The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between CEO's transformational leadership and performance, and the mediating effect of corporate entrepreneurship in entrepreneurs' cooperative. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data were gathered and analysed from 379 employees of entrepreneurs' cooperative in Kangwon-do province. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, charisma and individual consideration appeared to be positively related with risk-taking and proactiveness. Also, intellectual stimulation appeared to be positively related with proactiveness only. Second, charisma and individual consideration appeared to be positively related with sales volume and employment increase, but intellectual stimulation appeared to be positively related with employment increase only. Third, corporate entrepreneurship(risk-taking, proactiveness) appeared to be positively related with sales volume and employment increase. Fourth, corporate entrepreneurship(risk-taking, proactiveness) had mediating effect on the relationship between CEO's transformational leadership and performance. But, intellectual stimulation had not mediating effect.

기업 네트워크에서 안전하고 효과적이며 안정된 망 운영관리 환경 제공은 당면한 중요과제이며 기업 경쟁력의 핵심인 정보기술을 통한 생산성과도 연계성을 갖고 있다. 이러한 필요에 맞추어 많은 네트워크 관리 시스템들이 개발되어 상용화 되었으나 이들 관리시스템들은 트래픽 모니터링에 의한 통계값 제공과 같은 단순 평면적인 관리 기능만을 제공할 뿐 네트워크의 특성과 환경에 따른 분석, 진단 기능은 제공하지 못하고 있다. 또한 현재의 네트워크 환경은 다양한 통신장비와 서비스들의 개발에 따른 망 구성 요소의 이질성과 복잡성이 증가하고 있으며 이는 전문적인 네트워크 운영관리와 분석기술을 요구하고 있다. 이는 관리자에게 네트워크가 점점 다양화, 복잡화 되는 환경에서 부담으로 작용할 뿐 아니라 결과를 도출하는데 많은 시간과 비용이 소요된다. 따라서 기존 네트워크 관리 시스템의 한계를 극복하고 네트워크 환경 변화를 수용, 관리자의 운영경험지식을 데이터베이스화하여 지능적인 네트워크의 분석과 진단이 가능한 시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문은 이러한 시스템 구축의 전제조건으로 네트워크 운영경험 데이터베이스를 구축하여 이를 통한 네트워크 환경 변화를 수용할 수 있는 임계값 최적화와 향후 한국전력 사내 데이터통신망의 지능화된 분석과 진단을 위해 활용하게 될 지식 발견 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

교환기나 전송장치 등 각종 통신설비에 전원을 공급하기 위해서 정류기, 축전지 및 발전기 등의 전원설비가 사용되고 있다. 이들 중에서도 정류기는 통신설비에 직류전원을 공급하기 때문에 다른 전원설비 보 다도 신뢰성 및 안정성이 확보된 장치로 인식되어 왔다. 그러나 현재 사내전화국에 설치 운용중인 정류기는 교환 기별로 종류가 다양하여 유지보수에 어려움이 내재하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 통신망의 광대역화, 대용량화에 대처가 곤란하며 정류기를 전력실 또는 통신실에 집중해서 설치 운용하는 집중공급방식으로는 축전지의 만충전이 곤란하다. 또한 현재의 이러한 급전방식은 통신장치의 광대역화, 고도화 등 통신망의 급격한 발전과 함께 다음과 같은 문제점이 대두되고 있다. 첫째, 전력실에서 총괄하여 교류전력을 직류48V로 변환해서 급전하기 때문에 급전전류가 크게되고, 또한 전력실에서 통신실까지의 급전손실이 크다 둘째, 통신설비의 증감에 따른 전원설비의 증감이 어렵기 때문에 설비 가동율이 나쁘다 셋째, 전원설비의 고장에 의한 전화국 전체설비에 심각한 영향을 미칠수 있다 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 집중 및 분산급전방식으로 운용이 가능하며, 또한 모든 전원설비를 감시/제어하는 전원 집중관리 시스템과의 인터페이스 등이 가능한 정류시스템을 1997년부터 개발하였다. 본고에서는 신형 정류기와 기존의 정류기와의 성능 및 특성에 대해 비교하였고, 특히 경제성측면과 설치상련에 대해 비교분석 하였다. 또한 집중급전방식과 분산급전방식의 특성에 대해서도 서술하였다.

LOSA는 Line Operations Safety Audit(항공사 운항안전 감사)의 약자이며 기존의 적발 위주의 기존 Line Audit제도와 달리 조종사의 자발적 참여와 철저한 비밀을 유지하며, 처벌 금지 약속을 통하여 참여자가 평소 습관대로 비행할 수 있게 한다. 훈련된 감사관이 이를 소정의 절차서에 의거 조종석에서 관찰하여 실제의 안전취약 및 위협요소, Error를 포착해서 수집하고 텍사스대학 인적요인 연구소에서 분석하여 최종보고서를 작성하여 제도를 개선하는 안전프로그램이다. 제도와 방안을 개선하는 신개념의 선진 운항감사제도로서 안전관리시스템의 대표적인 비행안전 프로그램으로 통상 3${\sim}$4년을 주기로 실시한다. ICAO, IATA, FAA 및 IFALPA 실행 권고사항으로 현재 약30여개의 항공사가 실시하였다. LOSA는 2009년1월부터 ICAO부속서 6에 의거하여 항공사에서 실행해야 되는 SMS(안전관리 시스템)의 가장 효율적인 Hazard 식별 및 위험 관리도구 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 안전관리시스템의 효과적 도구인 LOSA를 설명하고 항공사내 실행방법을 소개하는데 있다.

