The safety of SOC facilities is constantly under threat by the globally increasing abnormal climate. Responding to disasters requires prompt decision-making such as suggesting evacuation paths. For doing so, spatio-temporal information with convergence of disaster information and SOC facility information must be utilized. Such information is being collected separately by the government or related organizations, but not collectively. The collective control of the separately collected disaster information and the generation of SOC facility safety and damage information are required for prompt disaster response. Also, as disaster information requires spatio-temporal convergence in its nature, the construction of an inventory that integrates related information and assists disaster response decision-making is required. A plan to construct a facility importance, risk, and damage estimation inventory for assisting prompt disaster response decision-making is suggested in this study. Through this study, the disaster and SOC facility-related data, which are being managed separately, can be collected and standardized. The integrated information required for the estimation of facility importance, risk, and damage can be provided. The suggested system is expected to be used as a decision-making tool for proactive disaster response.

This study is to seek measures for streamlining the evaluation system by analyzing the examples of advanced countries. This study was conducted, based on the relevant government policy documents and previous research papers, in the manner of comparing and analyzing the issues and cases regarding the government evaluation system of public-funded R&D programs in selected countries. In Korea, a national R&D performance evaluation system was introduced by law in 2006. In United States, Obama government has enhanced government performance management by signed into law the GPRA Modernezation Act of 2010. The Japanese Government issued a newly revised Guideline on National R&D Evaluation in late 2012. European Union has also been constantly updating its evaluation system for Framework Programmes(FPs) begun since 1984. This study gets some insights from the recent development of R&D evaluation in the other countries. It is important for the government R&D evaluation system to be in line with national S&T policy and agency's mission. In micro views, specific evaluation approaches and methods by types of various R&D programs should be more illustratively developed. Additionally it is suggested to monitor recent trends and techniques on R&D evaluation by participating in activities to communicate and share their knowledge and experiences in international evaluation research networks.

This study was conducted in order to examine the quantity of health and medical statistics survey in Medical Records Offices which was required by outside institutions and whether it is profitable for the hospitals or not. The thirteen outside institutions required health and medical statistics of the 24 types of the survey to Medical Records Offices. 16.7% of health and medical statistics of the survey was paid to medical records offices such as the National Cancer Registration Survey, Patient Survey, Tuberculosis Patient Survey, and Hospital Discharge Patients Injury Survey. Medical Records Offices' total length of time for the health and medical statistics survey was over 200 hours per year like the National Cancer Registration Survey, Healthcare Accreditation System and Hospital Discharge Patients Injury Survey. The Medical Record Administrators in the hospitals with fewer than 500 beds work full time from 1 to 3. It is indicated in the study that it is necessary to improve the health and medical statistics survey system in Medical Records Offices required by the outside institutions and to employ additional Medical Record Administrator for more accurate Health and Medical Statistics Survey.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan for which Medical Record Technician, who has main task as efficient creation and management of medical information, is changed successfully to health information manager in IT-based medical environment. According to this research objective, it carried out an analysis on future model(To-be) for being changed into health information manger in addition to analysis of the current situation for task as medical record technician. The subject materials of analyzing the present status included 1) state-exam subjects for medical record technician 2) qualification examination subjects for health information manger 3) analytical data of the current task for domestically medical record technicians 4) symposiums and educational topics for the recent 3 years in Korean Medical Record Association. Future-model(To-be) data included 'HIM Professional Roles in E-HIM (R)' suggested by AHIMA(American Health Information Management Association). Through a comparative analysis of these materials, a role of being needed currently medical record technicians' new entry was analyzed to be Business change manager, IT training specialist, Consumer advocate, Clinical alerts and reminders manager, and Enterprise application specialist.

The Social Economy including social enterprise is solving various social problems of our society by innovative business Nevertheless, social economic companies have limited investment ingrowth due to insufficient capital. There are various attempts to solve the limit of capital investment by social finance. Social iImpact bonds that introduced performance-based compensation into financial system is recognized as a new means of procuring that capital lacks. 89 social impact bonds were issued in 19 countries around the world. )f the 22 social impact bonds reporting performance, 21 bonds report positive performance. The twelve bonds paid incentives to investors. It can be said that the government provides incentives to review the issuance of social impact bonds at the government level, which is difficult to expand the social welfare budget. This study confirmed the performance of the social impact bonds and confirmed the possibility of introducing it in korea. There is a limit to continuously increasing the government's social expenditure to meet demand. Therefore, in order to support the growth of social economy based on private investment, the issuing of social impact bonds should create a virtuous circle of social financial market.

