This study is an exploratory research on smart healthcare services, specifically focusing on a multi-channel CCR based healthcare service system. The study examines the overview and operational principles of the service system, highlighting the significance of user communication and its role in the system's functionality. Furthermore, the study investigates the impact of service quality on user satisfaction and intention to continue using the service. To achieve this, a structural equation modeling(SEM) analysis was conducted with a sample of 188 users who owned and utilized healthcare devices and apps. The results indicate that service quality dimensions (reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and tangibility) all had a positive influence on user satisfaction. Additionally, user satisfaction was found to have a significant impact on intention to continue using the service. The findings of this study contribute to exploring the effectiveness and potential value of CCR-based smart healthcare services. It was also provided insights for the future development of smart healthcare systems that offer accurate health information and personalized services for individual health management and prevention.

교환시스템을 운용하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스는 일반 사용자 그룹이 아닌 교환시스템이 설치되어 있는 교환국의 운용자들을 대상으로 설계된다. ATM교환시스템은 초고속 정보통신망에서의 교환노드로서의 높은 신뢰도를 요구하기 때문에 효율적인 운용관리 및 유지보수가 필요하다 이를 만족시키기 위해서는 그래픽, 소프트웨어공학, 심리학 및 인간공학적인 측면을 반영시킴으로써 매우 어렵고 복잡한 교환시스템을 쉽게 제어하고 모니터링할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를필요로 한다 본 운용시스템은 클라이언트-서버모델 구조로 설계하였고 웹브라우져를 통한 다양한 사용자 인터페이스(멀티모달)를 제공하며 멀티플랫폼을 가능하게 구현하였다 본 논문에서는 ATM교환기의 운용시스템이 갖는 특징 구조 그리고 구현된 사용자 인터페이스 모델을 제시한다.

Projects to deploy and diffuse smart factories in South Korea are aimed at enhancing national manufacturing competitiveness. However, a significant portion of deployed companies remain at the basic stage and struggle to utilize smart factories regularly. Existing studies have primarily focused on the technical aspects of smart factories, using data analytics and case studies, leading to a gap in empirical research on continuous use and upgrade intentions. This study identifies key factors influencing smart factory usage and user satisfaction, drawing on the Information Systems Success Model (ISSM) and previous research. It empirically examines the impact of these factors on continuous use intention, management performance, and advancement acceptance intention through smart factory usage and user satisfaction. A structural equation model is employed to validate the research hypotheses, using survey data from 287 small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (SMEs) that have adopted smart factories. Results demonstrate that system quality, information quality, service quality, and government support significantly affect smart factory usage, while service quality and government support influence user satisfaction. Furthermore, smart factory usage and user satisfaction have positive effects on management performance, continuous use intention, and subsequently advancement acceptance intention. This study provides novel insights by demonstrating the specific impact mechanisms of smart factory user satisfaction on the business and the intentions of manufacturing SMEs regarding continuous use and advancement acceptance, leveraging the ISSM.

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting users' continuing use of Hedonic Information Systems(HIS). Focusing on users' post-adoption behaviors, this study proposes a research model which incorporates technology acceptance theory into expectation disconfirmation theory and investigates the causal relationship among five factors; perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, disconfirmation, user satisfaction, and continuance intention to use a blog as HIS. The results show that satisfaction is significantly influenced by disconfirmation and post expectations(perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use), and in particular the impact of disconfirmation on user satisfaction is stronger than those of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The results also indicate that while perceived usefulness and user satisfaction have significant impacts on continuance intention, perceived ease of use does not do so and has only an indirect impact on continuance intention through perceived usefulness and user satisfaction.

