A Study on the Handling of 'Compound Particles' in the Teaching of Korean Particle Combination (한국어 조사 결합 교육에서의 복합조사 처리에 대한 고찰)

  • This research examined compound particles, which have not been properly addressed in existing studies on particle combination education, from the perspective of Korean language education as a second language. First, existing research was examined with the understanding of the issue that there is a lack of discussion in existing studies on the education method of either including the compound particle in particle combination or excluding it all together. In the next chapter, an examination was made on the concept and usage of terminology for compound particles in the field of Korean linguistics. Following a summary of this information, a review was made on the list of compound particles established in Korean linguistics. Thus, seven compound particles were identified for Korean language education considering discriminant standard and educational effectiveness from the perspective of Korean language education. The researcher proposes that the compound particle should be taught as an extension of particle combination education and that its concept should be clearly outlined as a direction for future education.

Stability Evaluation of Cut Slope in Forest Roads by Forest Environment Factors (산림환경인자에 의한 임도 절토비탈면의 안정성 평가)

  • The purpose of this study was evaluate to the stability on cut slope of forest roads by forest environmental factors. The total of 19 environmental factors on cut slope of forest roads were investigated in about 42.74km constructed during 1987 to 1993 in Gyeongnam and Jeonnam province. The evaluation of slope stability in forest roads were conducted by the discriment analysis. The main factors influencing the stability of cut slope were significant in order of coverage, soil hardness, degree of slope, altitude, silt loam, convex(凸) and compound(凹凸). The centroids value of discriminant function in the stability and unstability area estimated to -1.194 and 1.127, respectively. The boundary value between two groups related to slope stability was -0.072. The prediction rate of discriminant function for stability evaluation of was as high as 90.4%.

Identification of Bulgogi Sauce Added with Low Quantity of Electron Beam-Irradiated Garlic Powders by Thermoluminescence Analysis: An Inter-Laboratory Study (전자선 조사 처리한 마늘분말 첨가 불고기소스의 혼합비와 살균처리에 따른 열발광 판별특성: 실험실 교차 검증시험)

  • Bulgogi sauces containing electron beam-irradiated garlic powder (1%, 3%, and 5%) were used to compare their irradiation status before and after pasteurization ($85^{\circ}C$, 30 min), using a thermoluminescence (TL) analysis by two different laboratories. The sauces with non-irradiated ingredient only provided a background TL glow curve with a maximum peak after $300^{\circ}C$. However, the presence of irradiated ingredient (1 and 10 kGy) was evident through the typical TL glow curves in a temperature range of 150 to $250^{\circ}C$. The concentration of irradiated ingredients showed a greater impact on identification characteristics than their radiation doses. TL ratios ($TL_1/TL_2$) were not able to confirm the results showing evidence of irradiation through the TL glow curve shapes. Pasteurization showed a negligible effect on the key identification parameters and did not change the shape or temperature range of radiation-specific TL glow peak, but reduced TL glow curve intensity. TL glow curve shape with the maximum peak in a temperature range of $150{\sim}250^{\circ}C$ was the most useful characteristic providing information required for confirming the irradiation status.

Factors related to the pros and cons of 'Jol-hon' of workers : the application of discriminant analysis (직장인의 '졸혼' 찬반 관련 요인 : 판별분석의 적용)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting the pros and cons of 'Jol-hon' among workers. For this purpose, 288 workers were surveyed in Chungnam area. The main result are as follows. First, there were positively significant correlation among a hope, growth mindset, and organizational communication. Second, according to the discrimination analysis, the lower the age, the unmarried, the lower the hope, and the lower the organizational communication, the more favorable the 'Jol-hon'. In the case of married persons, there was no difference between the groups favoring and rejecting 'Jol-hon'. In the case of unmarried people, the lower the organizational communication, the more favorable the 'Jol-hon'. Finally, this study will present the theoretical basis for studying 'Jol-hon' in the future and suggest the policy implications to solve middle and senior couple problems.

Shared Value Expectation on Lifelong Education (평생교육에 대한 공유기대가치 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm the components of users' shared value expectation(SVE) on lifelong education through convergent approaches. After reviewing primary data and collecting secondary data with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, the components of users' SVE on lifelong education were categorized into 10 perspectives, 27 measured variables, and 81 questions. After conducting a confirmatory factor analysis, the latent measurement model was confirmed as reasonable. Internal reliability, construct convergent discriminant validity were also confirmed as reasonable. In a viewpoint that builds interdisciplinary theory, this research may help grasp users' SVE on lifelong education with interdisciplinary approaches. In a strategic viewpoint, this study may contribute to both understanding categorized users' value expectation and planning/executing suitable programs that can meet the expectations. In a managerial viewpoint, this result may help measure the effectiveness of SVE on lifelong education quantitatively.

