When a large liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier is anchored at a coastal terminal, calculations on mooring forces of mooring cables induced by environmental loads such as strong winds and currents are needed to secure mooring safety. The advantages and disadvantages of several existing mooring force calculation methods are compared and analyzed with their application conditions. Resultingly, mooring equipment guidelines of the Oil Companies International Marine Forum (OCIMF) are chosen as the computational method for this study. In this paper, the mooring forces of a large LNG carrier with spectrum was calculated using the OCIMF mooring equipment guidelines. The calculation shows similar maximum forces resulted from the calculation using experiment data of a wind tunnel test. To verify the results, OPTIMOOR, a dedicated mooring force calculation software, is used to calculate the same mooring conditions. The results of both calculations show that the computational method recommended by OCIMF is safe and reliable. OPTIMOOR calculates more detailed tensile force of each mooring cable. Thus, the calculation on mooring forces of mooring cables of a large LNG carrier using OCIMF mooring equipment guidelines is verified as an applicable and safe method.

A guideline for decision of dispersants use zone was developed at the twelve local sea areas covering the whole Korean sea. In this study, the water depths and damage to sensitive resources were considered as the conditions of the decision of whether or not to use dispersants. According to the conditions of the decision, three kinds of zones were specified as following; 1) dispersants usable zone, 2) dispersants use approvable zone, 3) dispersants use restrictive zone. As the result, dispersants use zone at the twelve local sea areas covering the whole Korean sea are suggested.

본 논문은 디지털 플랫폼과 헬스케어 서비스를 통합한 병원 애플리케이션(병원 앱)의 개발 및 활용에 초점을 맞춘다. 목표는 환자와 의료 제공자 간의 의사 소통과 효율성을 향상시키는 것이다. 이 연구는 병원 앱의 주요 기능과 이점을 탐색하고, React Native를 사용하여 기술적 측면과 디자인 원칙을 제공하고, 적절한 사용 및 보안을 위한 지침을 검토한다. 이 연구는 병원 앱의 잠재력과 장점을 평가하고 의료 서비스 효율성과 품질을 향상시키기 위한 실용적인 지침을 제공하고 있다. 병원 앱의 통합으로 환자 치료, 커뮤니케이션을 개선하고 의료 프로세스를 간소화할 수 있다. React Native와 같은 기술을 활용하여 약속 일정, 예약 확인, 의료 정보 액세스, 의료 전문가 디렉토리와 같은 기능을 구현하여 포괄적인 사용자 경험을 제공할 수 있다. 지침과 규정을 준수하는 것은 의료 데이터의 적절한 사용과 보호를 보장하는 데 필수적이다. 향후 연구에서는 인공 지능 및 원격 의료와 같은 신기술을 병원 앱에 통합하고 장기적인 영향을 평가할 수 있다. 이 분야의 지속적인 개발과 혁신은 디지털 시대에 의료 서비스를 변화시킬 잠재력을 가지고 있다.

Archival description in archives has an important role in document control and reference service. Archives has made an effort to do archival description. But we have some differences and problems about a theory and practical processes comparing with advanced countries. The serious difference in a theory is that a function classification, maintenance of an original order, arrangement of multi-level description are not reflected in practical process. they are arranged in shelves after they are arranged by registration order in a unit of a volume like an arrangement of book. In addition, there are problems in history of agency change or control of index. So these can cause inconvenience for users. For improving, in this study we introduced the meaning and importance of arrangement of description, the situation and problem of arrangement of description in The National Archives, and a description guideline in other foreign countries. The next is an example for ISAD(G). This paper has chapter 8, the chapter 1 is introduction, the chapter 2 is the meaning and importance of arrangement of description, excluding the chapter 8 is conclusion we can say like this from the chapter 3 to the chapter 7. In the chapter 3, we explain GOVT we are using now and description element category in situation and problem of arrangement of description in Archives. In the chapter 4, this is about guideline from Archives in U.S.A, England and Australia. 1. Lifecycle Date Requirement Guide from NARA is introduced and of the description field, the way of the description about just one title element is introduced. 2. This is about the guideline of the description from Public Record Office. That name is National Archives Cataloguing Guidelines Introduction. We are saying "PROCAT" from this guideline and the seven procedure of description. 3. This is about Commomon Record Series from National Archives of Australia. we studied Registration & description procedures for CRS system. In the chapter 5, This is about the example which applied ISAD to. Archives introduce description of documents produced from Appeals Commission in the Ministry of Government Administration. In the chapter 6, 7. These are about the problems we pointed after using ISAD, naming for the document at procedure section in every institution, the lack of description fields category, the sort or classification of the kind or form, the reference or identified number, the absence description rule about the details, function classification, multi-level description, input format, arrangement of book shelf, authority control. The plan for improving are that problems. The best way for arrangement and description in Archives is to examine the standard, guideline, manual from archives in the advanced countries. So we suggested we need many research and study about this in the academic field.