"사용자 중심의 디자인(User-Centered Design)" 은 좋은 사용성을 가진 제품을 만들기 위한 사용되는 보편적인 접근방법중의 하나이다. 그러나 투자대비 최대의 가치 창조라는 경제성 원리와 개발 기간의 제약을 고려하면 개발 중 사용성 평가를 통해 발견된 문제들을 모두 제품에 반영하는 것은 거의 불가능 하다고 볼 수 있다. 그러므로 발견된 문제들에 대한 우선 순위를 정의한 후 가장 중요한 문제점에 대해 먼저 개선하는 전략이 필요하다. 기존의 사용성 문제에 대한 우선 순위는 주로 문제 자체의 심각도를 고려하여 결정되었다. 그러나 사용자가 인식하는 사용성(Perceived Usability)를 높이기 위해서는 사용자가 중요하게 생각하는 효용을 우선적으로 제품에 반영하는 것이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 카노의 사용자 만족 모델을 활용한 사용자 효용과 사용성 문제들의 잠재가치를 고려한 사용성 문제 분류를 기구 사용성 평가 가이드라인의 제작에 적용하였다. 제안된 분류에 의해 디자인 가이드라인을 1) 반드시 만족 시켜야하는 제품 사용성 기준, 2) 경쟁사 대비 우위를 유지하기 위한 비교평가 기준으로 나누어 정의함으로써 단일 제품의 절대적 평가가 아닌 경쟁사 제품과의 비교 평가를 통한 개선 방향의 제시에 Kano 모델을 기반으로 정의된 사용성 문제들의 효용가치분류가 효과적이라는 것을 본 연구를 통해 보이고자 한다.

The primary purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of the users' satisfaction and commitment in personal media. For these purposes, we developed a research model based on the literature reviews of personal media, perceived risk and interactivity, satisfaction, and commitment. This study has identified four dimensions in the concept of perceived risk, such as privacy risk, social risk, time loss risk, and economic risk, and three dimensions in the concept of perceived interactivity, such as active control, two-way communication, and responsiveness. In survey, data were collected from 428 male and female who have an experience in personal media. Data was analyzed factor analysis, reliability analysis, measurement model analysis, and structural model analysis by utilizing SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 5.0 program. Analysis results of research model indicate the following. Firstly, privacy risk, active control, two-way communication, and responsiveness are significantly related satisfaction. Secondly, privacy risk, time loss risk, economic risk, active control, and two-way communication are significantly related commitment. Thirdly, users' satisfaction has positive relationship with commitment in personal media. Based on these results, theoretical implications for relevant researchers and managerial implications for personal media vitalization and marketing strategy are discussed. Finally, limitations for this study and further research issues are suggested.

기업간 파트너쉽이 e-비즈니스 네트워크로 발전하면서 사용자에 대한 안전하고 효과적인 인증은 물론 인증된 사용자의 특정 서비스에 대한 접근권한의 관리요구가 크게 대두되고 있다. PKI 기반 기술로 사용자 인증, 데이터 기밀성 및 무결성 서비스는 가능하지만 사용자 및 자원에 대한 권한 관리는 별도의 기반기술이 요구된다. 웹 사이트들을 파트너 쉽으로 연결해주는 크로스 도메인간의 단일인증, 보호 대상 자원에 대한 접근제어, 파트너간의 상호연동성 및 이기종 연동 등의 요구사항을 만족시키기 위한 권한관리 기반기술이 필요하다. 본고에서는 PMI 표준, 접근제어, RBAC, SAML 및 XACML 기술에 대한 소개와 권한관리 시스템 구축 모델에 대하여 설명한다.

The objective of this study is to suggest useful directions to the companies providing tourism information through SNS and the related service providers through investigating differences of sharing and use intention of SNS tourism information according to the level of trust and satisfaction. To achieve the objective, as a conceptual framework of the study, the literature on 'trust and satisfaction about SNS tourism information' and 'information sharing and use intention' were reviewed, and the empirical studies on the perception of the people who experienced the service was conducted. The explosive growth of wireless network users and the existence of various wireless services have demanded high rate throughput as well as user's QoS guarantees. Towards this, this paper proposes QoS-oriented subcarrier allocation scheme considering the QoS provisioning of multiple users, which is major requirement for wireless network design point of view. This paper introduces joint RR/K&H combined with M-LWDF(Modified Largest Weighted Delay First) scheme throughout observing statistical channel behavior and real time queuing analysis for appropriate resource allocation tightly connected to multiuser scheduling. Accordingly, the system throughput can be enhanced, and the QoS demanded for delay sensitive services can be satisfied. Furthermore, the proposed scheme is applied for OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) systems to allocate sub-carriers in optimal way. The simulation results verify plausible performances of proposed resource allocation scheme via showing superior effective capacity under time-varying physical-layer channel behaviors.