Revalidation of the Complex Trial Protocol using participant-oriented countermeasures (설문 기반 대응방안을 사용한 복합시행 프로토콜의 재평가)

  • Traditional deception detection methods had examined the difference of one's autonomic physiological responses through asking crime-related and crime-unrelated questions. There has been a continuing controversy regarding the accuracy and validity of the test, and thus, many researchers were motivated to explore and develop alternative efficient methods of detection in which one of them is known as P300-based Complex Trial Protocol (CTP). The P300-based CTP detects deception through comparing the P300 amplitudes between probe and irrelevant stimuli and is known as a counterstrategy of countermeasures. However, many previous studies have used countermeasures created from Rosenfeld et al.'s work (2008). The present study initially conducted a survey asking open-ended questions about the countermeasure use to acquire participant-oriented countermeasures for the main experiment. Then, the study aimed to evaluate whether the CTP can accurately detect deception even in the use of survey-based countermeasures. We firstly selected a set of participant-oriented countermeasures through survey questions. Then, a total of 50 participants were divided into three groups (innocent, guilty, and countermeasures) and performed the CTP. Those assigned to the countermeasures group covertly performed mental countermeasures during the CTP. The results of P300 amplitude analysis revealed that the guilty group's P300 amplitude of probe stimuli was significantly larger than that of irrelevant stimuli. Countermeasures group also had a significantly larger P300 amplitude for probe stimuli compared to irrelevant stimuli, even in the use of countermeasures. The results of bootstrapped amplitude difference (BAD) showed a detection accuracy rate of 81.25%, 82.35%, 82.35% for the innocent, guilty, and countermeasures groups, respectively. These findings demonstrate that the CTP can obtain a high detection rate in participant-oriented countermeasures and suggest the potential use of the CTP in the field.

Development of technique to detect weeds in paddy field using spectrophotometric analysis (분광특성 분석에 의한 논 잡초 검출법 개발)

  • 본 연구는 수도작에서 토양과 식물체의 분광반사특성과 영상처리를 이용한 기계시각 잡초검출 센서를 개발하기 위한 기초연구로서 분류하고자 하는 대상체들의 분광반사율을 조사하여 주요한 파장을 선정하고 선정된 파장을 이용한 판별분석을 통해 각 대상체에 대한 분류 정확도를 중심으로 잡초검출 가능성을 조사하기 위하여 수행하였으며, 실험으로부터 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 토양과 식물체를 구분하는데 효과적인 파장은 마른 토양의 경우 680 nm, 배수 토양에 있어서는 810 nm로 선정하였고, 토양을 배제한 후 벼와 잡초를 구분하기에 효과적인 파장은 580, 680 nm로 선정하였다. 2. 토양과 식물체를 구분하기 위한 판별분석 결과 2가지 토양상태 모두 식물체와 완전히 구분 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 벼와 잡초를 구분하기 위한 실험에서, 벼는 98%의 분류정확도로 구분이 가능하였고, 잡초는 83%의 분류정확도로 구분이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 차후 분광학적 원리를 이용한 센서를 제작할 때 본 연구에서 선택한 주요 파장과 판별함수를 이용하여 장치를 구성하고 알고리즘을 제작한다면 벼, 잡초, 토양을 효과적으로 구분이 가능할 것으로 판단되었다. 3. 컬러 CCD 카메라를 사용하는 경우에 있어 식물체와 토양을 구분하기 위해 3 종의 파장 중 630 nm 파장만의 이용을 고려하여 그 분류성능을 분석한 결과, 식물체와 토양은 소수의 관측치를 제외하고 완전히 구분이 가능했고, 벼와 잡초를 구분한 결과에서는 비교적 높은 분류능력을 가진 것으로 나타나 차후 컬러 CCD 카메라를 이용하여 장치를 구성하는데 좋은 기초가 될 것으로 판단된다. 배양체의 접종작업은 모든 배양실이 인력에 의존하였으며, 배양체를 배지와 분리하여 불필요한 부분을 제거하고 배양작물에 따라 생육정도를 2~3등급으로 구분하여 배양용기의 배지 위에 치상하는 과정으로 수행되었으며, 작업능률은 호접란의 경우 배양병에 25본을 접종하는데 시간당 6병, 심비디움은 원형 플라스크에 25본을 접종하는데 시간당 10병 정도였다. 바. 식물체의 대량증식에 사용되는 플라스크, 배양병, PE용기 등 배양용기의 세척작업은 농원의 1개배양실에서 간이식 세척기, 이 외의 9개배양실은 모두 물에 담겨 두었다가 세제와 브러쉬 등을 사용하여 인력으로 세척하고 있어 생력화 기술개발이 요구되었다.도가 빠를수록 건조속도가 빨라졌으며, 건조에너지도 1,334kcal/kg.water로 비슷하게 소요되었다. 마. 시험구와 대비구의 건감률은 시험구에서 1.08~1.36w.b./h로 나타나 대비구보다 약 9.9~18.3%가 높게 나타났고, 건조에너지는 10.2~14.6%가 절감되었다. 발아율은 열풍온도가 낮을수록 높게 나타났고 시험구가 대비구보다 발아율이 낮게 나타났으며, 동할률 증가량도 원적외선.열풍 복합건조방법이 높게 나타나 이것은 곡물 표면에 원적외선 방사에의한 복사열이 전달되어 열장해를 받았기 때문으로 판단되며, 금후 더 연구하여 적정 열풍온도 및 방사체 크기를 구명해야 할 것이다.으로 보여진다 따라서 옻나무 유래 F는 포유동물의 생식기능에 중요하게 작용하는 것으로 사료된다.된다.정량 분석한 결과이다. 시편의 조성은 33.6 at% U, 66.4 at% O의 결과를 얻었다. 산화물 핵연료의 표면 관찰 및 정량 분석 시험시 시편 표면을

