This study is to investigate extensively the negative word-of-mouth responses and intentions of the public library users. It selects and analyzes empirically some of the antecedents of the complaining behaviors including severity of dissatisfaction attitude toward complaining, difficulty of the complaining, likelihood of success, product/service importance, external attributions, loyalty, and former experience of complaining. Final data through questionaries are obtained from 497 unsatisfied adult public library users in Taegu Metropolitan City, 443 of them analysed with SPSS 12.0 for Windows.

Recently there has been interested in the role of emotion in human computer interaction fields. The present study investigated whether the users emotional state effects on information search pattern for decision making in small screen display. In experiment, to induce specific emotional states(positive and negative emotional state), the participants were asked to listen to music and imagine autobiographic events with different emotional impacts. Subsequently, they performed time limit search tasks with three travel information on small screen display and their search patterns were recorded on real time. The results indicated that a positive emotional state caused more wide and fast Information search pattern in comparison with neutral and negative emotional state. And neutral and negative emotional state caused more cognitive resource to details in comparison with positive emotional state.

In previous studies, stress in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) work environment was focused on lowering work performance by negatively affecting the emotions of organizational members. In the current corona pandemic era, as the ratio of organizational members working from home in a smart environment increases, the need for research on the effects of positive and negative stress on work performance is being raised. Accordingly, by applying the Affective Event Theory to the emotional effects of stress on employees' emotional responses, the effects on work performance were analyzed by dividing them into positive and negative emotions. Also, the effect of smart work on work performance was analyzed. This survey was commissioned by a research company and analyzed using Smart PLS 3.0 tool. Therefore, based on the research results, it was suggested that stress does not only negatively affect the emotions of employees, but that the challenge stress that appears in the mind to achieve a goal induces positive emotions in the employees' emotions and helps to improve work performance.

The Purpose of This Study is to Investigate Consumers' Negative WOMs due to the Crisis Response Strategy that Companies Perform in Crisis Situations due to the Failure of New Products. To do This, the Crisis Scenarios and Response Strategies were Manipulated Using a Virtual Laptop Company, and then an Experiment was Performed. The Results of This Experimental Design are as Follows. First, According to The Response Type Strategies, It is Found that Apologizing rather than Denying for the Crisis Response Mitigates the Negative WOMs more. Second, It is Found that the Companies that have Engaged in Cause-Related Marketing Activities before the Crisis Caused by New Product Failure Mitigate Consumers' Negative WOMs more than those which have not. Third, It is Shown that the Message Strategy of the Firm does not Affect Consumers' Negative WOMs. Fourth, the Interaction between the Response Type Strategy and the Cause-Related Marketing Activities are Found to Exist, but the Interaction Between The Response Type Strategy and the Message Strategy does not Appear.

넷북은 크기, 무게, 가격의 이점으로 한 때 시장에서 강력한 하이테크 기기로 인정받은 적이 있다. 그렇지만 제품 자체가 가지는 한계점을 극복하지 못하고 시장에서 도태되고 있다. 본 연구는 넷북 사용자들을 대상으로 사용의도에 부정적으로 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하여 제품의 시장실패 요인을 찾고자 하였다. 실증연구결과, 사용자들의 입장에서 일반적으로 부정적 요인으로 간주된 사용 비용, 사용 노력, 관련 기기 부족은 제품의 가치를 부정적으로 지각하는데 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 다만, 소유자들이 제품에 대해 갖고 있는 불신은 제품의 부정적 가치를 지각하는데 유의하게 영향을 미쳤고, 제품의 부정적 지각은 사용의도에 부정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷북과 같은 하이테크 제품의 공급자는 소비자와 신뢰형성이 시장에서의 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있으므로, 경영전략의 수립 및 실행에 이를 적극적으로 반영할 필요가 있다.

