Recently, attention has been drawn to a new form of a public library, that is, a public library in a complex facility constructed in the same building or site with another facility. To get active users' or local governments' supports in the public library in a complex facility, it is necessary to build library strategic plans based on the analysis of users' evaluation and demands. Thus, this study analyzed the user satisfaction and perception of the 28 public libraries in complex facilities in Seoul. As a result, it was found that most users overall satisfied with public libraries in complex facilities in terms of human resources, information resources, and the links among services and positively perceived their environments and services. In order to provide more satisfaction to the users in public libraries in complex facilities first, it is necessary to improve the accessibility of libraries, to secure the sufficient library space, to prevent the outside noise, to link the facilities which bring mutual synergistic effect, and to develop a program and service accompanying other facilities.

This study aims to analyze related laws and institutions and identify research trends and the policy implementation status of the multifunctionalization of school facilities. Beginning in 2001 at Seoul Geumho Elementary School, the enactment of the "Act On The Establishment, Operation And Management Of Multifunction School Facilities" in 2020, was elucidated through the concept and spectrum of the multifunctionalization of school facilities. The relevant research mainly focuses on elementary schools, elderly facilities, and space planning. The Living SOC Project in 2019 acted as a trigger in promoting the multifunctionalization of school facilities as a central government policy. In 2023, the Ministry of Education announced measures and guidelines for establishing the multifunctionalization of school facilities by conducting the project with respect to the "Nulbum School" policy.

기존 바다낚시공원을 비롯한 바다낚시시설은 이용률 저조, 연계 프로그램 및 관광상품 부족, 편의시설이나 숙박시설 등 부대시설 부족 등으로 인해 바다낚시를 중심으로 증가하는 해양레저의 수요에 대응하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 바다낚시 및 해양레저 수요에 대응하여 가족이 즐기고 힐링할 수 있는 낚시복합타운의 조성이 필요하며 이에 본 연구는 국내 해양레저복합공간의 사례분석을 바탕으로 낚시복합타운 개념을 정립하고 낚시복합타운의 유형을 분류한 다음 유형별 시설구성안을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper suggests facility planning ideas for recreational fishing complexes suitable for family anglers. Existing recreational fishing parks are only equipped with facilities for angling. There are many needs for recreational fishing complexes in coastal fishing villages that include not only angling facilities but also various marine leisure and sports facilities. In this paper we suggest concepts for recreational fishing complexes and define four types of complexes in terms of facilities planning. These four types of complexes are: 1) suburban leisure sports, 2) suburban healing and relaxation, 3) penturban experience and activities, and 4) penturban culture and recreation. Then we propose facility composition in detail for each type. Also we suggest site selection criteria for the village complex, facility infrastructure planning ideas, and leisure facilities (elementary and specialized) for recreational fishing complexes.

Welfare desire has been diversified according to the increase of economic level and rapid social change. The desire for comprehensive service on culture, medical, mental and information level has appeared. Accordingly, it is necessary to establish an integrated community mixed-support facility, a space of accepting administration, welfare, leisure, culture and informatization request in a small local community in the future. The community mixed-support facility is a meeting place of local resident for information change, various basic service and ultimately for activation of community in order to contribute to regeneration and activation of existing urban core. Thus, this study figured out general status of community mixed-support facility and physical mixed type and analyzed spatial characteristics. Current community mixed-support facility has insufficient program and space to participate in by local residents and to accommodate mixed function. The future planned community mixed-support facility must secure multiple opportunities for various types of life by returning time and cost to user through the introduction of creative mixed concept. While reflecting unique local characteristics, and considering diversity of users, it needs to make mixed facility to cope with social changes. This study is limited in that the study reached a conclusion by survey and analysis only. However, it is expected that the result can be used as basic research data for the planning of community mixed-support facility to cope with living conditions of local residents or realistic requirements.

The multi-mixed complex medical care facility consisting of mainly hospital and other associated facilities such as retail, office, accommodation, healthcare services, and so on, is currently recognized as a new segment in the real estate market. This study intends to identify the customer choice criteria for the development of multi-mixed complex medical care facility. Based on literature review and expert consultation, the 3 criteria with 12 sub-criteria for customer choice have been defined. And the AHP methodology has been implemented for the development of relative weight of those criteria depending on the type of facility including 'medical facility', 'supporting facility', 'healthcare service facility' and 'other ancillary facility'. Research findings indicated the implication for the optimal combination of facility development based on the customer choice criteria controlled by facility. Accordingly, this research intends to provide the guidance toward the development of multi-mixed complex medical care facility.

Rapid urbanization has led to the decline of local communities in old city centers and the deterioration of school facilities, resulting in an increased need for school complexes. School complexes are currently growing, with various policies being proposed. However, integrating additional facilities into the existing infrastructure in schools can lead to a range of issues. To mitigate these issues, additional traffic flow paths and complex integration strategies are required. This study categorizes school complex projects into various types based on themes and examines the relationships between each type and community revitalization factors. Through this analysis, the study recommends desirable directions for the implementation of elementary school complex projects to revitalize local communities.

The productivity of cultivated crops in Korea is low compared to the Netherlands, which is an advanced agricultural country. In addition, modernization of facility and complex environmental control technology are needed to overcome poor growth and productivity deterioration caused by shortage of sunshine, abnormal temperature and high temperature due to abnormal climate. On the other hand, domestic facility horticulture complex environmental control is a level of machine automation that can check the internal situation of a green house with a cell phone and remotely operate a sprinkler, heat cover, curtain, ventilator, Therefore, this paper suggests the development of optimum environment control technology for facility horticulture based on the growth model and the cultivation technology knowledge base in order to realize the automation of optimal complex environment control and contribute to improvement of quality and productivity of cultivated crops.

본 연구는 대형 유통상업시절에 멀티플렉스 영화관등 잡객시절을 복합개발에 따른 효과를 분석하는데 중점을 두었다. 국내외 문헌연구자료와 실제 사례시절 고객조사를 통한 실증분석을 하여 잡객시절의 효과를 규명함으로서 복합유통상업시절의 개발전략에 적용할 수 있는 전략요인들을 파악하였다. 향후 복합유통상업시절을 개발하는 경우 상권특성을 물론 개발시절의 목표객층과 상품특성 등을 면밀하게 분석하여 잡객시절의 복합여부 및 적절한 시설선택이 이루어져야 할 것이다.