This study is to measure traveling experience of bike riders whom going long distance trip. Bike paths and bike riding are crucial element for modern people's life style. At the same time, a bicycle trail is being developed by the National Bicycled-Oriented Chair Plan, which was established in 2009 by the National Bike Policy Master Plan. 13 million bike riders in Korea is keep on trying the long distance bike trip and its number is increasing every year. Accordingly, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security decides to promote the convenience of riders by developing bicycle app for long distance rider. The study attempted to assess usability of this app with 39 bike applications whom currently using the bike application. Afterwards, the researchers tests 11 hypotheses through in-depth interviews of six activated members. In sum, Bicycle travelers should be provided with bike trail guidance based on theme section skill, provided in-time speed distance related information, communicated with other bike riders, given tips for bike supplies and maintenance, and provided English language service. The study hopes to help find a customized service for bike travelers.

Most banks in Myanmar have begun to provide their services via mobile phones. However, few studies investigated the factors that may help to set mobile services from a customer perspective. So, this study aims to propose and test a conceptual research model to predict the user's intention to use and actual use level of mobile banking service by combining UTAUT and DeLone-Mclean IS model. Data were collected from 206 citizens who had experienced mobile banking in various regions of Myanmar. The study found that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, information quality and service quality influence the user 's intention to adopt mobile banking services which directly affects the user's actual use of them. However, social influence, facilitating condition and system quality don't influence the user's intention. The study results contribute to meeting customer's needs and reducing customer risk in Myanmar's mobile banking industry, suggesting to seamlessly provide the necessary resources like technology improvements, organizational infrastructure and service centers. Another future study are required to include service's security and trust factors so that the service providers could gain their customers' reliability and trust.

With an increase in urban crimes in various forms, this study is intended to analyze the effectiveness of the service design that presented a new model resolving crime risks through differentiated thinking paradigm and problem approaches. The empirical case addressed in this study is 'the project to create resident-driven safe community in Duryu-dong, Dalseo-gu, Deagu though service design'. This project is evaluated as having prepared a prevention-oriented local safety system through a preemptive and resident-centered process. The project was promoted as a 'natural monitoring capacity building program' for residents to prevent local crimes, a 'social role expansion program' for local safety, and 'crime prevention environment design', which provides comprehensive solutions for residents' safety. Here, designers act as exerts in designing a task-based platform that can be driven by residents rather than a visual environment improver, and reorganizing the local ecosystem by expanding the opportunities for residents to interact. This case identifies the role of service design as binding the solidarity of local residents beyond the improvement of the crime environment and giving them the potential capacity to maintain a safe living space in relation to a safety issues of community.

This study attempted to derive the sub-factors for the perception of cosmetology education affecting satisfaction of students with the cosmetology education and analyze their effects on career choice through a questionnaire survey against a total of a total of 120 people who had taken the cyber university cosmology lecture previously. For cosmetology education perception factors, four predictive variables (educational environment, operating system, curriculum and lecture management) and one variable regarding educational satisfaction were derived and used as analysis tools. The purpose of education by academic major was the acquisition of license and theory & practice education in hairdressing and skin care, respectively. Students showed more interest in hairdressing lectures as they had little work experience and in skin care lectures when they had extensive work experience (p<0.01). Correlation was found between the four education perception-related sub-regions and satisfaction with education (p<0.01). In particular, curriculum and lecture management had a positive effect on satisfaction with education with statistical significance. As the perception of lectures increased, students were more satisfied with cosmetology education (p<0.001). In addition, academia-industry cooperation, career analysis, cosmetology lectures and school had influence on career choice. This study found several issues such as difficult curriculum and poor communication, and it appears that it is necessary to develop a better communication plan and new educational lectures by career and stage.

The opening of public data has been perceived as a critical factor in deciding a country's rise or fall. Since the global economic crisis, countries around the globe have expanded the supply of public data as a new growth engine to create significant economic effects. As a result, there has been a rising demand for a study on the influence of public data in the private sectors. This study attempted to achieve the following objectives. First, the effects of independent variables-system quality, information quality, information security, social influence, innovation and assistance by the public organization- on the intention to use the public data was examined. Second, the effects of the mediating variables - Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU) - on the independent variables and intention to use (dependent variable) were investigated. Third, after selecting utilization type, frequency of public data usage and frequency of occupational & e-government service usage as moderating variables, their effects on the relationship between the independent variables and dependent variable (intention to use them in the private sector) were studied. It is expected that the study results would be useful in developing strategies aimed to utilize public data in the private sectors.
