HALS (Hypermidia Aided Learning System) is very useful computer networking educational system in knowledge-driven society, and has been developed by Kyungwon University. This system has three characteristics; 1) face-to-face learning, 2) ultra high-speed information networking, 3) web-based hypermedia courseware. So, the purpose of this paper is to introduce the application to engineering educational program (electrical engineering: electric power system, control system). For this purpose it is described the definition and characteristics of HALS. Next, it is represented the model of electrical engineering educational program applied to HALS and the developed courseware.

The purposes of this article are to raise the quality issues of Korean academic library collections and explore the feasible solutions to resolve the quality problems. To the end a thorough examination on the quality of Korean academic library collections is at the first hand carried out, and then followed is a careful investigation on the various causes of 'surprisingly low quality' of Korean academic library collections. Finally discussed is the solutions to improve the low quality of library collections at both national and individual academic library level. Discussions on this article are based on the sample data with 10 major academic libraries in South Korea.

The subjects of this study were municipal citizens of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province and selected 250 members of the sports clubs as members. The sampling method for the data was used with simple ramdom sampling method, self-administration method. After questionnaire was distributed and retrieved, a total of 200 questionnaires were analyzed except for 50 items which were judged to be lack of credibility (double entry, no entry, insufficient data). For the data analysis, frequency analysis, ${\chi}^2$, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and one-way ANOVA were conducted in this study. First, there was no significant difference in life satisfaction among the participants. However, there was a significant difference in leisure satisfaction according to age. Second, there was a statistically significant difference in the life satisfaction of the athletes according to educational background, and there was a statistically significant difference in leisure satisfaction according to educational background.

In this paper, we introduce the history and the present status of the Mathematics Genealogy Project (MGP). The cases of David Hilbert and the first author were used to show how it works. As an example, we explain how to gain useful information such as the granting year of mathematics Ph. D degree holders, the title of dissertation, advisors and descendants from the MGP website. Through a survey of three different groups in MGP on 20~30 significant Korean mathematicians, we found that Korean records in the academic genealogy project are missing or poorly presented in the database of the MGP website. In conclusion, we found a way to improve the situation and provide instructions to submit our information to MGP. We expect our effort can help Korean mathematics and mathematicians to become better exposed to the world. It will help others to understand both the modern history and the future prospect of Korean mathematics.

The certification for Smart Factory supoort successful management of organization while providing strategic plans to the issue of manufacturing process. In Korea, these standards are prepared as the national standards since 2015, and also, there are actions being taken to adpot the certification for Smart Factory. However, to adopt such certification, it is required that the certification operation system needs to be organized, as well as that the society in general should understand about Smart Factory. Accordingly, it is even more required an review on the adoption of the system. This study has the purpose in surveying a variety of atakeholders' perception for the adoption of Smart Factory certification given the circumstance that the cetitification is implemented through literature review and in-depth interviews. This study will be provide significant implication to build a successful plan for the adoption of Smart Factory certification by reviewing perception of professional and problem, strategy of this certification.

