It is very important to have pre-service teachers enhance actual content development skill for STEAM classes through deep understanding of the concept. Thus the purpose of the study is to explore the educational methodology for improving pre-service teachers' competence of designing STEAM classes. The research performed with 17 pre-service teachers from Y university and 15 from S university in 2015. It includes blended learning methodology mixing online and offline classes. The result revealed that the students' perception on and the materialization skill of the STEAM education was improved by the methods of Lesson Study and blended learning. A positive result also came out in the respect of the perception on teaching with technology.

In this paper, we developed a multi-view video content based on real-world technology and a pilot using the production technology, and provided realistic contents production technology that can select a desired direction at a user 's view point by providing users with various viewpoint images. We also created multi-view video contents that can indirectly experience local cultural tourism resources and produced cyber tour contents based on multi-view video (realistic technology). This technology development can be used to create 3D interactive real-world contents that are used in all public education fields such as libraries, kindergartens, elementary schools, middle schools, elderly universities, housewives classrooms, lifelong education centers, The domestic VR market is still in it's infancy, and it's expected to develop in combination with the 3D market related to games and shopping malls. As the domestic educational trend and the demand for social public education system are growing, it is expected to increase gradually.

Arduino, based on open source hardware, is used in many IoT devices, and IoT devices require multitasking for various inputs and outputs. Among the several methods used for multitasking based on Arduino, we compare three methods: Timing Call by using millis(), Simple Timer library method, and Timer library method. In order to measure the execution error caused by measurement and time delay of each method, two situations are created and analyzed. In the first case, 10 random tasks of a certain size are generated to measure the time delay of each method. In the second situation, 10 random tasks of a certain size are generated to compare execution errors caused by the time lag of the Timer library. In the first case, the millis() timing call method and the Simple Timer library method have a similar time delay and the Timer library method has more time delay. In the second situation, an execution error occurred in which small-size tasks were not called back at the correct timing due to the time delay.

Along with the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, fostering young talents with convergent mind is getting important. Moreover pre-service teachers' ability to design proper convergent classes can be a meaningful issue for high quality future education. This study proposes the role of professors' exquisite feedback is so significant for developing their competence in STEAM education, It analyzed how various theories regarding feedback support them to enhance convergent knowledge with e-learning. They participated in the 5 step group and individual activities for creating STEAM lesson plan and received suitable feedback. Lastly a survey was performed. The researchers did modeling how integrative feedback was applied to the procedure step by step according to the 'Ladder of Inference' theory. This strategic model contributed to elevating the participants' convergent knowledge, competence, achievement and satisfaction.

It will need a quite long time to replace IPv4 protocol, which currently used, with IPv6 protocol completely, thus we will use both IPv4 and IPv6 together in the Internet during the period. For coexisting protocols, IETF standardized various IPv4/IPv6 transition mechanisms. However, new security problems of IPsec adaptation and IPv6 packet filtering can be raised by tunneling mechanism which mainly used in transition mechanisms. To resolve these problems, we suggested two improved schemes for packet filtering functions, which consists of an inner header filtering scheme and a dedicated filtering scheme for IPv4/IPv6 transition mechanisms. Also we implemented our proposed schemes based on Linux Netfilter framework, and we tested their filtering functions and evaluated experimental performance of our implementation on IPv4/IPv6 transition testbed. These evaluation tests indicated that our improved packet filtering functions can solve packet filtering problems of IPv4/IPv6 transition mechanisms without severely affecting system performance.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the impact and analyze the effect of smart learning based class to on the students with low academic achievement level. The study performed in G University in 2018 among students taking calculus II class. It includes 16 students with low academic achievement level, whose grades were under C in the previous calculus I class. They belonged to special class consisted of very low academic achievement level and had to pass calculus II. 3D and AR were actively used in the class. The result shows that they got visual understanding of space, which revealed through analyzing SNS, mid-term and final examination, lecture evaluation. Also, smart learning based mathematics class utilizing smartphone's application elevated academic achievement level and influenced positively on the interest and attitude toward mathematics regardless of previous academic achievement level.

Because of the recent development of information and communication technology, companies are exposed to various media such as blogs, social media, and YouTube. In particular, exposed news affects the company's reputation. So, while positive news can improve corporate value, negative news can lead to financial losses for the company. In this study, we redefine corporate reputation as social responsibility, vision and leadership, financial performance, products and services through existing literature, and conducted an AHP survey with a total of four components to calculate the weight of each factor. As a result of the calculation, the proportion of financial performance was the highest at 0.41, and products and services, vision and leadership, and social responsibility were the lowest. In addition, in order to measure the reputation of a company, it is classified as a component that defines online news using the LDA technique. In addition, through sentiment analysis, an index for each corporate reputation factor was derived, and the reputation index was calculated by combining it with the AHP analysis result, and Spearman ranking correlation analysis was performed to secure the validity of the research results. Therefore, the significance of this study is that the definition and importance of the constituent factors can contribute to the future planning and development direction of the company, and also contribute to the derivation of the corporate reputation index. This study is significant in that a new analysis methodology that applied AHP analysis results to sentiment analysis was suggested.

This study selected indicators that can represent the characteristics of general hospitals, including local medical centers and Red Cross hospitals, which are representative public health institutions, and analyzed clusters. And we present to benchmark in each cluster. According to the analysis, 276 general hospitals were classified into 13 clusters, and local medical centers and Red Cross hospitals were classified into clusters between 1 and 7 of the total 13 clusters because of their small size. Local medical centers and Red Cross hospitals, selected as excellent hospitals in each cluster, showed significant differences in management performance despite similar regional environment and medical performance, and among them, surgical consultation and internal medical care rates, inpatient and outpatient rates. In order for local medical centers and Red Cross hospitals to play their role as secondary acute hospitals in the region, inpatient care services and surgical functions must be activated.

This study is to improve the quantitative estimation index of biotop area ratio, which is an environmental planning index and environmental ecological planning technique, as a planning means that can induce the improvement of ecological soundness in the spatial planning stage. It is intended to identify the relative importance of space types and calculation indicators currently in operation, and to find alternatives through opinion analysis on improvement of space types and weights. As the method of this study, AHP analysis was performed to evaluate the relative importance of spatial types for in-depth analysis of spatial types and calculation indicators. In order to secure the reliability and objectivity of the study, 50 experts participated. Through this study, it can be linked with the improvement of technologies and construction methods, maintenance efficiency, economic feasibility, and construction technology, which are developed through analysis on the limitations and improvements by type of biotop area ratio. And it is expected to contribute to the improvement of the urban environment and vitalization of the biotop area ratio through the application of the biotop area ratio.

In the current business environment where dependence on IT has increased rapidly, the risk from disasters or cyber-attacks is also increasing. Business continuity, the ability to continue to provide service in the event of a business disruption caused by a disaster, is essential. In other words, you need to have a plan in place to keep your core business functions uninterrupted with rapid recovery within a predetermined Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) time frame. In this paper, we propose a disaster recovery system construction method that can minimize RTO and RPO to ensure business continuity. The system configuration adopts Tier 7 disaster recovery model, synchronous storage replication, hot disaster recovery site, and operation management automation solution. This ensures continuity of core business with virtually no data loss and minimal RTO and RPO.
