The research which sees the fact that about model found of the duty factor whom follows in old person welfare facility worker holding office duration and organized performance researches in purpose. From theoretical background about the old person welfare facility system investigated a theory about the duty factor and organized performance of literature investigation and the old person welfare facility worker. A theory analysis of positive data led based on about the effect factor of the causality which the duty factor of the old person welfare facility worker reaches in organized performance under verifying boil the modulating effect of holding office duration. The repair which is a duty factor of the old person welfare facility worker, according to the holding office duration which is a personal quality factor job satisfaction the promotion and organized natural features, business environment and organized structure are organized performance and organization immersion and loyalty degree different assumed with the fact that will affect. The Objective of this study was to establish the role of ICT based Welfare services to support the needs of the elderly living alone. For this, 85 current services for the elderly from 6 central governments was arranged, and also, 114 possible welfare services based on ICT in future were surveyed from the research articles. These services were categorized by Maslow's hierarchy of needs, and rearranged into online, offline and combined services. It was observed that most of the services were focused on Safety needs(medical health) and Self-actualization(leisure culture), and services for Esteem were lack. It would be possible to improve the services for the environmental improvement, employment expansion, independent Activities of daily living with the ICT based elderly welfare services. And also, it was needed to develop the additional services for the psychological and emotional support. It was concluded that ICT based consumer oriented services could improve the quality of life of the elderly living alone with the well balanced strategies.

The purpose of this study was to verify how organizational fairness affects organizational commitment to social welfare officials, and to examine the mediating effect of organizational support. Social welfare officials have tried to find out what factors can be more adapted to the organization and immersed in the organizational aspect, as overwork and poor working conditions are becoming a problem. As the subject and method of the study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 172 social welfare officials in P and U cities in northern Gyeonggi Province, and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, organizational fairness of social welfare officials had a positive effect on organizational commitment, and organizational support had a partial mediating effect. Based on the results of this study, administrative and policy implications for the organizational adaptation and commitment of public officials in charge of social welfare were presented.

This research verified the relationship between the job satisfaction and the burnout of workers in rehabilitation facilities providing services to the disabled. And this study examined the mediating effect of organizational commitment between the two variables. A survey of workers of the 14 facilities of Daejeon/Chungnam area and 363 materials was analyzed. The analysis results of this research are as follows : 1) the workers' job satisfaction influenced the burnout negatively. 2) the organizational commitment is was found to mediate between the job satisfaction and the burnout. Based on the analysis results, several measures can be presented to reduce the workers' burnout. We need to raise the worker's job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

This study examined the effects of the job environment factors for window bakery employees in Jeju on the management performance. The job environment factors, which were human environment, working environment, facility environment, welfare environment, and convenient environment, affected the management performance of window bakery employees in Jeju. Economic performance, customer performance, and employee performance were the major factors influencing the management performance. The working environment (.176) and convenient environment (.227) affected the economic performance. The customer performance depended on the human environment (.147) and working environment (.095). Furthermore, the employee performance was affected by the human environment (.195), working environment (.135), and welfare environment (.129). These results indicated that the management performance of window bakery employees in Jeju was influenced by the job environment, particularly the working environment. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the working environment by providing pleasant humidity, good ventilation, and efficient working flow place to window bakery employees.

Purpose: This study is to suggest a direction for comprehensive planning of educational environment in which children's cognitive development and emotional needs are achieved in childcare facilities. The importance of educational environment in childcare facilities has increased since it was discovered that high quality educational environment can not be guaranteed in current childcare facilities while the number of women participating in labor force, hence the number of children spending most of their time in these facilities is rapidly increasing. Methods: Correlation analysis on Reggio Emilia Approach to education environment and Max Luscher's psychological healing theory, and case study. Results: The result of the correlation analysis, the 4 key elements of educational environment and the 4 emotional status have significant relationship. Based on the elements of educational environment in Reggio Emilia Approach, case studies were pursued in 3 different childcare facilities in Korea. Implications: Evaluation of these case studies addresses the important elements to be considered in comprehensive planning of the educational environment in childcare facilities.

