Convergence Approach about the Knowledge, Attitude toward the Elderly, and Competence of Carers (요양보호사의 노인에 대한 지식정도, 태도 및 요양업무 능숙도에 대한 융복합적 접근)

  • This study aimed to identify the level of knowledge, attitude toward the elderly, competence of carers, and the correlation between these variables. Research design employed a cross sectional descriptive study using structured questionnaires. Data were collected from 145 carers who have worked in long term care facilities from June 2014 to September 2014. Descriptive statistics, ANOVA, independent t-test, and Pearson correlation coefficient were performed to identify the relationship among variables. The competence of carers was related to a positive attitude and a higher knowledge of caring for the elderly. Therefore, educational content that considers improvement among carers who have a low level of educational status should be developed. It should require carers to have a positive attitude toward the elderly through improving the job environment in order to increase the quality of long term care.

Job Satisfaction and Job Performance of Advanced Practice Nurses (전문간호사의 직무만족 및 직무수행)

  • This study examined the status on job satisfaction and job performance of Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) in Korea. The data was obtained from the 2009 APNs' job satisfaction survey of 452 nurses who received the certificate of APN between 2005 and 2008 conducted by the Korean Accreditation Board of Nursing Education. ANOVA and t-test analyses using SPSS version 14.0 were performed. The average job satisfaction level of the APNs was 2.94 out of 5.00. APNs who were performing jobs as a certified APN had a higher level of job satisfaction (t=.23, p<.001), higher wages (t=2.23, p<.05), promotion in rank (t=2.56, p<.05), more professional job performance (t=10.52, p<.001), greatest trust in their bosses and coworkers (t=5.31, p<.001), and higher confidence in their job performance (t=5.07, p<.001) than those who were not. The government and the nursing community need to provide the APNs' with the appropriate supply and demand polices, as well as a proper incentive system and job improvement.

  • The purpose of this research was to analyze the work performance and the general characteristics influencing work performance of customized home health care nurse. Research participants were 204 nurses who worked in the customized home health care of 33 public health centers in Daegu city and Gyeong-Buk Province. The data were collected by self report questionnaires from July, 1 to August, 30, 2011. The highest degree of work performance was the diabetes mellitus service, while the lowest degree was pregnant women services. Age, marital status, education level, religion, career at public health center, visiting nurses career and work area were the significant factors related to work performance in these subjects. Customized home health care nurses management policy which includes assignment tasks and employment security considering general characteristics of visiting nurses should be established to enhance of activation and stable settlement of customized home health care service.

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 7개 기업에서 생산되고 있는 PET POY와 일본과 대만에서 생산되고 있는 PET POY 시료를 준비하여 이들 사의 열수축 특성을 hank 실험방법과 Toray FTA-500 계측기를 사용한 실험 data를 비교 분석하여 최근 도입되어 사용되고 있는 Toray FTA-500 열 수축률 측정계측기의 타당성을 조사하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 사용한 시료는 PET POY 85d/72f 그리고 120d/36f 그리고 120d/36f 2가지를 준비했으며 국내 합섬 maker 7개회사별로 각각 같은 굵기의 POY 사를 준비하였다. 그리고 국내 POY와 외국 소재로서 대만과 일본에서 생산되고 있는 소재의 열 수축률 특성치를 Toray FTA-500과 hank 방법을 비교 분석하므로서 감성의류 제조용 PET POY 사의 국내ㆍ외 소재의 차이점을 계측기계와 계측방법의 상이로 나누어 data화가 가능케 함으로서 감성의류소내 개발에 기초자료를 활용코자 한다.

투자은행(投資銀行)이 IPO의 가격형성(價格形成)에 미치는 영향(影響)에 관한 실증분석(實證分析)

  • 일반적으로 신규공모주식(新規公募株式)(initial public offering : 이하 IPO라 약칭함)은 실제가치보다 저가발행(低價發行)되는데 이것은 투자은행(投資銀行)의 명성(名聲)과 어떤 관련이 있을 것으로 생각된다. 본 논문에서는 1988년부터 1989년 사이에 우리나라의 기업공개에 있어서 IPO의 가격형성(價格形成)에 주간사회사(主幹事會社)의 명성(名聲)이 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 실증분석을 통하여 검토하였다. 실증분석의 결과에서는 IPO의 저평가율(低評價率), 위험도(危險度), 공모규모(公募規模)면에서 주간사회사의 명성에 따른 차이를 밝힐 수 없었다. 그러나 이름 있는 주간사회사는 보다 일관되게 IPO를 저가발행하며, 상장후의 주가수준도 더 높게 유지하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 현상은 주간사회사의 공모주 매출능력이나 인수기능보다는 상장후 일정기간 동안 주간사회사의 주가 관리 능력을 더 중요시하게 하는 제도상의 특징에 기인될 것이므로 주간사회사(主幹事會社)의 명성(名聲)이 나름대로 IPO의 가격형성에 중요한 역할을 한다고 판단된다.

Effects of dental organizational structure and organizational culture on knowledge sharing in dental hygienist (치과의 조직구조와 조직문화가 치과위생사의 지식공유에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was to explore the impact of organizational characteristics on knowledge sharing of dental hygienist on working for dental clinic or hospital. Data were collected from 349 dental hygienists by structured questionnaires in dental clinics or dental hospitals in Korea. Data was analysed by using SPSS 18.0 program with one-way ANOVA and multiple regressions. This study showed a positive correlation between knowledge sharing and clan culture of organizational culture(t=5.060, p=.000). It was described that knowledge share of dental hygienist has an effect on work performance partially. According to the study, dental organizational forms for knowledge sharing in the dental hygienist is require to maximize the work performance.

Convergent Relationship between Organizational commitment, Empowerment, Work Environment of Dental Hygienist (치과위생사의 조직몰입도, 내부역량, 근무환경의 융합적 관련성)

  • This study aims to measure between organizational commitment, empowerment and working environment of dental hygienists. The subjects of the study were surveyed by 245 dental hygienists in Daegu and some areas of Gyeongbuk from May 2019 to October 2019. Technical statistics, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of organizational commitment, empowerment and relevance to the working environment showed a positive correlation, indicating that the higher the organizational commitment among dental hygienists, the higher the individual's empowerment and the better the working environment. The medical institution has proposed measures to improve the empowerment and organizational commitment of dental hygienists, and suggests the need to develop programs to improve the work environment of dental clinic.

Effect of Care Workers on Job Satisfaction on Organization Commitment (요양보호사의 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the effect that the job satisfaction of care workers would have on the organization commitment. For this study, 230 care workers were surveyed via mail who were working at the long-term recuperation institutes for the elderly located in the eastern part of Jeollanam-do. 141 sets of questionnaires were used for analysis, excluding those with missing data. The collected data were processed by using the SPSS 18.0 to conduct the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t/F-test, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results of analysis suggested the followings : First, the difference in organization commitment based on individual characteristics and job characteristics of care workers was found to exist, depending on the age related to individual characteristics and types of institutes and work types related to the job characteristics. Second, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to analyze the effect that the job satisfaction of care workers would have on organization commitment. With the individual characteristics and occupation environment variables of care workers being controlled, it was found that the job satisfaction of care workers had the greatest effect on organization commitment. This implies that the extent of job satisfaction determines the commitment level of care workers for the concerned job.