본 논문에서는 스마트교육에 대한 초등교사들의 인식이 어떠한지 알고, 그렇게 나타나는 이유에 대해 분석한다. 그 결과 초등교사들은 스마트교육의 도입 필요성에는 크게 공감하며 긍정적인 인식 가지고 있으나, 본래 스마트교육의 개념 및 목표, 방법과는 다른 형태로 오개념을 형성하면서, 시범적용을 거친 스마트교육의 전면시행에 부정적인 견해를 보였다. 스마트교육에 대한 부정적 인식이 생성된 이유는 정책하달식 교육체계, 실제적용의 부작용, 신 도입교육의 전례, 교육철학의 부족, 잘못된 연수방향 등으로 해석된다. 전면시행될 스마트교육의 본래 목표 달성을 위해 교사들의 부정적 인식을 개선할 필요가 있다. 따라서 하드웨어 보다 소프트웨어적인 투자가 우선시되어야 하며, 교육참여자의 의견이 적극 반영되는 정책 수립 및 실행이 필요하다.

본 연구에서는 코로나19 관련 연구논문의 연구주제를 탐색하고 동향을 검토하고 있다. 또한 감성분석을 통해 부정적인 어조가 강한 경고가 되는 주제들을 알아본다. 잠재 디리슐레 할당(LDA)를 이용하여 총 8개의 토픽을 발견하 였고, 이를 구조적 토픽 모델링(STM)과 비교하여 비교적 안정적인 결과임을 확인하였다. 또한 k-means 군집 알고리즘을 통해 각 토픽별로 세부 연구주제를 발견하였고 주성분 분석을 이용하여 이를 시각적으로 표현하였다. 감성분석을 통해 각 토픽별 긍정적, 부정적인 단어들을 살펴보고 감성점수를 계산하여 연구논문의 주된 어조를 파악하였는데, 특히 생물 의학 관련, 국제적 역학관계, 심리적 영향과 관련된 연구에서 부정적인 어조가 강한 것으로 나타나 해당 부문에 대해서 주의와 관심이 요구된다. 향후 연구자들이 연구의 방향성을 탐색하고 정책결정자들이 연구지원 사업을 결정하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study applies the concepts of sociotechnical theory and role theory in order to verify the effects of stress (that is, technostress) created from information and computer technology (ICT) concerning role stress and performance. We suggest diverse perspectives concerning the elements leading to technostress along with the stress-creating process of ICT among organizational members. The following four major hypotheses are proposed: (1) Technostress is positively related to role stress (e.g., conflict and overload of roles), adverse psychological outcomes, and adverse IS use related outcomes, (2) Role conflict is positively related to adverse psychological outcomes and adverse IS use related outcomes, (3) Role overload is positively related to adverse psychological outcomes and adverse IS use related outcomes, and (4) Innovation support will play as a moderator between technostress, roles tress, adverse psychological outcomes and adverse IS use related outcomes. A partial least square (PLS) with data gathered data from ICT users of organizations was used to verify the proposed hypotheses. The results supported our claims excluding the hypothesis associated to the relationship between technostress and role stress. We suggest a theoretical implication based on the verification of technostress related to the current concept of stress experienced by individuals within organizations. We also propose that a practical implication concerning the opposite effect of technostress, can be utilized as a method of reducing role stress, and suggests a diagnostic tool for assessing the degree of technostress within organizations.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how abusive supervision influences on security policy compliance in their work place and find moderation effects of organizational justice. The results is that abusive supervision decreases employees' affective commitment or social bond to their organizations. And it negatively affect employees' behavioral intent to comply with security policies. Organizational justice acts to attenuate the negative relationship between the stress from abusive supervision and willingness to comply with the security policy. Especially, distributive justice has a significant effect on decreasing the negative relationship.

This study conducted YouTube network analysis on YouTube video related with prevention of COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccine to explores how government's policy is spread via social media in the condition of COVID-19. As a result of network analysis on the Mask chaos, A surge in confirmed cases, supply of vaccine, the influence of media like YTN and KBS is large, their view count is high. Government highlights to inform correct information actively to face negative massage and misinformation. The media has to fact check on the misinformation and disinformation.
