Designing a data based school with Internet of Things (데이터 기반 학교 운영을 위한 사물인터넷(IoT) 활용 환경 설계)

  • This study analyzed the application articles of the Internet of Things (IoT) in the educational environment. It defined learning environmental data, utilization scenarios, and models that IoT can improve teaching and learning through Focus Group Interviews for academic experts, teachers, and technicians in related fields. In addition, the IoT pilot prototype was developed, verified, and drew implications from the perspective of collection, analysis, and utilization of real-time data based on the actual school settings. This study has significance as a priori case of building and applying a learning environment using the Internet of Things in real school settings considering relevant restrictions.

  • IoT (Internet of Things) is recently burgeoning as business applications as well as ICT itself. Among the business applications of IoT, wearable devices are recognized as a leading area of customer devices. This research first identifies customer needs of activity trackers (fitness trackers), as one of representative wearable devices, and mapping the identified needs with the well-known marketing model of marketing mix (4 P's: Product, Price, Promotion, and Place). Survey was applied to university students for identifying current and potential needs for activity trackers. The needs were classified by 4 P's, and according to the results, different from other IT devices, activity trackers has more potential needs. Moreover, reliable distribution channels, offline and company owned shops were preferred, rather than online shopping mall by third parties. The results would provide some valuable implications to not only designers of activity trackers but also business management.

  • 본고에서는 먼저 서비스 측면에서 사용자 중심인 모바일인터넷과 기기 간 통신인 사물인터넷 서비스, 단말 측면에서 안경단말기, HMD(Head Mounted Display), 드론, 스마트센서, Connected Car가 어떻게 5G 통신의 견인차 역할을 하는 지 알아보고, 5G서비스와 단말을 수용하는 코어와 무선액세스 네트워크 구조 및 중요 기술에 대해 설명한다. 또한, 5G 주파수 소요량 분석 및 선정을 위한 ITU-R 동향에 대해서도 간략히 알아본다.

  • Internet of Things (IoT) is proliferating to provide more intelligent services by interconnecting various Internet devices, and TCP based MQTT is being used as a standard communication protocol of the IoT. Although it is recommended to use TLS/SSL security protocol for TCP with MQTT-based IoT devices, encryption and decryption performance degenerates when applied to low-specification / low-capacity IoT devices. In this paper, we propose an end-to-end message security protocol using elliptic curve cryptosystem, a lightweight encryption algorithm, which improves performance on both sides of the client and server, based on the simulation of TLS/SSL and the proposed protocol.

  • Recently data has been transformed into a data economy and society that acts as a catalyst for the development of all industries and the creation of new value, and COVID-19 is accelerating digital transformation. In the upcoming intelligent Internet of Things era, the availability of decentralized systems such as blockchain and mixnet is emerging to solve the security problems of centralized systems that makes it difficult to utilize data safely and efficiently. Blockchain manages data in a transparent and decentralized manner and guarantees the reliability and integrity of the data through agreements between participants, but the transparency of the data threatens the privacy of users. On the other hand, mixed net technology for protecting privacy protects privacy in distributed networks, but due to inefficient power consumption efficiency and processing speed issues, low cost, light weight, low power consumption Internet Hard to use. In this paper, we analyze the limitations of conventional mixed-net technology and propose a mixed-net technology method for low power consumption, high speed, and the Internet of things.

It can significantly save energy through a combination of LED lighting as a new ICT technologies and industry-to provide a human-centric, eco-friendly, and the content is embedded multifunction solutions that meet your needs, environment, implementation time according to user requirements, technology It can be systematized as converged next-generation lighting. In this paper, we have developed regarding whether the building in relation to the LED lighting control system using smart devices and Cloud-based user as a human connection through the board to the Arduino Yun lit LED lighting, wireless smart device or to the Cloud or off. After the Arduino Yun is connected to the Internet, taking the current date and time information from the Linux shell command used the way coming across the bridge (BRIDGE) its value.

  • Internet of Things (IoT) is possibly the most widely discussed technological concept in today's technology circles. This technology is expected to dramatically change not only how we work but also how we live. The concept of IoT basically means a web of connected devices which can be controlled over a data network. With cost of technology required to control these devices going down and increasing internet connectivity through smartphones, IoT is expected to be an all pervasive technology in the next 10 years. In this paper, we study the technological landscape of this fast growing technology domain from an Intellectual Property (Patents) perspective. We find that the patent distribution in this domain is very fragmented with the top patent applicants in the field holding around 5% of the total patents. Especially, the US geography has seen the maximum patent filings and is closely followed by the big Asian markets of Japan and Korea.

  • The Internet of Things (IoT) is a technology that connects to the Internet with built-in sensors and communication functions on various objects and has been used in various fields such as smart home and smart factory. Recently, as interest in air pollution information such as fine dust is increasing, the apps for providing weather information and air pollution information based on IoT technology are being developed. In this study, we aims to provide visual air pollution and weather information and develop useful services such as appliance automation using this information. for this study, we designed and implemented Smart Services that provide home automation, messaging and alarm, visual air pollution and weather information using air pollution and weather information based on IoT.

  • 최근 사물인터넷 및 통신 기술 및 통신 기술이 발달하면서 사물인터넷 상에서의 데이터 보호에 대한관심이 지속되고 있다. 이에 따라 데이터 보호를 위한 기술적 요구들이 커지고 있으며, 데이터를 송수신하는 과정에서 비밀 데이터가 숨겨져 있다는 사실을 자체를 숨기는 스테가노그래피 기술이 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IoT 환경에서의 스테가노그래피 기술이 만족해야하는 조건과 연구 사례에 대해 살펴본다.

  • 노령인구와 사회 취약 계층을 지원하기 위해 사회복지에 대한 사회적 노력이 확대되고 있으며, 또한 사물인터넷 (Internet of Things: loT)이란 IT 기술의 발전을 통해 사회복지 체계를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 기회가 마련되었다. 사물인터넷은 사물들로부터 수집한 정보를 분석 및 처리함으로써 다양한 지능 서비스 제공이 가능하기 때문에 그 활용도가 점차 증대되고 있다. 그러나 기존 사물인터넷 기반 사회취약 계층 서비스들은 Healthcare 서비스에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 이는 사회복지 전 분야에 대한 효율적인 서비스 제공에 어려움을 주게 된다. 따라서 사회복지 체계에 대한 효과적인 지원을 위해 IT 융합 기반 기술이 제공되어야 하며, 본 논문에서는 사회복지 체계를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하기 위한 소프트웨어 플랫폼을 제안한다. 제안된 플랫폼은 loT 장치와 스마트 폰으로부터 정보를 수집하고 처리하여 이를 기반으로 다양한 사회복지 서비스 지원한다.
