as Sixth Industrialization Enterprises (기업가정신, 전략적지향성과 경제적·사회적 가치 간 관계연구: 6차산업화 인증기업을 중심으로)

  • The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries prepared the sixth industrialization certification system to increase the added value in the agricultural sector, but it is a bit hard to judge that the system has been in the stage of creating sufficient added value. In particular, because of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, there is a significant change in all industry sectors, including innovation in technology, and the change of perception among the society members is being rapidly changed toward the corporate sector's social role. Thus, we surveyed companies that received the sixth industrialization enterprise certificate to address this phenomenon and find clues on how to be competitive. We selected 800 companies certified by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries as sixth industrialization enterprises as our study samples. Among them, we subjected 275 respondents to a final analysis upon eliminating incomplete responses. The result of the study revealed that entrepreneurship, including autonomy that reflects the characteristics of the certified companies, had a significant positive impact on economic value. Moreover, with the size of the companies certified as the sixth industrialization enterprise and the industry trend toward the innovative Fourth Industrial Revolution considered, the strategic orientation including the customer orientation to intensively focus on customer needs and the technology orientation to accept technology as a competitive sector even in the agricultural industry was found to have a significant positive effect on economic value. Strategic orientation demonstrated a significant positive effect on social value. Entrepreneurship demonstrated a significant positive effect on economic values but did not significantly affect the social value. Lastly, while strategic orientation has demonstrated that no mediation effect resulted due to a high direct effect between entrepreneurship and economic value, a complete mediation effect occurred between entrepreneurship and social value. Based on this study, if the companies that received the sixth industrialization enterprise certificate are equipped with not only entrepreneurship but also strategic orientation for customer-oriented thinking and response to technological changes, they can become an influential element in creating not only economic value but also social value, which is emphasized as an element of sustainability.

A Study on the Activation Plan for K-Beauty Beauty Industry (K-Beauty 미용산업 활성화 방안에 관한 연구)

  • The K-Beauty beauty industry is emerging as a future-oriented growth industry that creates high added value. Therefore, this study analyzed the trends of the K-Beauty beauty industry, the latest cosmetics industry trends, and previous studies and reports related to global competitiveness with the purpose of suggesting a direction to develop into a promising industry with future value needs and competitiveness of consumers. First, it is necessary to induce the demonstration of social and economic value as an export-beneficial industry by enabling division of roles between industries and governments by sector based on innovation and creativity. Second, it is expected to succeed only when beauty and IT are fused to form and expand an innovation network. Finally, if legal and institutional improvements are preceded to solve the task of creating new jobs and fostering professionals that meet the goals of industrial development, it will be possible to strategize the revitalization of the future-oriented K-Beauty beauty industry.