Identification of fungal races that cause powdery mildew in melon (Cucumis melo L.) and selection of resistant commercial melon cultivars against the identified races in Korea (국내 멜론 흰가루병균의 race 동정 및 시판품종의 흰가루병 저항성 판별)

  • Powdery mildew is an important disease of the melon (Cucumis melo L.). Seven isolates of powdery mildew fungi were collected from five locations in Korea; Anseong (DH487), Icheon (BN103, BN625, BN968), Yeongam (YA141), Changnyeong (CN582), and Suncheon (SN102). All 7 fungi had a similar trend of conidial chain and conidiophore development as Podosphaera xanthii with fibrosin bodies in mature conidia. Among them, 2 isolates of powdery mildew fungi; CN582 and SN102 showed similar responses to resistance against powdery mildew as the previously reported race 1 and race N2. The isolates YA141 and BN103 showed similar responses as like as race A. However, three isolates of powdery mildew fungi (BN625, BN968, and DH487) showed different responses compared to the previously reported races (1, N1, N2, A, S, and 5). Therefore, these three isolates could be designated as new races in melon. Nine out of 15 commercial melon cultivars in Korea showed resistance to race 1 (CN582). However, the new race BN968 invaded all 15 cultivars. Results of the two molecular markers were consistent in response to disease development by race 1 of Podosphaera xanthii in case of the above mentioned cultivars. This study confirmed the presence of new melon powdery mildew fungi in Korea which are similarly notorious as like as the previously reported race 1. Therefore, breeders can use these two molecular markers for breeding melon in Korea that is resistant to race 1 and as well as to some other races.

  • Now, plastic surgery has become the industry for beauty. In order to know the characteristics of high-visit web sites that many people have visited, 33 high visit websites of plastic surgery were compared to 60 benchmark sites of same industry. We selected 34 web site attributes that can be measured objectively from existing studies. For analysis, Multiple Discriminant Analysis(MDA) is conducted for searching what attributes divide two group definitely. The result of this study shows the dividing attributes fall into 2 categories like 'Community', 'Up to date'. Thus, we are able to conclude that high-visit plastic surgery web sites are community-centric site but not contents-centric and are maintained with tide up to date. The methodology employed in this study provides an efficient way of improving satisfaction of visitors of plastic surgery website.

  • The satellite system experiences severe mechanical loads during the launch period. Therefore, the positive margin of safety of the satellite system must be demonstrated for every possible mechanical loading conditions during the launch period. This paper presents modal and stress analysis results due to quasi-static loads for the satellite antenna system. The failure tendency fur the sandwich construction of the satellite antenna system has been studied with various lamination angles of unidirectional prepreg.
