In Korea, the population is continuously decreasing due to the decrease in fertility rates. Military troops are continuously decreasing, but soldiers' suicide, mental health care and medicine prescriptions, and inadequate decisions are increasing. In other words, the mental health of the intestines is getting worse. The mental health of the soldiers is a personal problem, but it can also have a big impact on the troops. This is because accidents such as suicide, divorce, and military leave lead to the restriction of the combat power and the deterioration of fraud. Currently, domestic and foreign academics are studying mental health care plans using wearable devices. The Korean military can also use this to objectively measure the mental health of soldiers and use the accumulated big data to predict and measure various situations. In this study, this study suggests mental health care measures for military soldiers using wearable devices, and further research will be conducted smoothly to improve the mental health of our soldiers.

The purpose of this study is to know what impression management(IM) tactics social work applicants use in their job interviews and what relation between their IM tactics and interviewers' evaluation exists. To accomplish this purpose, we reviewed the precedent researches about IM and conducted a qualitative study with the applicants in a community welfare center which adopted open approach in recruitment process. We analyzed the applicants' IM tactics through observing video-taped interview sessions and reviewing interviewers' rating paper. The results showed that the social work applicants mainly used self-promotion tactic for emphasizing their strengths and justification tactics for expressing their weaknesses. Some applicants often used fit-with-organization and other-enhancement belonged to ingratiation tactics. According to interviewers' rating results, the applicants with deep eye contact, calm attitude or smiling face gave a good impression to the interviewers. In the final discussion, an applicant who adopted diverse verbal and non-verbal tactics and expressed her point clearly was perceived attractive by the interviewers and accepted as the best choice. Based on this qualitative analysis, we have made several practical suggestions for social work applicants, social work researchers and social work organizations.

Recently. however, many archivists have come to realize that a reappraisal and deaccessioning is essential to providing better access to more important records and to strengthen and refine holdings. To develop a program with strong and well-focused holding appropriate to the Purpose and environments of archives. archives have to carry out systematic and continuing Procedure to reevaluate past appraisal. This study explores the various main issues and opinions with regard to reappraisal and deaccessioning and then. suggests the reappraisal principles and deaccessioning procedures such as return of the materials to donor. transfer to more appropriate depository, destruction of the material.

Recently the demand for civil bodyguards and security guards shows rapid growth with social development that lead the social structure environment. In recent years, the security industry and market seems to be increasingly affected by new social environment changes. In addition to that, efficient management for the private security needs to many security managers. So, the management for the private security is a matter of primary concern to all security managers. The purpose of this research is to apply efficient management for the private security and how security managers leadership type effects on working attitude for guards. Then, this study is composed of the introduction in the first chapter, theological consideration of leadership and working attitude in the second chapter, research application in the third chapter and finally the conclusion in the fourth chapter. For the security managers, the organization can be altered its efficiency by organizing groups applying what kind of leadership to how it wed. Considering to its characteristic of security organization, the leadership is not only important factor effecting on outcome of organization but also core activity achieving the goal of organization to private security managers.

We paid attention to the fact that a project will always tend to increase in size even if its scope is narrowing. The complexities and multidisciplinary aspects of projects require that the many parts should be put together so that the prime objectives- performance, time, and cost- are met. These aspects lead to the use of teams to solve problems that used to be solved by individuals. Firstly, We surveyed the design companies and their clients on the design projects, and categorized the design task into 5 phases, that are marketing, planning, idea development, presentation, and follow-up. Among the phases, the presentation has the most difficult task, longest processing time, and highest cost, whereas idea development phase has relatively low cost, longer processing time, and more difficult task. Most of the companies used to be faced several bottlenecks on their design projects - time control, budget control, and resource control. Secondly, for improving the project managing process, we adopted that dividing and analyzing the sub critical paths may help in the effective managing.(Badiru, Adedeji B., 1995) Some critical paths require almost as much attention as the critical path since they have a high potential of becoming critical when changes occur in the network. Therefrom we suggest the Total task weight(Gt) as a management formula for the design project management.${Gt=\mathrm{T}\ast\leftthreetimes\ast1/100}$<\TEX> ( Gt = Total task weight, mathrm{T} = Task Weight, \leftthreetimes= Criticality ) Thirdly, In order to support to managing for the design projects, we set up an application system, which is graphically planning and implementing a complex undertaking. It is helpful to make the control of a project easy. The DPMS(Design Project Management System), which has two sub system. One is Project Screening System(PSS), and another Project Managing System(PMS). In PMS, we divided the design project into three modules; Project Planning, Project Implementation, and Project Evaluation. As a result, the DPMS will contribute to supply the control of a project easily and effectively. Also teams are used for making decisions and taking action with the DPMS. But we need to get further studies on the relationships between the whole project and its tasks.