오늘날 우리 사회는 물산업의 성장성을 높이 평가, 국내 물산업 육성이 경제발전을 위하여 중요하다고 말한다. 따라서 정부는 정부대로, 기업은 기업대로 시장의 육성 및 선점을 위하여 많은 노력을 경주하고 있다. 특히 최근에는 국내 물시장의 성장 한계성을 이유로 해외 물시장 진출의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 하지만 우리사회는 정작 해외 시장 진출을 위해 무엇보다 중요한 부문인 시장에 대한 정보 탐색에는 노력이 미흡한 실정이다. 즉 해외 물시장 진출의 중요성을 강조하고는 있지만, 어느 시장을 목표시장으로 선정해야 하는지, 무엇이 우리의 강점인지, 무엇을 고객에게 줄 것인지 등에 대한 탐색이 미흡함에 따라, 해외 물시장 진출에 대한 속 시원한 해법을 제시하는 이는 많지 않다. 이에 본 논고는 물시장의 성장 가능성이 높을 것이라고 알려진 아시아 시장의 여러 국가 가운데 국내 시장에도 잘 알려져 있지 않은 말레이시아 시장을 중심으로 정부 정책, 시장 환경, 현지 기술력 등에 관하여 살펴보고, 이를 기초로 시장으로서의 기회와 위험, 그리고 국내 기업의 강점과 약점을 살펴보았다. 분석결과로서 기회와 위험, 강점과 약점을 약술하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 기회의 관점에서 말레이시아는 치수사업, 수도사업, 환경정화사업 등 물산업 인프라가 여전히 취약한 점에서 국내 물기업에게 시장으로서의 기회를 제공하고 있다. 둘째, 외국계 기업에 대한 정부의 규제, 부실한 수도 재정 및 낮은 요금 등은 외국계 기업에 게 있어 위험 요인이 된다. 셋째, 높은 기술력을 이용하여 성공적으로 물 인프라를 구축 운영함으로써 선진국 수준의 물안정성 및 안전성을 확보하고, 4대강살리기 사업과 같은 대규모 프로젝트를 통해 녹색성장 모델을 구축함은 국내 물기업의 큰 강점이다. 넷째, 국내 기업에 대한 현지 시장의 낮은 인지도는 약점 요인이 된다. 현지 이해 관계자의 말에 따르면 "한국계 기업은 보유하고 있는 기술력에 비해 '기업' 및 '보유기술'에 대한 홍보가 부족하다"라고 지적한다. 결과적으로 국내 물기업이 현지 시장에 성공적으로 진출하기 위해서는 무엇보다 국내 기업에 대한 그리고 국내 기술력에 대한 적극적인 홍보가 필요할 것이다.

Turnkey project, also called Design-Build project, has been expanding and diversifying its business into the Korean market. However, it has been experiencing numerous difficulties due to a large number of change orders on the public turnkey project. Change order during the construction phase impact on time deliveries, budget and quality on a turnkey project. In preparation for this, the government has to improve the awarding procedure and general conditions for turnkey projects. Contractors should also cooperate with their co-working partners and establish a standardized procedure, which provides change order control for efficient implementation on the construction site.

Ground water development skill growth and life circumstances improvement increase ground water use. So managerial difficulties and various problems about ground water occur. Poor ground water management organization, lack of management person, thoughtless development add ground water pollution and lack of water volume. And local excessive developments or abandoned well occur. This paper presents ground water management system model making use of GIS and helps effective management by realizing necessary analysis functions in ground water management system and ground management methods. Local information of ground water recorded and development data, site examination data made D/B. And linearment analysis data making use of a satellite image data, hydraulic test data, the quality of water examination data, these local characteristic values made out thematic maps and making use of these data can form elementary data of ground water modeling It makes easy to understand environmental development conditions and pollution source conditions about new ground water development location, linearment growth, DRASTIC, the quality of water examination. Ground water management system making use of these functions can choose right location of ground water.

This paper aims to evaluate the Industrial Complex Campus Program and to provide policy recommendations for promoting effectiveness of industrial complex campuses through the in-depth case study on the Changwon Industrial Complex Campus Program. The survey shows that the program contributes to not only strengthening the R&D capacities of SMEs within the cluster, but also promoting the interactions between local companies and local universities. But it claims that the industrial complex campus program reveals some limitations to supporting effectively local enterprises. First, It is necessary to maintain regional balance in terms of the sites of the implementation of the program. Second, the policy management plan and the monitoring system of the program should be established for the purpose of the self-reliance of industrial complex campuses, regardless of the government financial support.

This study is concerned with the introduction and operation of smart factories. In order to accomplish the purpose of research, we made a standard system of smart factory and investigated the recognition system. This study was conducted as a grounded theory methodology among qualitative research methodologies. The results of the study are the necessity of a tool to appropriately evaluate the new manufacturing process management system and related management activities to achieve the successful introduction of smart factories and the management performance of the organization. In order to successfully implement the Smart Factory Certification System, it is necessary to establish a certification organization system, enact relevant laws and amendments, operate government-led pilot projects, train professional workers, and establish incentive policies.
