범국가적으로 지리정보시스템(GIS : Geographic Information System) 구축작업이 활성화되고 있는가운데 정부에서는 국가정보화 기반조성 차원에서 전국에 걸친 국가기본도 수치지도화 사업을 추진하고 있다. 국가기본도는 설비관리용 GIS를 구축하려는 국내 각 수요기관에서 활용되어져 GIS DB구축작업이 용이해질 것으로 예상되지만, 국가기본도에서는 각 기관에서 관리하고자 하는 모든 설비정보가 포함되어 있는 것은 아니므로 세부적인 관리대상설비의 추가 입력작업이 필요하다. 설비정보 입력은 대체적으로 각 기관에서 자체 보유하고 있는 설비도면을 기준으로 수행되지만 국가기본도와 설비도 간에는 기초 도면에 다름에 따른 설비위치 상대오차가 발생된다. 국가기본도 사용을 전제할 때 이러한 문제점은 피할수 없는 현상이며, 상대위치를 보정시키면서 관리대상 설비를 입력하려면 많은 예산과 인력이 소요될것으로 예상된다. 배전설비관리 GIS를 구축하고자 하는 한전에서는 이를 효과적으로 해결하고자 기초도면 변경에 따른 설비위치 자동보정기법을 연구하여 이를 기반으로한 시스템 개발을 완료하였다. 개발된 시스템의 정확도 및 실용화 가능성을 확인하기 위해 설비위치의 기준이 되는 전력주를 대상으로 샘플지역을 선정하여 자동보정을 실시하였으며, 현장실사를 통한 검증을 실시한 결과 약 94.6%에 달하는 보정 결과 만족도를 얻을 수 있었다.

The aim of this study is to analyze the improvement of housing renewal project and suggest the conditions of rural housing environment filled with the resident's desire, requirements concerning about characteristics of a rural environment and temporal and social requirements. The project for improvement of rural housing environment has been executed in a few ways: reform of the rural housing environment and the development of territories for settlement of a desolate region. To analyze and assess the accomplishments, we considered codes and process related to the project for improvement of rural housing environment and analyzed present conditions and problems through many reference books and administrative data. According to these results, devices in future business for improvement of rural housing environment are as follows; It should required a rational allocation of working space, living space, cultural activity space suitable for rural area characteristics and changed into uniformed system in various projects governed by different institutions.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to report the result and the satisfaction of Korean medicine treatment for patients with dysmenorrhea who participated in support program of Jeollabuk-do. Methods: The subjects of this study were 33 volunteers, suffering from primary dysmenorrhea. As the 'Dysmenorrhea Treatment Project', we conducted a dysmenorrhea program at 22 Korean medicine clinic and 1 Korean medicine hospital in Jeollabuk-do. From May to December 2018, we conducted the program and assessed the effect and satisfaction twice after first two menstrual cycles after Korean medicine treatment through questionnaire. They were treated by Korean medicine treatment such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion, heat therapy, physical therapy and others in 2017. The results were measured by the visual analogue scale (VAS) and multidimensional verbal rating scale (MVRS) of overall pain. The disturbance in school activity for menstrual period and satisfaction of Korean medicine treatment were investigated by continuous rating scales. Results: The VAS score of overall pain was decreased significantly. Also the amount of the analgesic taken for menstrual period and the degree of disturbance in school activity were decreased significantly. Besides, the satisfaction of Korean medicine treatment was increased. Conclusions: This study might suggest that the Korean medicine treatment on dysmenorrhea is effective.

Purpose : The purpose of this research was to verify the effects of the clinical practice and the educational satisfaction through internship program on students of health-related majors. Methods : We investigated 120 students using a self-reporting method with experience of internship program. A statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0 for window version. Results : It showed that educational satisfaction had scored 4.18 in curriculum, 4.16 in environment, 4.16 in schedule, 4.32 in teaching and 3.82 in evaluation, 4.21 in satisfaction for clinical practice. Conclusion : It was revealed by this survey that the educational satisfaction of internship program in school hospital had higher score in curriculum, environment, schedule, evaluation, teaching and clinical practice. To maximize the effects of internship program, a clinical internship program in school hospital is needed and further research and attention are suggested.

The purpose of this study is to identify factors that affect the cost of rehabilitation services for people with congenital disabilities. The subjects of this study were 712 persons who had a disability from prenatal life from data of the 2020 National Survey of the Disabled Persons. 19-40 years, middle-class economic status, monthly family income level, use of vouchers, satisfaction with service institutions, autistic disability types significantly contributed to the cost of rehabilitation services. Among them use of vouchers had the greatest influence on the cost of rehabilitation services. Therefore, in order to reduce the cost of rehabilitation services for people with the congenital disabilities, it is suggested to improve the target of the voucher program and to establish a rehabilitation service support system for the entire life span.