The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among empowerment, awareness and performance on standard precautions and identify the factors that affect performance of standard precaution in the health care workers. The data were collected from 200 health care workers working in the general hospital located Y city. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. The result of the stepwise multiple regression indicates the awareness predict 49.0% (F=191.98, P<.001) in the performance of standard precaution. Therefore, it is necessary to develop awareness of the standard precaution strategy program for improving the performance of standard precautions in health care workers.

Throughout the history of computer use, the interface metaphor has been employed to make computers easier for humans to use. Even the earliest command line interfaces used metaphor. Metaphors in user interfaces help to make the software accessible to users and allow the users to communicate with the system as well. User interface guidelines for most of the popular operating systems encourage the use of metaphors in interface design. Thus, metaphor in interface design is employed as central element with a long history. Therefore, this paper will suggest substantiating guidelines which are based on conceptual model and Gestaltprinciples for successful metaphor construction with a better user interface.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate nursing students' knowledge, awareness and performance and to identify the influencing factors on performance of standard precaution for Healthcare-associated Infection. Methods: Subjects were 334 nursing students who were 3rd and 4th years in the nursing university in Gwangju. Data were collected using questionnaires from April 24 to May 25, 2018. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression using IBM SPSS 21.0 program. Results: Mean scores of knowledge, awareness and performance about standard precaution for Healthcare-associated Infection were 19.95±2.43, 4.71±0.37, 4.55±0.49, respectively. Statistically significant differences were shown in the performance of standard precaution related to grade(t=-3.627, p=.000) and experience of infection prevention education(t=3.239, p=.001). Significant relationships were found among knowledge(r=.201, p=.000), awareness(r=.522, p=.000) and performance of standard precaution in nursing students. The results of stepwise multiple regression indicates that awareness(β=.507, p=.000) and grade(β=.169, p=.000) and experience of infection prevention education(β=.094, p=.043) predicts 30.8% in performance of standard precaution(F=50.520, p=.000). Conclusions: to enhance performance of standard precaution for nursing students, it is necessary to develop and utilize a program that experience of infection prevention education according to the appropriate grade group and enhances awareness.

전기 설비의 가속 수명시험에서 절연재료의 열 수명 시험자료에 대한 통계적 분석지침으로 1987년 ANSI/IEEE Std. 101이 제정된 이래, 많은 실험의 결과 분석에 이용되어져 오고 있다. 그러나, ANSI/IEEE Std. 101 에서는 제한된 환경 하에서 얻어지는 소수의 자료를 분석에 이용하고 있어, 분석 결과의 정확성에 의문이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는, ANSI/IEEE Std. 101에서 사용한 자료에서 얻은 통계량들을 근거로 Monte Carlo Simulation을 실시하여 분석지침에서 제시한 결과와 비교하여 보았다.

동력자원부가 내놓은 ${\lceil}$전기안전관리업무 처리지침$\rfloor$은 전기안전관리담당자의 직무를 비롯 안전관리 대행업 등록 및 신고, 전기설비관련 공사게획인가 및 신고, 사용전(용접)검사, 정기검사, 일반용전기설비점검업무등에 관한 법에서 명문화하지 못한 부문까지 소상히 담고 있다. 지침서는 전기 수용가가 수행할 각종검사, 안전관리자 선임업무 뿐만 아니라 점검권자인 시$\cdot$도지사, 안전공사, 확인기관인 전기기사협회의 업무도 시달하고 있다. 특히 그 동안 논란이 돼왔던 전기안전관리자 해당분야 경력산정을 규정하고 있다.