Recently, broadcasting companies have been faced with changes in social environment, particularly, the emergence of new media, including the internet, cable TV and DMB, and in the political environment, such as convergence in broadcasting and communications media. To cope with these changes, broadcasting companies are showing increasing interest in building new broadcasting information systems. This study presents how to develop a web-based broadcasting information system for the small and medium-sized broadcasting company. For developing the system, the study describes system configuration, business function relationship diagrams and business flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, major programs, and graphic user interfaces. The newly developed web-based broadcasting information system is expected to increase business productivity to a significant extent through faster decision-making and business execution in and out of the company.

This research proposed management plan of internal lecturer who is in charge of job training of researchers working in administrative, researching and developing institutes or public institutions related to information security. The education and training department of the government or public institutions selects and manages lecturers in member of the staff. We applied to the management plan of internal lecturers who are in charge of information security job training by analyzing the way in which internal lecturers are operated by public organizations or corporations. We propose the management plan of internal lecturer according to the position, because the institute of information security is applying the researcher 's position(rank) system. By the proposed circulation management plan by the position, the internal lecturer position is determined according to the position of the employees to be trained and the internal lecturer is selected and operated only at the same position. The proposed management plan includes internal lecturer selection, responsibilities and duties, education, evaluation, and training support.

글로벌로 핵심기술 경쟁 및 최상의 기술을 적용한 제품 제조를 실현해야 하는 ICT 분야의 수출 제조 중소기업은 내부, 외부적인 환경적 요인뿐 아니라 다양한 위기상황을 겪게 된다. 이러한 위기상황을 극복하고자 기업 자체적인 전략을 다방면으로 모색하고 실행하여 성공한 수출 제조 중소 벤처기업인 '(주)쎄믹스'가 있다. 2000년에 설립한 (주)쎄믹스는 반도체 검사장비 중 하나인 Wafer Prober 제조 전문기업으로, 'Simple Perfection'이라는 슬로건 아래 23년간 'OPUS' 및 'OPERA'를 생산, 판매에 전념하고 있는 글로벌 강소기업이며, 지속적인 핵심기술 연구개발을 통해 품질혁신에 성공하였고 글로벌 반도체 검사장비 시장에서 기술적 신뢰와 브랜드 명성을 인정받고 있는 벤처기업이다. 현재 (주)쎄믹스의 입지를 구축하기까지 수출 제조기업으로서 겪은 환율관리 실패인 키코손실에서 기인한 회사 위기를, 자체적으로 기술혁신, 조직혁신, 핵심인재 육성 등 전략적 기업혁신에 성공하여 회사의 존폐위기였던 상황을 극복하였다. 우선 키코손실을 떨쳐내고 새로이 시작하기 위한 S사와의 합병, 분할 후 조직 내부에 기업가정신을 고취하였고 핵심기술을 발굴하여 세계일류상품 인증, 월드클래스 300 선정 및 완수, 6개국에 7개의 자회사 설립 통한 조직혁신, 과감한 인재등용, 인재육성 위한 사내 컨퍼런스 제도 도입, TRIZ 등을 통한 과감한 교육혁신, 인재를 위한 특별한 복지정책 구현 등을 실천하였다. 본 연구는 '(주)쎄믹스'의 위기극복 사례를 통해 일본의 두 곳 대기업만이 누리고 있던 Wafer Prober 장비 시장에서 독자적인 글로벌 판로개척을 통한 자생적 성장시스템 구축과 창의적이고 자기 주도적인 혁신체제를 구축하는 계기를 제공하여 다양한 위기상황에 직면하였거나 위기를 미연에 방지하여야 할 중소기업인과 임직원들에게 성공 사례를 제공하고자 하였다.

Major and trace elements analyses are presented for 13 amphibolites by wet chemical and emission spectroscopic methods. These chemical data were compared with limestone and quartzite closely associated with the amphibolites. The chemical similarity of the amphibolites studied to the basic igneous rock and low oxidation ratios (<30) are indicative of the igneous intrusive, especially middle stage differentiates. Petrographic and stratigraphic study of the rocks suggest the more igneous features rather than those of sedimentary progenitors.

In recent years, SNS (Social Network Service) has spread globally and general corporate' utilization of SNS is gradually increasing. Accordingly, the scope of utilizing SNS is expanding not only as a simple publicity of products and services but also as a communication tool among the company members, the customer service and the product development, etc. This study is examining the related cases classified by the premier activities and the supportive activities of the private companies' viewpoints of utilizing the SNS. Based on this study results, we are proposing the strategic considerations for the private companies' SNS adoption by synthesizing the results of the analytical researches of the SNS cases that support the companies' value chain and the considerations of companies' utilization of the SNS that are proposed by the various private companies' research laboratories.

Owing to the development of wireless infrastructure and mobile communication technology, There is growing interest in smart phone using it. The resulting popularity of smart phone has increased the Mobile Malicious AP-related security threat and the access to the wireless AP(Access Point) using Wi-Fi. mobile AP mechanism is the use of a mobile device with Internet access such as 3G cellular service to serve as an Internet gateway or access point for other devices. Within the enterprise, the use of mobile AP mechanism made corporate information management difficult owing to use wireless system that is impossible to wire packet monitoring. In this thesis, we propose mobile AP mechanism-based mobile malicious AP detection and prevention mechanism in radius authentication server network. Detection approach detects mobile AP mechanism-based mobile malicious AP by sniffing the beacon frame and analyzing the difference between an authorized AP and a mobile AP mechanism-based mobile malicious AP detection.