Gangwon-do is a representative leisure resort. However, the provision of tourism information has not escaped the existing image- and text-oriented simplicity. Therefore, a linkage strategy for the content business is needed to revitalize tourist attractions. In this paper, first, we provide a 360-degree rotating VR content authoring function. Second, we propose a dynamic platform including a function that allows users to easily author tour scheduling after registering VR content on a map. Finally, the proposal system provides pre-tourism customers with an opportunity to increase satisfaction by providing online pre-experience.

본 논문에서는 고객추천지수(NPS : Net Promoter Score)를 이용하여 2019년도 이용 고객의 서비스 만족 및 품질에 대하여 모니터링하고 기관의 고객만족 개선 활동에 대한 고객의 의견을 분석하기 위함이다. 한국과학기술정보연구원의 한민족과학기술자네트워크(KOSEN : The Global Network of Korean Scientists & Engineers)는 전 세계 한인 과학기술자들을 하나로 연결하는 네트워크 서비스로 2019년 현재 70여개국 14만여 회원들로 이루어진 거대한 네트워크로 성장하였습니다. 1999년 이래 과학기술부, 교육과학기술부, 미래창조과학부, 과학기술정보통신부 지원 사업으로 한국과학기술정보연구원에서 운영해오고 있습니다. 네트워크를 통한 한인 과학기술자들의 지식 공유가 주목적이며, 연구자들을 위한 다양한 서비스를 무상으로 제공하고 있습니다. 이를 위해 서비스를 경험한 262여 명의 의사결정자를 대상으로 한민족과학기술자네트워크에 대한 고객충성도를 분석하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 인터넷 등 정보의 발달로 고객의 긍정적 또는 부정적인 구전이 급속도로 노출되는 환경에서 고객의 만족도를 관리함으로써 핵심고객을 확보하는데 사전 예측자료로 활용될 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the educational methods and the educational effects using the cloud chamber in order to help young people to understand the nuclear energy and the ionizing radiation. In this study, we surveyed not only the history and the value of the cloud chamber as an hands-on exhibit in the science museum, but the case study on the nuclear hands-on education and the nuclear out-of-school education using the cloud chamber. And we analysed the satisfaction degree of participants in the out-of-school education using the cloud chamber in the science museum.

This study aims to investigate the possibility of expanding the support program for green remodeling of fire stations and analyze the standard design guidelines. Green remodeling is essential for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting green buildings, but currently, it is only conducted for buildings with limited purposes. In this study, we conduct green remodeling for fire stations with severe aging to demonstrate energy performance improvement and investigate the potential for expanding the support program to other types of aging buildings. The research methodology includes analysis of previous studies, preliminary investigation and alternative setting, energy analysis, calculation of construction costs, evaluation of the possibility of introducing support programs, and examine of the fire station standard design guidelines. The research results confirm that green remodeling can reduce energy consumption in fire stations and present the possibility of including fire stations as targets in the support program for green remodeling of public buildings.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate a community-based cancer patient management program (CBPCMP) which was collaborated between a hospice center and public health centers. Methods: The CBPCMP proceeded on four steps; 1) Signing agreements with three public health centers, 2) Enrolling the domiciliary terminal cancer patients, 3) Providing home hospice service, and 4) Inquiring patient's level of satisfaction. From February 1 to December 31 in 2009, 43 terminal cancer patients were referred and provided with home hospice service. The hospice team made a total of 605 visits. Medical records for each visit and data from satisfaction surveys were analyzed. Results: 76.7% of patients were older than 60 years, and 90.7% of the patients were alert. The level of functional status for 76.7% of patients rated as lower than ECOG grade 1. 62.8% of the patients or their caregivers signed hospice service agreements. On the initial evaluation, the most frequent reasons for referral were general weakness (86.0%), followed by anorexia (72.1%). Nurses visited the patients' most frequently (371 visits), followed by volunteers (216 visits). Nurses provided emotional support and health promotion counseling on 95.1% and 22.9% of visits, respectively. The mean satisfaction score rated by patients and their family was 4.45 out of 5. Conclusion: This study tested CBPCMP in collaboration with hospice centers and public health centers. CBPCMP showed a possibility to improve the quality of end of life care. To insure the quality care, however, the guidelines for home hospice service should be developed.