According to many studies, a large number of police officers who had recently been exposed to an emergency situation has serious psychological stress and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD) symptoms impact on morale, absenteeism, occupational health, early retirement, family relationships. However, in Korea as it looked during the empirical study of police officers with PTSD had a few. In this study, levels of PTSD among police officers to identify and respond accordingly was to seek ways. The officer's PTSD levels vary according to the study is the relatively high level, when compared to firefighters is a relatively high level. So, I suggested some countermeasures. I presented discovery and management of high risk police officers, distribution of critical incident stress management, introduction of employee assistance programs, active intervention of colleagues and family members, training of stress management techniques.

The demand for food safety has emerged as a major social issue due to changes in diet patterns and consumers' perceptions, along with the advancements in society and the development of the food industry. Consumers are demanding more information about the food they consume, and are sensitive to food scandals. With such interest in food safety, blockchain technology is attracting attention as a means of effectively responding to poor food management resulting in food fraud or unsafe distribution. By ensuring the accuracy of, and trust in, traceability in the food supply chain, it is possible to build trust between traders and to ensure safe food distribution. This paper proposes a next-generation agri-food distribution system that can provide and manage (for suppliers, consumers, and distribution officials) a variety of agri-food information, such as the history, distribution, safety, quality, and freshness of food. Information on product status and distribution status in all processes, including production, processing, distribution, sales, and consumption, can be monitored and controlled in real time (anytime, anywhere), and users can check the safety level of each type of food in real time through an app.

The interest of sediment has been increased daily because most of domestic dam reservoir's operation time have been extended and wide basin area is the main characteristics for artificial reservoir which the speed of water flow in artificial reservoir is slower than that of natural reservoir. Therefore a lot of sediment has been significantly accumulated. In this study, the accurate topographic data were obtained using echo-sounding system. GPS survey, low-frequency sub-bottom profiler, and high-frequency echo-sounding system were used to compute the exact amount of sediment. Based on the results, DEM(Digital Elevation Model) and DSM(Digital Surface Model) were generated. The GIS system for the management of sediment was created based on topographic data on the riverbed and this system can be efficiently used for the management of sediment which caused the problems of reservoir capacity and water quality.

Online e-commerce management systems are gradually increasing, and transactions are made in various items. However, the reliability between sellers and buyers is very important in high-priced transactions such as automobiles when used transactions online. Nevertheless, in the existing used trading system, a device that prevents fraud or trusts the seller is insufficient. This paper developed a blockchain-based used transaction management system to improve the reliability that occurs during used transactions. We have improved the safety trading system by developing a trading management system for used cars with the highest amount of used cars in various fields. This system uses Ethereum-based smart contract to guarantee reliability without third party intervention. By designing the contracts required for used car trading by utilizing smart contracts, it was possible to reduce the effort and time of trading participants in the existing used car transactions, while enabling safe transactions. In addition, this system mitigated information asymmetry between buyers and sellers, and reduced and prevented brokerage fees in the distribution process without third parties.

This paper surveyed records and archives which the railroad stations in Busan possesses and illustrated the status of them. Also we examined whether records and archives of railroad stations contain the memories of localities or not. We visited 17 railroad stations in Busan and we found that 1) the archives in railroad station are fugitive archives 2) the records or archives are classified into five categories, 'station's history', 'report on station-adjacent area', 'report of drive and transport', 'photos', and 'other materials' 3) the volume of such archives in 17 stations are different because of disposal or missing 4) Each archives in same category have same form. Especially the descriptions and images in 'station's history', 'report on station-adjacent area' represent much to memories of locality, but we also must examine the public records, private records related railroad station in Busan for documenting localities. To bridge the gap we suggest to collect oral records by relevant persons.