The purpose of this study is to present reference materials for the planning and research of related environments by introducing the theoretical background and samples of the environments for older people with cognitive impairments. Major contents of the study include cognitive impairments and residential facility of older people, model environments for special care unit, therapeutic dimensions of environments, outdoor garden, activity calendar, and site-visits of the sample facilities. Some results of the study could be summarized as follows ; 1) Special care unit for the people with cognitive impairments has been required and developed. 2) Weiss Institute, Corrine Dolan Alzheimer Center, and Wood Place in Oakmont were analyzed as model environments. 3) Therapeutic dimensions such as safety & security, awareness & orientation, opportunities for socialization, regulated sensory stimulation, provisions for privacy, ties to the healthy & familiar, and autonomy & control were proposed. 4) The advantages of outdoor garden for the people with cognitive impairments were explained. 5) Activity calendar for a facility was introduced and recognized as a essential guide for environment planning. 6) Sample facilities showed small size households and various ideas of environments for the older people with cognitive impairments.

The purpose of this study was to find out the present condition of indoor thermal environment and to investigate the environmental needs of the elderly through the measurement of outdoor and indoor physical thermal environment elements and the questionary survey of the response to thermal environment in two welfare facilities for the aged in Taegu during summer in 2001. The 38 residents among the total of 134 residents were asked to record their feelings. The result of this study was as follows. The indoor thermal environment in the facilities subjected leer this study was seemed to be comfortable comparatively. But the values of mean indoor temperature measured were about 1.6-1.8$^{\circ}C$ higher than that of a existing domestic research suggested as thermal comfort zones for the elderly during summer, and most residents fe1t somewhat hot in inner space. And the value of indoor relative humidity in one facility was out from the range of comfort humidity(40-70%). Also there were differences by the geographical location between the two.

Purpose : The main objective of this paper is, to assess a body of research evidence that articulates the impact of environment-related factors on wayfinding for people with dementia who reside in Long-term care Facilities. The study also aims at identifying design implications that can be incorporated into design process and design decisions to improve wayfinding abilities for people with dementia. Methods : Comprehensive literature review has been conducted to identify empirical studies and carefully investigated peer-reviewed articles published in many different fields including architecture, psychology, nursing to gerontology. Results : The review found a growing body of studies that identified environment-related factors that improve wayfinding of people with Dementia living in long-term care facilities. Implications : The findings of the review can be considered as design guidelines to support the wayfinding abilities of people with dementia living in long-term care Facilities.

서울대학병원의 마스터플랜 재구성에 대한 프로젝트로서 기존의 환경에 대한 조사와 분석 그리고 외국사례와의 비교를 통해 앞으로 서울대학병원이 나아가야 할 목표 및 방향을 단기(1-2년), 중기(2-5년), 장기(10년 이상)계획으로 나누어 각 단계별 항목들을 분석, 구체화하였다. 단계계획에서는 응급실의 확장과 어린이 병원증축에 대한 내용을 제시하였고, 중기계획에서는 외래진료센타(ambulatory care center)에 대한 공간구성을 통하여 기존 마스터플랜이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하였다. 장기계획에서는 어린이 병원의 이전, 캠퍼스 기능구획을 연구, 교육, 병원으로의 분류, 공급시설의 개선과정을 제시하였다. 이 연구를 통하여, 한국의 병원시장에 대한 경향을 다음과 같이 분석할 수 있었다. 1) 증축공간이 부족한 도심에 밀집한 한국병원의 경우, 리노베이션을 통한 마스터플랜은 다양한 시설물을 개선, 관리, 통합할 수 있는 방법이다. 2) 편리성, 환자의 프라이버시, 전문성, 방문자 오락시설, 통합적인 치료환경의 구축이다. 3) 예방 의약품의 증가, 건강센타, 건강중심의 프로그램, 확장된 진료시설 등 건강유지분야의 개발이다. 마스터 플랜은 계속 진행되는 과정의 일부분이며, 변화하는 조건 속에서 적용되어, 수정되어져야 할 것이다.
