Incident management is significant far the traffic management systems. The management of incidents determines the smoothness of freeway operations. The dynamic nature of incidents and the uncertainty associated with them require solutions based on the incident operator's judgment. Fuzz systems attempt to adapt such human expertise and are designed to replicate the decision making capability of on operator. Fuzzy systems process complex traffic information, and transmit it in a simplified, understandable form to human traffic operators. In this study, fuzzy rules were developed based on data from real incidents on Santa Monica Freeway in LosAngeles. The fuzzy rules ail linguistic based, and hence, user-friendly. A comparison of the results from the linguistic model with the real incident durations indicate that the outputs from the model reliably correspond to real incident durations conditions. The model reliably predicts the freeway incident duration. The modes can thus be used as an effective management tool for freeway incident response systems. The approach could be applied to other problems regarding dispatch systems in transportation.

LNG복합발전은 수요지 인근에 건설이 가능한 장점이 있어 수도권 인근 발전소 중 상당한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 이러한 LNG 복합발전은 수도권 부하비율 감소에 따라 발전량이 줄어들게 된다. 2018년 계통데이터를 기반으로 수도권의 부하수준이 70%까지 떨어졌을 때, 거의 모든 수도권 복합발전이 정지함을 확인할 수 있다. 이 때, 신가평과 강원을 잇는 765kV급 융통선로의 2회선 상정사고 발생 시 수도권 무효전력 공급원이 줄어들어 전압이 불안정해진다. 이와 같은 상정사고를 대비해 수도권 복합발전 중 일부는 제약운전을 시행해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 제약운전을 하는 수도권 LNG복합발전의 발전량을 대체할 수 있는 대안으로 적절한 위치에 FACTS설비를 투입하고자 한다. FACTS설비를 효율적으로 운전시키기 위해 LNG복합발전의 발전량 감소에 따른 전압변화에 대해 Tangent Vector Component가 가장 큰 수도권 345kV 모선을 선정해 STATCOM을 투입하고 그 결과를 확인한다. 이를 확인하기 위한 방안으로 제약운전을 하는 복합발전의 발전량을 감소시키고 관찰하고자 하는 모선과 거리가 먼 비수도권 발전량을 증가시켜 수급을 맞춘 뒤 전압의 변화를 관찰한다. 이 때, 하나의 계통을 2개의 지역으로 구역화하여 전압을 확인할 수 있는 F-V 해석을 이용한다.

This study aimed to investigate the interactive effects of individual's cultural disposition (individualism, collectivism, horizontal disposition and vertical disposition) and cognitive style (analytic vs. holistic thinking) combination on differences in global precedence. For this purpose, the participants were divided into 4 different cultural disposition groups based on Singelis et al.'s(1995) INDCOL scale, and 2 cognitive style groups based on Choi et al.'s(2007) AHS, and required to respond selectively to global or local property of two types of compound stimuli (compound figure and compound letter). Reaction time and error rates for both global or local property were analyzed and compared as the dependent measurement. The results can be summarized as followings. First, faster responses were observed in compound figure condition than in compound letter condition, and to global property than to local property. Second, contrasting to individualism-cognitive style or horizontal disposition-cognitive style combinations, significant interaction effects both between collectivism and cognitive style, and between vertical disposition and cognitive style on global/local processing were found. This result indicated that combinations of collectivism-holistic thinking and vertical disposition-holistic thinking can induced larger global precedence effect than other combinations of cultural disposition and cognitive style.

Traffic accidents at signalized intersections have been increased annually so that it is required to examine the causation to reduce the accidents. However, the current existing accident models were developed mainly by using non-linear regression models such as Poisson methods. These non-linear regression methods lack to reveal the complicated causation for traffic accidents, though they are the right choice to study randomness and non-linearity of accidents. Therefore, it is required to utilize another statistical method to make up for the lack of the non-linear regression methods. This study developed accident prediction models for 4 legged signalized intersections with Poisson methods and compared them with structural equation models. This study used structural equation methods to reveal the complicated causation of traffic accidents, because the structural equation method has merits to explain more causational factors for accidents than others.

This study attempts to analyse mathematical thinking and attitude of students related to mathematization in the problem solving process and provide implication of teachers' roles. For this, this study analyses mathematical thinking and attitude by dividing the process of solving problems of triangular array into several steps. And it makes a proposal for teachers questioning which can help students according to steps. Therefore this study results students' mathematization needs various steps and compositive mathematical thinking and attitude when students solve even a problem. From the point of view of teachers who attempt to wean students on mathematization, it is necessary for teachers to observe and analyze how students have mathematical thinking and take a stand for mathematics in detail. It also indicates that it is desirable for students who can not move on next step to provide opportunities to learn on their own rather than simply providing students mathematical thinking directly. Students can derive pleasure from the process of solving difficult problems through this opportunity and realize usefulness of mathematics. Finally this experience can build mathematical attitude and prepare the ground to be able to think mathematically.

