The purpose of this study is to examine if educational programs to intervene with smartphone addiction developed for elementary school students are effective in reducing their smartphone overuse that has been rapidly increasing nowadays. To attain the goal, the study analyzes internet addiction intervention programs previously developed with the cognitive behavior therapy of which effectiveness has been verified in psychotherapy for those showing addiction, and based on that, it develops and applies educational programs to intervene with smartphone addiction. The conclusions the paper has drawn are as follows: First, educational programs to intervene with smartphone addiction are effective in reducing the tendencies of smartphone addiction of those students using smartphones too much for their irrational thinking or habitual behavior. Second, educational programs to intervene with smartphone addiction will facilitate behavioral changes regarding negative factors of smartphone addiction such as maladaptation in everyday life or tolerance and also help the reconstruction of elementary school students' positive cognition on smartphone use.

This paper proposes an expert system based on the pattern recognition method which can enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of real-time bus reconfiguration strategy for the transfer of faulted load when a main transformer fault occurs in the automated substation. The minimum distance classification method is adopted as the pattern recognition method of expert system. The training pattern set is designed MTr by MTr to minimize the searching time for target load pattern which is similar to the real-time load pattern. But the control pattern set, which is required to determine the corresponding bus reconfiguration strategy to these trained load pattern set is designed as one table by considering the efficiency of knowledge base design because its size is small. The training load pattern generator based on load level and the training load pattern generator based on load profile are designed, which are can reduce the size of each training pattern set from max L/sup (m+f)/ to the size of effective level. Here, L is the number of load level, m and f are the number of main transformers and the number of feeders. The one reduces the number of trained load pattern by setting the sawmiller patterns to a same pattern, the other reduces by considering only load pattern while the given period. And control pattern generator based on exhaustive search method with breadth-limit is designed, which generates the corresponding bus reconfiguration strategy to these trained load pattern set. The inference engine of the expert system and the substation database and knowledge base is implemented in MFC function of Visual C++ Finally, the performance and effectiveness of the proposed expert system is verified by comparing the best-first search solution and pattern recognition solution based on diversity event simulations for typical distribution substation.

Recently, Our average life span of korean people is extended and fast-growing an elderly population caused by Being Improved our living conditions and medical science level. Our another problems which being faced by an aging population are that marked psychological and social changes of the aged. The psychological changes of the aged is related to how they make their living and it strong influences on their successful aging process. For health of the aged, there is an urgent need of recreation which can be social activities to void decline their own process of thinking and the executive ability to adapt for controlling health. Therefore, thepurpose of this recreation Courseware program is to help the alienated minorities to achieve the optimal health and best quality of life based on the knowledge of the social-activities and to understand the korean traditional culture plays. Finally, This study could contribute it as a baseline model for the empirical study and to develop further recreation program for the elderly social activities and sufficient for needs of understanding our traditional culture plays.

For engineers in the knowledge-based society of the 21st century, not only the specialty in their major field, but also the capabilities of creative thinking/reading/writing, of communication and of understanding society/business/economy, and the knowledge of specialized liberal arts, like ethics, are required. For the specialized liberal arts knowledge, it is important to have interest in a field, read the relevant literature, and summarize and express thoughts, but in reality, it is difficult to accomplish a higher level of learning outcome within the limited regular curriculum. In this study, an application for smart phones that purports to cultivate the specialized liberal arts knowledge of the students enrolled in the college of engineering was developed and applied to classes. Under this environment, a teacher can interact with teacher's students through the structured knowledge on a real-time basis in any place at any time, and the students can reorganize the knowledge by themselves. In this way, this paper proposed a way of improving the level of specialized liberal arts knowledge in daily life.

The purposes of this study are to look into the changing processes of mathematical beliefs and attitudes of the students and to propose the plans how to manage cooperative learning, what can contribute to cognitive affective domains of mathematics learning in applying STAD-based cooperative loaming to mathematics class. So we, the researchers performed cooperative learning in the fifth grade of elementary school and did the exams of mathematical beliefs and attitudes, interviews, supplementary Questions. And students showed meaningful changes in 'the need of cooperative learning', 'critical thinking', 'the acceptance of thoughts of others'. Meanwhile, there were possibilities what all the members of one group can't recognize their errors in STAD, so we proposed 'Tongsinsa'. And we presented concrete methods how to reconstruct groups and somethings to consider when students are not satisfied with the group activities.

For children with hearing impairment, unlike the children without hearing impairment who can reconstruct their languages through the process of hearing and uttering, the inherent mechanism for language acquisition do not operate due to the loss of hearing ability. Therefore, to help hearing-impaired children develop their language ability, web-based language learning system should be constructed depending on the special qualities which the children possess in language learning process. When the system is being designed, it is necessary that words or expressions describing actions or situations be animated and that active situation-based language learning system be constructed to help them develop their power of observation. Moreover, the system needs to be developed through the use of alternative thinking strategy, antonyms, and contrastive words, and emphasis on facial expressions. This paper presents web-based language learning system which is suitable for hearing-impaired children in the way to reduce the grammatical errors they make and to improve their language learning.

The purpose of this study was I cultivate practical ability to solve diverse and complex issues in the field of convergence and applied learning and practical training element through problem-based learning to preliminary sports leaders. Selected students in grades 3 to 28 Sports Science S university people to them as participants and through a qualitative case study methods, such as group interviews, participant observation, open questionnaire and the following results were obtained. First, the level of satisfaction on class was high and the class was evaluated with significant contemplation. Second, it has been collecting a variety of learning materials to understand, interpret and improve the ability to solve practical problems in the process of actively reconstruct their own knowledge structure. It also gave a positive impact on the creative and divergent thinking to accelerate the promotion of autonomy. Third, opinions about teamwork, sharing your thoughts with colleagues point is that you can see yourself in other people's positions were evaluated as positive effects.

Recently, a great attention has been paid to a car black box device in the automobile markets besides it provides an accident re-construction based on the data which contains audio, video, and some meaningful driving information. Also, it is expected that the device will get to promote around public transit and the market will greatly grow within a few years. Thus, this research conducted of preference the influencing factors in decisions purchase of auto black box. Factors influencing in decisions purchase of black box were divided safety, functionality, differentiation, economics. A questionnaire survey was conducted to those who worked in a black box company. This study suggests practical and theoretical implications of factors influencing purchase decisions based on the results.

This case study analyzed how electronic journal subscription had an effect on special library management including budget, information behavior, library operations, facilities, space et al. in KIST. This study suggests the followings; 1) Since electronic journals has an effect on overall operations of special libraries, draw big pictures not by functions. 2) Though the most method for subscription is consortium, it is necessary to build cooperation network for information sharing and vary cost architecture of information use. 3) Through job analysis, redesign jobs. 4) Reconstruct stacks and facilities. 5) It is necessary paradigm shift that it is more important to use than preserve materials in the special libraries.

The purpose of this study is to present a more effective daily checklist than the formal routine check before the experiment to prevent accidents in the university laboratory. To do this, we reconstructed the current daily checklist and previous research data and conducted a second Delphi survey. As a result, there were four general safeties such as arranging the laboratory, three mechanical safeties such as abnormal condition of machine and tool tightening parts, three electric safeties such as prohibition of loading around the electric distribution panel, six chemical safeties such as handling and managing harmful factors, three items of fire safety such as fire extinguisher inspection, five cases of gas safety gas container inspection, one item of biological safety such as the state of hand sterilizer management and one other item, which were provided in the daily checklist as twenty six categories in total. According to the opinions of related experts, it is necessary to have an easy and simplified daily checklist for actual daily checkups.
