In this study we propose noise energy harvesting for green infrastructure development. In this regard, infrastructures such as railroad, subway, and road are taken into consideration as sources of noise which provides energy through certain wave forms. As the need of recycling noise energy became reasonable due to the increase of infrastructure usage, the capacity and property of our noise energy generating device, which uses electromagnetic induction for electricity generation, are analysed in this paper. Consequently, the outcomes of this experiment show the fact that maximum electricity is generated from the device at a specific point of noise frequency, and the relation between air pressure caused by noise and the electricity generated by the device is in a specific proportional form either linear or non-linear. The major points of developing noise energy generating device in order to apply it into social infrastructure are discussed in this paper as well.

Civil infrastructure is the basis facility which builds up the base of national economy operation. Consequently unexpected sudden abnormal condition of civil infrastructure causes private and national property loss and moreover can spread social issue. Therefore, continuous maintenance and safety management for the civil infrastructures should be handled with great weight. Monitoring system for managing bridge maintenance was introduced first in the early of 1990s and has been developed up to real time measurement and analysis. Thesedays another system using fiber optic sensors is being developed. This paper presents the cost analysis of bridge monitoring system with fiber optic sensors which is gathering attention. Various cases were considered and the results were compared with that of monitoring system with electronic resistant type sensors widely used. As a results, fiber optic sensor system has good advantages in various cases, and a1so cost effectiveness compared to conventional sensor system.

Many of the researchers have tried to enhance the satisfaction of both users and owners of social infrastructures by applying the asset management methodology. This study is to develop more efficient asset management framework for bridge management. Based on various literature review, an asset management procedure for bridge management was suggested, and appropriate practices at each step were given. The suggested procedures include the determination of operation and maintenance strategy, level of service, performance measure, valuation of assets, and decision-makings. In addition, this study suggests an applicable decision-making process for the resource distribution based on the management strategy.

Now society has been extending to ubiquitous information society under the information telecommunication facilities. So it is importance to install and design those for the core business. If there is a serious problem on the information telecommunication infra-facility, it could be seriously effected to the life of the people and the national economy. To prevent the those problems, information telecommunication infra-facilities have been installed/supervised due to the proper telecommunication specialists. In this paper, firstly invested the current supervision system and then proposed how to upgrade information telecommunication services through the proposed supervision system for the telecommunication infra-facilities.

현재 정부는 지금까지 관청 조직인 철도청에 의해 철도시설의 건설 및 유지관리 업무와 열차 수송 업무 등 운영부문을 일괄적으로 수행되어 오던 우리나라의 철도교통체계를 근본적으로 변화시키는 작업을 추진하고 있다. '철도구조개혁'이라 지칭되는 이러한 작업은 소위 말하는 상하분리 또는 수직적 분리의 원칙에 따라 철도청의 업무를 하부구조에 해당하는 기반시설(infrastructure) 부문과 철도차량을 운행하여 여객과 화물을 운송하는 운영부문으로 구분하여, 기반시설에 해당하는 부문은 기본적으로 사회간접자본의 개념에서 국가의 책임으로 하고 운영부문에 해당하는 부문은 타 교통수단의 운영주체 위상(예: 고속버스 회사, 항공회사 등)과 같은 민간 경영체제로 전환한 다는 것이 주 내용이다.(중략)

일상 생활 및 제반 활동을 유지시키는 중요한 사회 기반 시설은 상수도이다. 이 논문에서는 상수도 관리의 기본이 되는 유량의 계측과 분배, 관리에서 가장 효과적인 것으로 판단이 되는 상수도를 최적으로 관리하는 상수도 유수율 관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현 방법을 제안한다. 이 논문에서 제안하는 상수도 유수율 관리 시스템의 개발은 국민생활의 질향상이라는 시대적 요구를 충족시키고, 양질의 도시문화시설제공 및 수요자에 대한 보다 나은 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 상수도 기반 시설의 설계 방향을 제시할 것으로 판단된다.

최근 우리나라 사회에서는 노약자 및 장애인에 대한 복지문제가 대두되고 있다. 관공서 및 여러 사회기관에서는 노약자 및 장애인들을 위한 편의시설의 설치가 법적으로 의무화 되고 있으며, 이에 따라 다양한 편의시설이 설치되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 편의시설의 설치만 이루어질 뿐 시설에 대한 정보부재로 인해 실제 활용도는 매우 낮은 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 노약자 및 장애인들의 이동성을 위해 웹 또는 모바일 어플리케이션을 통한 편의시설 정보제공 시스템을 구현한다. 본 시스템은 노약자 및 장애인들이 이용하는 편의시설에 대한 정보를 시각적으로 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한 시스템 내에서 사용되는 데이터들의 효율적인 관리와 시스템 종속성을 낮추기 위해 웹 서비스를 활용한다.

The North Korean laws on natural environments, land and infrastructure were comprehensively analyzed in order to help establish the legal system to solve problems of ecosystem and land management in North Korea. The citizen's environmental rights in North Korean Constitutional Law emphasize the aspect of conservation of the natural environments. The laws on the managements of natural environments and land are relatively integrated in North Korea. In the management of natural environments, ecosystem conservation is centered on designation of natural protected areas. Priority for infrastructure construction is emphasized in land management. The economic and technical support is needed to build advanced legal systems for the conservation of natural environments and ecological land management and to improve their performance of law enforcement.

As the number of indispensable needs of clean energy increases due to the green new deal revolution, the possibility of heat energy harvesting from the surrounding infrastructures such as a railroad or highway was verified. In order to find more efficient usage of a heat source, the possibility of transforming heat into electricity were confirmed using Bi-Te type thermoelectric element, and electrical quality were tested with experiments of different heat source and environmental change in the surrounding infrastructures. After careful experiments, the possibility of collecting thermal energy and findings of the heat temperature change in infrastructrue are verified with a result of obtaining almost 20.82W in 70 celcius($^{\circ}C$) temperature differences and $1m^2$ surface area. Consequently, the ratio of heat temperatiure change and transforming surface area is the most crucial factor in the harvesting heat energy, and reducing thermal loss and improving thermal convection as well as transformation efficiency of thermoelectric element is required to get more efficient and durable generation.