작년까지 국내에서 대형 침해사고는 2년마다 발생하였으나, 올해 초 대규모 개인정보 유출 사고가 발생하면서 그 암묵적인 2년 룰은 깨졌다. 연이은 침해사고 발생으로 보안의 중요성은 크게 증대되고 있으며, 사이버 공격기술은 대응기술의 발전을 앞질러 빠르게 고도화되고 있고, 그에 대한 피해 또한 가파른 증가세를 보이고 있다. 이에 전 세계적으로 보안시장은 꾸준한 성장세를 보이고 있으며, IoT를 필두로 초연결 시대로 접어드는 시점에서 그 중요성은 날로 증대되고 있다. 전 세계적으로 특히 국내는 연이은 대형 보안사고를 경험해서인지 모르겠으나, 보안은 비용이라는 인식에서 벗어나, 경제적 사회적 비용 측면에서 꼭 필요한 요소라는 인식이 저변에 확대되고 있으며, 다른 분야에 비해 보안 투자는 꾸준히 증대되는 양상을 보이고 있다. 더 나아가 이제는 보안을 차세대 먹거리 산업으로써 육성하려는 정책이 마련되어 추진되고 있으며, 국가 차세대 ICT 신산업 육성 계획을 검토하는 과정에서도 보안이 꼭 고려되어야 하는 요소로 자리매김하고 있다. 이에 본 특집에서는 최근의 사이버 공격 양상과 국내 기술 및 시장 상황을 간략하게 살펴보고, 빅데이터 보안, APT 공격 대응기술, IoT 보안 등 우리가 글로벌 경쟁력을 가질 수 있는 보안 분야와 표준화 이슈에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

IT 산업의 발전과 함께 Big-Data 와 보안은 빠른 속도로 발전하고 정보보호를 위해 다양한 시스템을 구축하는 것보다는 이를 연계하고 활용하는 것이 중요한 시대가 도래하였다. 한 기업이 가지고 있는 기업정보유출사고 등 다양한 해킹공격 또한 꾸준하게 증가되고 있다. 더불어 경제적 사회적인 손실이 증가되면서 국가 및 기업 상위 감사 기관은 정보보호 관련 법 제도를 제정하고 이를 강화하여 개정 하고 있다. 하지만, 물리적, 관리적, 기술적으로 연계된 통합 보안 관리 체계가 제대로 구현되지 않는다면 다양한 취약점을 통하여 기업 정보는 언제든 유출 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업에서 기 운영중인 정보보안 솔루션과 물리보안 솔루션이 효과적으로 통합 보안 관제가 가능한 IMP 플랫폼 구성설계 방안과 불법 침입 및 보안 사고 탐지를 위한 복합시나리오 설계 방안을 제시하여 실 적용 효과를 알아보고 향후 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

정보통신 기술의 발전은 양방향의 참여 문화를 형성하고 있다. e-러닝의 환경도 웹 기반의 환경에서 모바일 환경과 방송과 융합된 네트워크 환경으로 변화되며, e-러닝도 학습자의 직접 참여를 요구하는 교수-학습 교수법을 제공하고 있다. 다양한 네트워크 환경에서 원하는 정보를 생성, 추출하고 다른 사람과 의사소통할 수 있어야 한다. e-러닝의 발전으로 복합적 사고와 고차원적인 인지 사고를 위해 학습자 주도의 개별적자율적 학습, 협력적(collaborative)학습을 제공할 수 있다. 즉, e-러닝의 웹 기반에서 발전하여 무선 네트워크 환경으로의 변화가 학습 환경도 시간적, 공간적으로 자유로울 수 있는 모바일 환경(mobile environment)에서 방송과 통신이 융합되고 나아가 유비쿼터스 환경(ubiquitous environment)으로 전환되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 e-러닝의 콘텐트를 다양한 디지털 기기에 따라 재사용하고 재구성하여 제공할 수 있도록 메타데이터 맵핑 구조에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

Traffic accident forecasting model has been developed steadily to understand factors affecting traffic accidents and to reduce them. In Korea, the length of highways is over 3,000km, and it is within the top ten in the world. However, the number of accidents-per-one kilometer highway is higher than any other countries. The rapid increase of travel demand and transportation infrastructures since 1980's may influence on the high rates of traffic accident. Accident severity is one of the important indices as well as the rate of accident and factors such as road geometric conditions, driver characteristics and type of vehicles may be related to traffic accident severity. However, since all these factors are interacted complicatedly, the interactions are not easily identified. A structural equations model is adopted to capture the complex relationships among variables. In the model estimation, we use 2,880 accident data on highways in Korea. The SEM with several factors mentioned above as endogenous and exogenous variables shows that they have complex and strong relationships.

The purpose of this study examines the influence of brand concepts(symbolic vs. functional) and thinking styles(holistic vs. analytic) on the attitude toward extension ads.(rational/emotional) and product. The moderating effect of thinking styles was also tested. The results of this study are as follows: I) Brand concepts of parent brand had a significant effect on the attitude toward extension ads.(symbolic: no differences between rational and emotional ads., functional: rational ads. > emotional ads.) and extension product. 2) Thinking styles of consumers also did.(holistic: no differences between rational and emotional ads., analytic: rational > emotional ads.) and extension product. 3) The moderating effect of thinking styles was(rational ads.: symbolicfunctional).
